Many Americans have expressed admiration for the antithetical ways of Putin/Russia. Notwithstanding Putin/Russia’s practices of abusing Russians through unjust beatings, jailing, harassment, murder; exercise of unlimited and unchecked government powers over citizens; acts of lying, poisoning, aggression; and grant of unquestioned support for authoritarians, dictators, despots, too many Americans have still expressed support and admiration for Putin/Russia.
For instance American radio talk show host George Noory – host of the late night talk show Coast-to-Coast AM on too many occasions expressed pro Putin/Russia attitudes and a desire to see the USA overlook Putin/Russia antithetical ideas, practices, and conduct to cooperate with them. The left wing Obama Democrat WIGGAs compassion has created chaos and mass assemblages of lawless, unruly, rock throwing, authority defying, entitlement demanding, sanctuary city seeking illegal immigrants within the USA and at its borders. But the Republican WCCL eagerly grab benefits from Democrat WIGGA’s disastrous policies by destroying or weakening American workers’ economic base, by exploiting illegal labor at Americans expense from driving down Americans’ wages, and by hypocritically ranting national security fears and emergency needs to illegally grab powers to use in implementing laws disadvantaging workers. Both left wing Democrat WIGGA/right wing Republican WCCL immigration policies are against average Americans’ interests and generally disastrous/divisive.

It is reported that his businesses, properties, and facilities managers accepted false/no documentation for hiring illegal immigrant workers. And what has he really done to stop or efficiently manage illegal immigrants working for his organizations? Nothing! He’s hurt American workers by paying illegal immigrants a small fraction of what he’d have had to pay American workers! He’s grown wealthy by cheating Americans out of the right to work for a decent wage and by destroying American workers industries and labor organizations by hiring illegal immigrant workers at prices American workers can not compete with.
So, why does Criminal Traitor Trump hypocritically rail against Obama Democrat WIGGAs just walk in open border immigration policies since he’s gained wealth by hiring illegal immigrants for far less than he’d have paid Americans, since he’s helped destroy and weaken American workers’ labor organizations and industries, and since he doesn’t support workers’ needs and rights? Because his hypocritical railing created support from Republicans for declaring an emergency at USA’s borders. He used that emergency to illegally grab power to spend money from the USA’s treasury which he had no authority or legal right to spend. Using that emergency, he claimed a right to overthrow a fundamental, inviolable principle in USA’s Constitution and Democratic Republic, that the people’s Congressional Representatives in the USA’s House of Representatives, have the authority to initiate and pass appropriations bills not him – the chief executive.
Grabbing of illegal, unconstitutional, arbitrary power to spend the public’s money is part of Trump’s execution of his commission from Trump/Putin&Russia/WCCL War Against America! to subvert USA’s democrat republican system of government by Putinization/Russification/Neo Nazification of it. Accordingly, Trump has gone around the Senates authority to give its advice and consent to his cabinet choices by appointing so called acting heads of departments. Trump has repeatedly violated administrative rules and procedures of government agencies for his personal benefit, gain, or control. Trump has directed USA’s policies in a manner that benefits his WCCL allies but not the USA. Trump has appointed individuals who he has required to show personal allegiance to him rather than to the USA’s Constitution and laws. In doing those things on USA’s immigration policies, Trump’s executing his commission from Trump/Putin&Russia/WCCL War Against America! to subvert USA’s democrat republican systems of government by Putinization/Russification/Neo Nazification of them.
