The enemies, Trump/Barr/Republicans, of democracy and the people’s rights, are executing a systematic well organized plan to destroy America’s democratic system because of their we’ll rule or ruin philosophy, in which they, seeing they struggle to retain power and must reform to regain power, and being unwilling to reform, decided to illegally seize power with the help of foreigners and foreign countries, and they are disobeying the established systems, and overthrowing that systems constitution, rules of laws, democratic republic. to rule by force, by tyranny, by dictatorship, by authoritarianism, by terror, and by murder, .  And they are assisted by a Trojan Horse opposition leader, Republican Puppets/Agents,  and her cohorts who are undermining credible opposition efforts to defend and protect America’s/Americans democracy, freedom, decency, and humanity – those blessings.

A.  Trump illegitimately came into office by wrong and illegal tactics and by having denied Americans the right to fairly exercise their votes through foreign  interference, crimes, and conspiracies:

  1. Trump/Republicans first seize power illegitimately by using illegal tactics of dictators, authoritarians, tyrants, Hitler’s Nazis and Brown Shirts,  Mussolini’s Fascist and Black Shirts, nationalism and attacks on minorities, and illegal and dishonest attacks on his political opponents; and that was done with the aid of Republicans.
  2. Trump/Republicans then invites foreign countries and foreign individuals to help them by perpetrating attacks on the electoral system by employing Canadian and British citizens, Russian hackers, Russian Military Intelligence, to rig, tamper with, and alter the voter rolls and data to give Trump an illegitimate victory.

B.  Once in Office Trump, Republicans, Minions begin to illegally attack the law enforcement systems investigating their illegal conduct and conspiracies to illegally interfere in the elections:

  1. He and Republicans puts in place people who swore loyalty to him and removes and attacks those who refuse or abide by their oath to protect and defend the Constitution.  Sycophants and henchmen and Russian connected administrators are put in place throughout the administration at all levels.
  2. He and Republicans violate the normal, traditional, practices in administrative procedures to work around Constitutional procedures for protections and for the involvement of the opposition and the public.
  3. He and Republicans attacked the law enforcement investigations, investigators, and institutions for investigating their illegal activities, their suspected allies, their Russian co-conspirators, and their  treason, conspiracies, and criminal activities against the USA.

C. In office Trump/Republicans/Barr/Mueller attempt to overthrow the legal systems rules of law and procedures or requirements and restraints or prohibitions:

  1. Trump rails against, harasses, and ultimately fires Attorney General Sessions for recusing himself from overseeing Trump/Russia investigations.
  2. Trump/Republicans allow acting administrative heads  – AG and Defense Secretary – and others – to illegally occupy positions which require Senate advise and consent and confirmations.
  3. Trump interferes in investigations in numerous ways amounting to obstruction of justice.
  4. Trump/Barr/Mueller illegally end the Trump/Putin&Russia Interference conspiracies and crimes investigations.
  5. Trump refuses to obey or allow his officials former or present to obey Congress’ Subpoenas.

D.  Trump/Barr/Prosecutors DOJ Defy the Judiciary:

  1.  Barr’s DOJ Prosecutors defy a judges orders to release redacted versions of the Mueller Report related to Michael Flynn.
  2. Nation awaits judges response to defiance of judicial order!!
  3. Judges initial response is a weak, I’ll accept your arguments, you don’t have to release those documents; where’s the fight back protecting Americans’ right to know.

There is a strong, strong, strong, certain appearance of&actual conduct of improprieties in DOJ’s reversal of its prosecutors recommendation of a 7 year to 9 year sentence for convict Roger Stone.  Following Trump’s public bullying, haranguing, tirade against DOJ’s prosecutors’ announcement of their decision to recommend 7 to 9 years imprisonment for Trump’s friend and ally, convict  Roger Stone, msn.com/news, on 02/11/2020, in “DOJ announces abrupt reversal on sentencing recommendation for Trump ally Roger Stone”, by ABC News, reported that the DOJ, controlled by Criminal Traitor Trump and Republican Partisan Fixer Criminal AG Barr, announced a reversal of that recommendation.  Any American, having followed the Roger Stone trial, and having knowledge of the close, widely reported, decades of friendship between Trump&Stone, would be justified in concluding that Trump’s public bullying, haranguing, tirade against DOJ’s prosecutors’ announcement of their decision to recommend 7 to 9 years imprisonment for Trump’s friend  Roger Stone was a  strong, strong, strong, certain appearance of&actual conduct of improprieties warranting investigation/impeachment inquiries into the conduct of both Trump&Barr.