Obama and his fellow left/far left wing Democrat want WIGGA’s open border at will immigration policies and laws implemented and administered throughout the world by WIGGA elites, leaders, bureaucrats, agencies, and courts. But nations have their own national laws and bilateral treaties regulating entrance, exit, and immigration into their countries. However, WIGGAs hope to overrule and replace nations’ sovereignty, national unity, independent laws, and bilateral treaties on immigration policies with internationalist/globalist policies such as the U.N. By pushing those goals, they’ve deliberately created immigration crisis within the USA and at its borders: 1.) Their policies create chaos, law breaking, authority defying, and illegal immigration at USA’s borders and within the USA while creating arguments blaming USA’s agencies and average Americans employed by enforcement agencies for the chaos and for harassing illegal immigrants. 3.) To justify illegal immigration WIGGAs claim their policies rests partly on political asylum claims but such made up political asylum claims by men, women, children, and their families are fraudulent since they’re immigrating for economic and social reasons. 5.) WIGGA policies have created divisions, conflicts, political turmoil, and instability in nations. 6.) WIGGAs claims compassion as another reason for its policies:

- National sovereignty and unity is further limited by EU courts liberally and widely interpreting the international Compact and EU immigration laws as binding national policy makers notwithstanding officials assurances that it will not;
- National sovereignty over complex system of budgets, welfare entitlements, management of healthcare or other systems are undermine, burdened, and crippled with fixed payments or costs imposed by such internationalist/globalist governance of nations’ immigration policies;

When Merkel, Germany’s Chancellor, allowed over a million immigrants into Germany under an open door policy, it led to crime, social problems, deportation of thousand of illegal immigrants, political gains for the far right extremist anti-immigration AfD (Alternative for Germany) party. Though Merkel lost political ground, she was able to remain in power, but she was later required to leave office in 2021 and to give up the leadership position of her party. But the extremist AfD party made considerable gains – becoming the first right wing nationalist extremist party to sit in the national parliament since 1949 having capture 14% (88) of its 630 seats. They gained seats in 13 of Germany’s 16 regional parliaments. The political elections of 2017 showed there was considerable anger at Merkel for her open door immigration policies.

Accordingly, Trump carries out their commissions, in return Trump receives money/profits, business, power, and self aggrandizement. So, once again, the public sees Trump siding with a member of the WCCL, Kim Jung-un over an American’s, Otto Warmbier’s, right to protection/defense.

Yesterday, Trump said he believed North Korean Kim Jung-un’s – the brutal, murderous dictator – claim that he’d not known of Otto Warmbier’s mistreatment in his North Korean prison resulting in his death; Trump merely took that member of the WCCL word and elaborated/defended on why that dictator wouldn’t have known. Earlier, Trump had defended/protected Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince – MBS – who the public was told had ordered the killing of American resident Jamal Khashoggi. Throughout that controversy as well as now, Trump protected/defended Saudi/Arabia and MBS, and he refused to act against them for the murder of an American resident. He’s consistently argued against actions punishing Saudi Arabia and MBS, instead arguing about and focusing on harm to USA’s economic/business/money interests with Saudi Arabia and MBS.
This website’s blogs have long argued that Trump’s an existential threat to America. But it’s also apparent he’s a threat to every American who visits or exists in a country governed by a WCCL member, since Trump’s allowed those WCCL dictators to get away with murdering Americans without any worry or consequence. Pelosi/Democrats Indicating Trump’s Illegitimacy? Or A Criminal Traitor Trump’s Lawlessness?

This blogger’s in his 7th decade; he first started watching the State of the Union (SOTU) addresses of presidents before joint sessions of Congress as a teenager. He’s seen the same standard practices and traditions time and time again. But this time on 02/05/2019, he witnessed either the Speaker purposely deviating from the House’s standard practices and traditions or an illegitimate president boldly and crudely going into the people’s House and deliberately violating and disrespecting the standard practices and traditions of the people’s House because that was a choice presented to him.
The tradition is for the Sergeant At Arms to announce the president’s entrance into the people’s House chamber, the president then proceeds down the aisle greeting and chatting with Congress persons on both sides of the aisle as he walks towards the podium, at the podium there is applause, he takes copies of his address and greets and hands them to the Senate President/USA Vice President and the Speaker, amidst applause the speaker gavels the House into order and introduces the president, then there is a standing ovation/applause before the president proceeds to speak. That highlighted part did not take place in the way of standard practices and traditions last night. The president began to speak before the the Speaker gaveled the House into order and the Speaker’s introduction of him.
The questions arise about why those long time standard practices and traditions were not observed or were discarded last night. Was it because of Speaker Pelosi’s unwillingness to preside over the standard practices and traditions for what she and Democrats consider an illegitimate Criminal Traitor and their disrespect for him causing the Speaker to be unable to utter the words I have the high privilege and distinct honor of presenting to you the ….? Or was it because Donald Trump, a wannabe authoritarian/dictator/fascist/lawless one, decided to deliberately/crudely/disrespectfully walk into the people’s House and without acknowledging the Speaker’s authority, launched into his speech in violation of the Speaker’s role and the House’s standard practices and traditions?

America is a country, which has been for the last two centuries, firmly established on the basis of a system of constitutional order and rules of law, but in spite of the stresses it has gone through and the evils that have existed under the system, America is much better for its systems of constitutional order and rules of law than it would otherwise be. Its Constitution balances power between branches of government to prevent tyranny, balances popular sovereignty with representative government to control the excesses of popular demands or powerful elites, and its bodies are designed to promote deliberation by leaders through negotiation/cooperation/compromise. Obedience to that constitutional order, obedience to its laws and traditions, obedience to its underlying moral and ethical standards, and respect for limits placed on government is needed for USA’s stability.
Yesterday, Trump once again demonstrated he’s a lawless existential threat to USA’s constitution order and rule of law. During a press conference, he expressed a will and desire to unlawfully spend the people’s money as he sees fit irrespective of the will and laws of Congress. He threatened to declare a state of emergency to build his wall. Through that state of emergency he’ll claim the power to take money from other things that Congress has appropriated money for and to spend on his wall. The constitutional power of the purse is in the legislature. The executive can veto spending bills, but it cannot appropriate or take the people’s money. Trump attempts an unlawful power grab to implement his will and desires. Congress, Courts must stop him to preserve, protect, and defend USA’s democratic republic.
Trump’s a threat to the people’s control of their money and liberties and powers to influence their representative and leaders on how spend their money. Who’ll stop Trump’s dictatorial/authoritarian Criminal Traitor Thug attempts to seize/circumvented Congress’ constitutionally granted power of the purse? During the Korean War in 1952, the steel companies and employees’ unions could not agree. The unions called a strike. Congress had previously considered seizure as a method for settling such disputes and rejected it. But President Truman, claiming danger to national defense, issued an executive order to Secretary of Commerce Sawyer to seize and operate steel companies. In Youngstown Steel & Tube v. Sawyer, the Supreme Court prohibited the seizure, ruling since Congress had considered and rejected such a method of settling strikes, the president’s seizure was without any lawful authority.
Likewise, Trump would be acting without any lawful authority. But Trump’s also used a lie to buttress his appeal for money to build a wall. Many people are aware of Trump’s inveterate lying. The Washington Post’s accumulated fact check, when last viewed, had Trump at over 6,000 false and misleading sayings. His claims that his wall was already being built were false or misleading. Those claims were knocked down by numerous reports which explained that the money authorized was for use to repair and replace existing fencing and barriers, not to build Trump’s wall. It’s consistent behavior from Trump to lie and mislead; he disrespects the people by obviously and openly lying right in their faces and then disputing what’s obvious truth. That is just shear contempt and disrespect for Americans, he’s dangerous.
So, Trump – using lawlessness, threats, and lies – executes his commissions from Trump//Putin&Russia/WCCL War Against America to create domestic division, chaos, doubt, dysfunction, and subversion within the USA. Rather than cooperate/negotiate/compromise, he plans to lawlessly dictate, to threaten and perform as an authoritarian, and to dishonestly grab powers to impose his will and desires for the nation’s. He’s claiming the right to unlawfully declare an emergency in order to unlawfully seize and spend the public’s money, he’s threatening another government shut down to enforce his will and desire to build a wall, and he’s lying and denying to deceive the gullible into going along with his nefarious conduct and aims. By such behavior he’s a lawless, threatening, lying and denying wannabe dictator/authoritarian, in the Trump/Putin&Russia/WCCL War Against America.