Legitimate suspicions and prohibitions and investigations as to the appearance of improprieties such as –  lack of truthfulness, by dishonesty, by lying, by fraud, by wrong doing; undue influences, from bullying, from intimidation,  from threats, from due pressures; arbitrary&corrupt&selfish use/abuse of power, for favoritism, for personal preferences,   for unjustified&unfair decisions; and other such conduct – must be disqualifying, causes for investigations, prohibited, denounced&condemned as destructive of, weakening of, harmful to the general welfare, to public positions, and to public institutions within a society since they cause cynicism, lack of confidence&trust, lack of support, bitter controversies&oppositions&violence, and lack of obedience to public positions, public decisions, and public institutions.  With the honesty, trustworthiness, public confidence of the nations’s law enforcement agency at stake, investigation/impeachment inquiry is warranted against Trump/Barr for possible  wrong doing by undue influences,  bullying, intimidation,  threats, undue pressures; or for corrupt/selfish use/abuse of power by favoritism, and unjustified&unfair decisions.

What America is really about are those people who came here long before the USA was a nation, the Puritans, searching for religious freedom, not a militaristic parade.  What America is really about are those people who formed a rag tag army to take on the British Empire and gain their independence against all odds – not Trump’s admiration of dictators’ militaristic style parades.  What America is really about are those patriots who risked being slaughtered to preserve the Union and ultimately to free the slaves – not some proud group of Trump elites sitting and admiring authoritarian style militaristic parades. What American is really about are those people who struggle reasonably, peacefully, respectfully for civil right and equal rights for all – not special rights for dictators, criminal presidents, or the elites to mistreat or practice brutality against the people.

What America is really about are those patriots’ commitment and service to eternally, vigorously, multigenerationally, protect and defend freedom, democracy, decency, and humanity.  So, when will Trump stop making excuses for the brutal North Korean tyrant and demand from him an accounting of the brutal mistreatment and death of our fellow American citizen Otto Warmbier?  And when will Trump stop making excuses for Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince MBS and demand an accounting for his role in the death and dismembering of American resident Jamal Khashoggi?  And when will Americans hold Trump to account for not defending those Americans and for excusing their murderers.

Americans/America does not need to respect Trump’s dangerous and destructive betrays of Americans/America’s ideas and values for dictatorial/authoritarian/despotic style militarism.  Americans have worked hard with commitment and service to eternally, vigorously, multigenerationally, protect and defend her blessings.  They were not easily achieved but only after tremendous dedication and loss of life.  Nor will Americans blessing be kept by America/Americans resting and believing all will remain well.  It will not because the dark sides of human nature will always be in clash with the brighter sides.  So, the public see Americans freedoms being threatened by the dictatorial/authoritarian/despotic ideas of a Criminal Traitor and his WCCL.  Americans need to study and draw upon their own solid history of struggling for those blessing for their protection and defense against its Criminal Traitor and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.  Let’s reject Trump’s authoritarian/dicatorial/despotic style celebration of America’s birth date.

Whilst Rejecting the Filthy, Barbaric, Unjust, Nefarious Rule that Trump/Republicans/Minions/Putin&Russia/WCCL Wants to Impose on Them – Americans with People Throughout the World Must Rise Up, Protect, and Defend Their Blessings – Those God Given Inalienable Rights

People across the world are fighting back against those who would rob them of those same blessings of freedom, democracy, decency and humanity – those inalienable God given rights Americans declared in their Declaration of Independence – that Americans have spent 243 years fighting for against the ever present, ever lasting tyrants, abusers, and unjust in this world.

In Hong Kong, these past few weeks, the public’s seen its people fight against being extradited to the monstrous and brutal legal system of China’s criminal, authoritarian, dictatorial, and kleptocratic rulers’.  The people of Hong Kong have had a great measure of democracy, freedom, decency, and humanity in their administrative history under the British.  After experiencing such blessings,  being extradited to China is like being condemned to hell.  So, news reports have shown them in battle with police and battling political forces seeking passage of the extradition bill.  The people of Hong Kong were not, are not, just standing by while China’s Minions seek to destroy their freedoms, decency, and humanity and replace them with monstrous brutality and inhumanity.   Hong Kong’s people responded – they fought back and forced the government to suspend consideration of the bill.  They’ve since moved for it to be permanently shelved and for China’s Minions to resign.  Americans should be proud of what the people of Hong Kong have done to protect and defend their blessings – their inalienable rights.

In Russia, the kleptocratic, brutal, and authoritarian regime of Putin, charged, arrested, and confined Ivan Golunov, a famous investigative journalist praised for his reporting on corruption, on phony made up drug dealing charges.  Given Russia’s history of suspected killings/murders, attacks, harassing, and silencing of journalist, bloggers, and other media figures, Golunov’s arrest was not surprising.  But what was surprising was the massive public protests, demonstrations, and outrage at what was perceived as false/fabricated charges.  The public’s outrage and response caused officials to drop the charges and release Golunov.  To the Russian people, the indecency, inhumanity, and violation of Golunov’s rights were just too much to bare without expressing their outrage against evil and demands for correction.  The authorities were wise to reverse course.  And Americans should admire what the Russian people did in that instance of rejecting abuses and protecting and defending their blessings – their inalienable rights.