Such conduct is inconsistent with the requirements of America’s Constitutional System and the rule of law which makes Trump unable to carry out his oath of office to faithfully execute the laws and to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States. By his adherence/allegiance to enemies of the USA, by his execution of attempts to tear down, degrade, and weaken the USA by creating as much lawlessness, division, chaos, doubt, dysfunction, and subversion domestically as possible, and by his threats, lying and denying he is incapable of participating in the type of negotiation/cooperation/compromise required by Americans’ constitutional and rule of law systems. Accordingly, he cannot promote the goal of maintaining effective operation and stability in the USA under its systems of constitutional order and rules of law.
Arguments have been made to Congress that Trump should be investigated, impeached, tried, removed, arrested, indicted, found guilty, and imprisoned for his crimes, conspiracies, and treason against the USA. People believe that Congress possesses enough evidence to investigate and impeach Donald J. Trump, to call for his removal under the 25th Amendment, or to seek his resignation. The Constitution vests in Congress the authority to impeach and remove officials . Leaders in the House have in the constitution, rules of law, and their belief in protecting, defending, and preserving USA’s constitutional order and rule of law systems all they need to bring Trump to justice. Let’s hope and pray to God and Jesus those Congressional leaders will be given the will and desire to independently exercise Congress’ powers to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Today, I read articles and listened on the internet as some liberals cheered because a few Trump Republican minions in the Senate voted for the Democratic bills to open the government. I screamed/hollered/talked back at the internet screen as I listened to liberal fail to report to the public that Trump and Republicans are creating crises to grab/seize power with which to overthrow democratic republic type government in the USA.
And Trump, Republicans, and their supporters are altogether responsible for causing the government shutdown, the resulting misery to government workers, and the threats to the well being of the nation by deliberately creating such a crisis. That a few Republicans in the Senate voted for a Democratic bill that did not pass to open the government is nothing to cheer about. Trump and the Republicans are still waging War Against America by implementing a government shutdown to create a phony crisis to give him a phony reason to try to declare a national emergency and to grab/seize more power to Putinize/Russify America and to establish a Neo Nazi German Fascist authoritarian/dictatorship in the USA.
Trump/Republicans attack Americans/America’s democratic republic, its voters, the norms of fair play and traditional operation of America’s democratic systems, and its administrative agencies/organs of government. Donald Trump/Republicans want to secure and expand their hold on power in the USA by using anti democratic tactics; passing anti democratic laws; interpreting and applying laws in a purely partisan anti democratic fashion; and by conspiring with Putin & Russia, foreigners, and the world cabal of corrupt leaders to illegally grab power from the American voters to maintain their power and to Putinize/Russify and establish a Neo Nazi German Fascist authoritarian/dictatorship in the USA. Trump at the national level and Republican governors, mayors, and legislators at the state and local levels are implementing such strategies and plans throughout the USA by various means.
One means is illustrated by what they’ve done in Florida. Florida ( a state that’s been systematically rigged since at least 2000 when Bush stole the presidential election) appears to have been rigged again because Senator Bill Nelson warned in 2018 the Russians had rigged Florida for the midterms. One indication that Florida’s rigged is that polls predicting Democratic victories are routinely proclaimed to be wrong because of rigging when in fact they’re correct. Congress’ House and Senate elections too are rigged in favor of Republicans. Senate and House races in 2016 and 2018 seemed strangely out of line with polls and expectations indicating they were rigged or otherwise tampered with. Does anyone think that if Trump won illegitimately, his Republican co-conspirators in Senate/House Elections won legitimately? Therefore, the Republican majorities in Congress are as illegitimate as Trump’s presidency.
Trump/Republicans have implemented strategies/plans to maintain/expand/hold onto power in America. Republicans are using those strategies/plans in states and local areas to seize/ powers from American voters, Democrats, and independent in order to illegitimately govern both before and after they’re defeated. In North Carolina Republican legislators stripped the incoming Democratic governor of appointment and other powers and assigned them to Republican legislators; in Wisconsin Republican legislators passed bills and the outgoing Republican governor sign them stripping the Democratic governor of executive powers and retaining them for Republican legislators; in Michigan and Virginia Republicans took similar actions against incoming Democratic Governors; and it occurred in other states. Americans/America needs strategies/plans to counter such Trump/Republicans acts.
Americans struggle for their liberties, freedoms, human rights, better beliefs and values since they were born in such struggles; grappled with such struggles during slavery and Jim Crow eras; women’s rights struggles; the labor movement fights; and the quest for improving the rights of marginalized and mistreated ethnic/minority groups. But their current struggles against the Trump/Republican nefarious strategies/plans to impose anti democratic, Putinized/Russified, Neo Nazi German Fascist authoritarian/dictatorship over the USA is a struggle that will determine if as Lincoln said, government of, for, and by the people will survive. Americans belief in and practice of their better ideas from their God and Jesus, their history, their Constitution, and their inalienable God given rights are more than sufficient to be victorious over such wicked/nefarious plans/strategies if they continue to believe in and practice their more noble self, and they can also meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

On 01/14/2019 in USA Today‘s ” ‘Like I said: A puppet,’ Hillary Clinton tweets after recent reports about Trump, Russia” William Cummings reports on that charge by Clinton directed at Trump during a televised presidential candidates debate in 2016. He quotes what Clinton said, “It’s pretty clear you won’t admit the Russians have engaged in cyber attacks against the United States of America, that you encouraged espionage against our people, that you are willing to spout the Putin line, sign up for his wish list, break up NATO, do whatever he wants to do and that you continue to get help from him because he has a very clear favorite in this race,” Clinton continued. She thereby warned Americans Trump was a Criminal Traitor in the Putin/Russia War Against America.
And Americans demonstrated they’d listened to her by voting for her by 48% to 46% and by nearly 3,000,000 million more votes. By any standards that was a solid rejection of Trump by the American electorate. Nevertheless, Trump somehow rigged the elections by tampering with voter registration systems and manipulating the data which allowed him to fraudulently claim to have won more electoral college votes which allows him to fraudulently occupy the seat of president. And by fraudulently occupying that seat Trump’s been given commissions with goals by the Trump/Putin & RUSSIA/WCCL to wage wars against America and Americans.

Along side Stalin and Mao, Hitler’s the modern world’s example of how a willful, selfish, lawless, brutal, fascist, dictator, authoritarian sought and got his ways. But there is a current group of such fascists, dictators, and authoritarians in our world who support or favor similar types of willful, selfish, lawless, and brutal methods of getting their ways in the form of the WCCL (World Calbal of Corrupt Leaders). Trump’s shown his love for hobnobbing with them and has made no secret of his desire to imitate them and their methods.
Trump’s is approving their methods by supporting torture against suspected terrorist/prisoners of war; by nominating, getting appointed as CIA director a person involved in past controversies about using torture; by refusing to punish/question or believe Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince’s, MBS, possible involvement in Jamal Khashoggi’s murder but worrying of loss business/money/profits from actions against MBS; and by choosing Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years season to worry American about financial survival from government shutdown. And he’s shown his respect/admiration for them by praising brutual dictator Kim Jung-un as honorable; by praising China’s dictator Xi Jinping’s changes of laws to make himself president for life and saying he’d like to try it; by kowtowing to and failing to confront, criticize, and correct authoritarian Putin; and by agreeing with Turkey’s dictator Recep Tayyip Erdogan to pull troops out of Syria without proper consultaion with his senior advisors, Coalition Allies, or Pentagon leaders.