At a time when America/Americans’ rights to vote to freely and to fairly chose their leaders and to have freedom, democracy,  decency, and humanity are under attack from Criminal Traitor Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia/WCCL/Minions, they should take courage and examples from those instances of resistance by the people of Hong Kong  and by the people of Russia in protecting and in defending their God given inalienable rights – those blessings.  And they should use that courage and those examples as additional ways to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

During 06/11/2019 Committee on the Judiciary Hearings Pelosi/Nadler Once Again Showed Their Weakness in Not Holding Barr in Criminal Contempt and Republican Traitors Proved to be Inveterate Liars, Promoters of Covering Up/Whitewashing, and Persecutors of  Law Enforcement Officers for Uncovering Their Crimes and Conspiracies

Congress’ Patriots are pushing Pelosi/Nadler.  In the past this blogger has expressed his admiration for the great and noble role that Congresses have played in the nation’s history in protecting and defending the rights of Americans.  On 05/09/2019 (Updated from 05/06/2019), in the blog “USA’s CONGRESSES’  HISTORIES AS SOLID DEFENDERS OF THE PEOPLE’S RIGHTS”, it was written:  THE HOUSE MEMBERS SHOULD BE PRAISED FOR KEEPING PELOSI AND NADLER ON TRACK TO DEFEND THE HOUSE’S CONSTITUTIONAL ROLE.   Americans have to suspect Nadler as someone who, although being pushed by committee members to move towards impeachment, is still moving reluctantly, slowly, with as much delay as he can, and using as many useless negotiations as possible for further delay, and they have to condemn Pelosi as a Republican Trojan Horse.  But they have to praise those Patriots who are defending and protecting Americans by pushing those two do their jobs, the right thing, and move towards impeachment of Trump.

But Nadler is someone who is being pushed by committee members to move towards impeachment, is still moving reluctantly, slowly, with as much delay as he can, and using as many useless negotiations as possible for further delay.  What didn’t Nadler understand when he was told many moons ago by Barr he’d not give him the  materials he’s seeking.  Yet, he’s been made to look ineffective by not having gotten anything for all his so called endless negotiations. Perhaps his strategy is to build a case that he tried negotiation before going to court.  But was that necessary to go on negotiating for nearly three months and still not having gotten the materials?  Shouldn’t he and the House Democrat leaders have filed suit months ago when Barr said no to releasing unredacted Mueller materials? What is he waiting for!  He’s asking for more and more powers from committee members but then putting them in his back pocket.  Shouldn’t he have already used those powers  to ask the full Congress to ask the full House to Hold Barr in Contempt and to have already gone to court to seek the Mueller materials.  Why the delay?  Is that strategy to delay and run the clock into the 2020 elections wise?  This blogger doesn’t think so neither do Congress’ members who are pushing Pelsoi/Nadler.

Republicans have shown, they are fully committed to the Trump/Putin&Russia War Against America.  The Republican Party is a disgrace to everything decent and humane in the American Congresses’ histories.  In that Committee on the Judiciary hearing yesterday, 6/11/2020, the Republicans fully established themselves as fully fledged, inveterate liars, Criminals, Traitors,  and elites participating in the covering up/whitewashing of Trump/Republicans/Barr/Putin&Russia crimes and conspiracies in their War Against America.  With their lies and misrepresentations they stained the halls of Congress, its great and noble history of protecting and defending the American people and their rights, in a way that is similar to the fouling that the Hitler Brownshirt thugs and the Nazi Blackshirt thugs committed against the German Republic.  They have sold their souls to march in lock step with Trump/Putin&Russia in seeking to destroy Americans/America and their freedoms, democracy, decency, and humanity.

And what are the terrible lies, crimes, treason, conspiracies, their promoting and covering up/whitewashing:  Representative Chabat spewed that the Russian collusion was bogus/treasonous agreement with Trump/Putin&Russia, Trump campaign was spied upon/agreement with a lie promoted by Barr, stated the lie that Democrats were destroying Barr’s credibility/Barr created lies about Mueller’s report destroying his own credibility; Representative Sensenbrenner lied when he stated Democrats wanted Barr to commit a crime by releasing grand jury testimony/that’s false, the Democrats have asked Barr to join with them in having the court release that testimony; and Representatives Jordan and Gomert lied against law enforcement by accusing those who uncovered Trump/Putin&Russia crimes and conspiracies of a coup and of abusing power,  and picked up the Trump lie of portraying him and his cohorts as victims of law enforcement rather than legitimate criminal suspects.  So, the Republicans were in lock step in defending the excuses, deflections, lies, crimes, and conspiracies of Trump/Putin&Russia and their cohorts.  Shameful!!

But the Patriots in that hearing responded to Republicans’ lies; deceit; attacks on law enforcement; denials of Putin&Russia interference; denials of collusion; false portrayals of Trump, Barr, and others as victims; and other Republican attempts to snooker and coverup/whitewash from the American people the crimes and conspiracies of Trump/Putin&Russia/Republicans/Barr, their Minions, and their cohorts War Against America.  In order to protect and defend Americans against the likes of such vicious Nazi Brownshirt thugs and Fascist Blackshirt thugs, Patriots must be tireless in their commitment and service to God/Jesus and their blessings of freedom, democracy, decency, and humanity as expressed by Lincoln.  And, thereby, they’ll be able to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.