Its been clear for a long time that Trump’s a criminal traitor who wants to operate as a dictator/authoritarian/crime boss and who has thrown his lot in with the likes of such conspiring and operating as the WCCL (World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders). His website “Real Russia” on you tube largely presents favorable noncontroversial videos of Russian life, but, on occasions, they present favorable soft core propaganda supporting Russia’s leaders and actions: he attended President Putin’s press conference where he effusively gushed over Putin and his own attendance; in his interview during his USA tour he toed the line for Russia by praising Putin, avoiding criticism of Russia’s involvement in Ukraine & Syria, and artfully dodging any criticism of Putin or Russia thus portraying Russia in the best light possible; and he visited Eastern Ukraine’s Donbas at the invitation of pro Russian pro Separatist and uttered no criticism of Russia’s invasions of Ukraine’s Donbas. He’s a Russian totalitarian state tool/influence peddler of soft core pro-Russian propaganda.
Maria Butina is an indicted, now convicted, agent/influence peddler/conspirator charged with failure to register as a foreign agent and conspiracy to seek influence on behalf of the Russian Federation; she’s agreed to a plea deal and to cooperate with prosecutors. She openly and surreptitiously/stealthily served Russia’s totalitarian state as a mid-level agent/influence peddler/conspirator. Maria blatantly used in your face strategies and tactics to openly acquire influence and conduct beneficial to Russia including: gaining access to Governor Scott Walker, presidential candidate Donald Trump, and other influential Americans; and attending the National Prayer Breakfast, an NRA conference, and Trump’s inaugural festivities to gain influence. She surreptitiously/stealthily received funds and operated under orders of a Russian government handler. Her plea deal may expose more of her conducted under cover as a student/gun rights advocate.
A far more insidious method used surreptitiously/stealthily by Russia’s totalitarian state tools/agents/spies/influence peddlers is to hide or pose as normal like any American citizen or foreigner. But they are hidden, deceiving Russian totalitarian state operators wiggling and penetrating themselves deep into American society. The public has learned of such Russians: hiding as students, operating in the Trump campaign, writing opinion pieces in respectable American news organization, and corrupting or attempting to seize control of international organizations. Last week the public saw Trump increase his wrecking of the USA society’s social, civil/moral/ethical, political, and economic standards and institutions . Later, he was actually fired. The question was asked since previous officials in Trump’s administration had been fired after criticizing Putin/Russia – Tillerson, McMasters, and Haley. It’s an indication Trump’s a Putin/Russian agent/puppet who must be charged with Treason and impeached and removed.
News is that Criminal Traitor Trump’s decided to withdraw USA’s troops from Afghanistan without consulting NATO allies who’ve suffered over a 1,000 deaths from joining the USA in 2001 to overthrow the terrorist supporting Taliban. Judge Emmet Sullivan asked the right question when he asked the Mueller prosecutors, Could Flynn have been charged with treason?!
The U.S. Constitution in Article III, Section 3, Clause 1, defines treason: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort….” And U.S. law 18 U.S.C. Section 2381 defines treason as: Whoever owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States and elsewhere is guilty of treason….”
So, by those words treason appears to consist of two types: (1.) Treason committed by one owing allegiance to the U.S. by levying war against the United States, (2.) Or Treason committed by one owing allegiance to the United States by adhering to U.S.’s enemies and giving them aid and comfort.
Now scholars have interpreted those laws and court cases as meaning that treason can be committed only during times of war under definition (1.) type of treason involving levying war against the U.S. But on its face the definition of treason in (2.) does not appear to require treason to be done during wartime. One professor/author, Robert A Sedler, in a Chicago Tribune article, ” ‘Treason’ might not mean what you think it means” wrote: “So, the crime of treason can only be committed by an American citizen during time of war with a foreign enemy.” But the language in the second type of Treason does not require it to be done during war time. But agreeing with Sedler, most people would argue that the better case of punishing American Criminal Traitors in peace times would be through conspiracy and espionage laws that do not require war time occurrence. Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were convicted and executed under such espionage and conspiracy laws which were sufficient to get them the most severe punishment – death. It’s a safe bet’s that Mueller will charge under conspiracy and espionage laws. But there should be arguments for treason without a declaration of war.
Nevertheless, though the overwhelming majority of scholars may say there’s no basis for charging suspected Criminal American Traitors with treason if it is not done during a time of war and that charges of conspiracy and espionage would be sufficient and more appropriate in the absence of war – this blog will take the much lambasted view that charging suspected American Criminal Traitors with treason would be appropriate given that Russia has initiated a stealth War Against America. And treason without a declaration of war should be argued too.
Make no mistake about it! America is at war with Russia, its enemy! Russia has stealthily declared and is stealthily waging a War Against America with the aid and comfort of suspected American Criminal Traitors. It is a ridiculous fallacy that countries can be at war and be wartime enemies only when they declare war. Russia has chosen to stealthily start a War Against America and American traitors have chosen to joined her and to give her aid and comfort during that war. So, in joining with Russia in that War Against America, suspected American Traitors should be charged with treason for giving aid and comfort to Russia during war. Russia’s stealth War Against America is the reason prosecutors should have answered yes to Judge Sullivan’s treason question, Flynn could have been charged with treason. And Treason without a declaration of war should be argued too.
Labeling Judge Sullivan’s treason question as being improper judicial temperament and wrong is itself wrong and mistaken and unreasonable since Russia’s committed acts of War Against America and continues her War Against America while suspected American Criminal Traitors gave and continues to give her aid and comfort during the war. This website’s blog on 12/18/2018 mentioned Chuck Rosenberg’s criticism: Rosenberg, on the Rachel Maddow show stated that Judge Sullivan displayed improper judicial temperament when he questioned the prosecutors’ on whether they could have charged Flynn with treason and other crimes but prosecutors nevertheless recommended a light sentence of 0-6 months. Rosenberg’s criticism of Judge Sullivan is flat out wrong. Judge Sullivan’s temperament, questioning, challenges, and search for truth concerning Flynn’s crimes and sentence and the prosecutors’ recommendations is part of what a judge may do; should Judges just be prosecutors’ rubber stamp?. – Rosenberg’s comment was insulting, lacked respect for Judge Sullivan’s role, and deserves criticism.
Also, criticizing Judge Sullivan, an emptywheel.com author wrote on 12/19/2018 in “Van Grack Suggested Mueller Did Review Whether Flynn’s Behavior Amount To Treason”, “Now, I will be honest with you: I was screaming at Sullivan when I read this being tweeted out in real time, in part because I spend so much time arguing that Trump and his flunkies won’t be charged with treason because we’re not at war.”. The author’s claim is unreasonable, wrong, and mistaken because Russia is waging a stealth War Against America and because the suspected American Criminal Traitors are not flunkies but experienced operatives. Emptywheel.com’s author goes on, “I remain frustrated that [Judge] Sullivan raised treason at all yesterday, as I spend a great deal of time tamping down discussion of treason; none of the Trump flunkies’ actions that have been revealed reach treason.” Is the author’s frustration by the Judge’s question reasonable? Why does the author minimize the ideas of Russia waging war against the USA and suspected American Criminal Traitors as flunkies? And is the author covering for Russia and suspected American Criminal Traitors?
As to Judge Sullivan’s treason question, MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell said No. O’Donnell reasoned a person could only be charged with treason for giving aid and comfort to the warring enemy during the time of the declared war with the warring enemy. And since the USA was not in a declared war with Russia Flynn could not have been charged with treason. O’Donnell’s simply wrong because Russia sometime ago began waging a War Against America and continues to perform acts of War Against America on a daily basis though their war is undeclared. Some scholars have taken us deep into the weeds about whether Flynn’s acts qualify as treason. Their so deep in the weeds arguing irrelevant points, they can not see Treason.
Russia’s using similar and modified tactics and concepts in her War Against America to those used in her stealth War Against Ukraine. Russia’s waging a stealth War Against America just as she’s done to Ukraine. In Ukraine Russia stealthily invaded Ukraine, then seized control of Ukraine’s Crimea and annexed it to Russia, then it stealthily instigated and supported an insurgency in Ukraine’s eastern Donbas region, and later it seized and controlled both the insurgence and the insurgents’ government of Ukraine’s Donbas. That war started by Putin/Russia has to date been the cause of over 10,000 deaths. But Putin/Russia has never declared themselves to be at war with Ukraine. And they deny, deny and lie, lie in arguing that Russia is not in eastern Ukraine. Russia, as she did in Ukraine, is stealthily waging war against America through the Trump/Putin/Russia/WCCL War Against America along with aid and comfort from American Criminal Traitors.
Some Americans are telling us that since the USA is not at war with Russia, those people who’ve conspired with Russia can not and should not be charged with treason. But Russia’s using similar and modified tactics and concepts in her stealth War Against America to those used in her stealth War Against Ukraine. Trump, Flynn, and other suspected American Criminal Traitors should be charged with both conspiracy and treason since they have and continue to support and work with Russia in her War Against America. Americans need to rely upon second half of the U.S. Constitution’s definition of Treason ( (2.) or Treason committed by one owing allegiance to the United States by adhering to U.S.’s enemies and giving them aid and comfort.) to prosecute traitors if they believe Russia’s not at war with America. If there’s evidence to prove traitorous acts in the absence of war, American Criminal Traitors should be charged with Treason, Espionage, and Conspiracy. Americans should not shrink from claiming and prosecuting peacetime Traitors for Treason, either because the English/British unjustly used Treason charges in their history or because the founding fathers feared misuse of Treason Charges, since the founding fathers put safeguards against abuse of Treason Charges in the U.S. Constitution.
The deniers who argue that Russia’s not at war with the USA and that Criminal American Traitors, therefore, can not be charged with Treason should reconsider and charge Treason under type 2 treason in the absence of war. Maria Butina, a Russian Agent/Spy, operating as a Russian student/gun rights advocate in the USA, was arrested in July 2018 for conspiracy to operate as an agent/spy to infiltrate and gain influence with key USA citizens on behalf of the Russian Federation and for failing to register with the USA attorney general as required under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) as a foreign agent. Today, 12/10/2018, news reports from major media organizations are reporting that Butina has conclude a plea agreement with the prosecutors admitting to those crimes and agreeing to cooperate with federal prosecutors. Filings in federal court are expected, and a court hearing is set for Wednesday of this week.
This is an old practice of the Russians developed over decades and centuries. They send people into foreign societies as agents/spies on behalf of the Russian authorities/government. In the past, especially during the Cold War, they would secretly infiltrated societies and passed themselves off as citizens of countries with fake birth certificates, names, and identifications necessary to make them indistinguishable from true citizens of those host countries. Though that method is still used, since the fall of the USSR, Russian citizens have been given greater rights to move about and travel; so, that, consequently, has resulted in their adding more open, blatant, in your face methods of penetrating societies to gain influence from or over members and organizations of other societies for the benefit of the Russian Federation.

Maria Butina through Americans gained access to Governor Scott Walker, presidential candidate Donald Trump, a National Prayer Breakfast, an NRA conference , and other influential Americans, then through open, blatant, in your face ways sought influence from or over Americans for the benefit of the Russian Federation.

And Russians, having received the ability to more freely travel about into other countries after the fall of the USSR and the end of the Cold War, have found it easier to penetrate Western societies and practice such duplicitous behavior.
For Americans who love and respect their country’s historic beliefs and developments of inalienable God given individual rights, democracy, systems of checks and balances and separation of powers, limits on government, and human rights, it is imperative that they recognize that there are traitorous or unwitting Americans in their midst cooperating with Putin/Russia to overthrow America and its historic ideas and beliefs and developments and to advance Russia’s antithetical and nefarious ways.
