Maria Butina, a Russian Agent/Spy, operating as a Russian student/gun rights advocate in the USA, was arrested in July 2018 for conspiracy to operate as an agent/spy to infiltrate and gain influence with key USA citizens on behalf of the Russian Federation and for failing to register with the USA attorney general as required under the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA) as a foreign agent. Today, 12/10/2018, news reports from major media organizations are reporting that Butina has conclude a plea agreement with the prosecutors admitting to those crimes and agreeing to cooperate with federal prosecutors. Filings in federal court are expected, and a court hearing is set for Wednesday of this week.
This is an old practice of the Russians developed over decades and centuries. They send people into foreign societies as agents/spies on behalf of the Russian authorities/government. In the past, especially during the Cold War, they would secretly infiltrated societies and passed themselves off as citizens of countries with fake birth certificates, names, and identifications necessary to make them indistinguishable from true citizens of those host countries. The left wing Obama Democrat WIGGAs compassion has created chaos and mass assemblages of lawless, unruly, rock throwing, authority defying, entitlement demanding, sanctuary city seeking illegal immigrants within the USA and at its borders. But the Republican WCCL eagerly grab benefits from Democrat WIGGA’s disastrous policies by destroying or weakening American workers’ economic base, by exploiting illegal labor at Americans expense from driving down Americans’ wages, and by hypocritically ranting national security fears and emergency needs to illegally grab powers to use in implementing laws disadvantaging workers. Both left wing Democrat WIGGA/right wing Republican WCCL immigration policies are against average Americans’ interests and generally disastrous/divisive.
The right/far right Trump/Republican WCCL are using the immigration mess that left/far left wing Democrats have created at USA’s borders and throughout the USA to exploit illegal immigration laborers; to destroy and weaken USA workers’ industries and labor organizations; to deny USA workers decent pay; and to attack USA’s systems of constitutional order, rule of law, and democrat republics to grab power to promote authoritarian/dictatorial/despotic/fascist rule.
It’s well documented that Trump’s used illegal immigrant laborers from El Salvador, Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador and other countries to work on his properties and in his facilities and businesses – hundreds of news sources exist documenting that in detail. So, he’s a blatant hypocrite in railing against illegal immigration. It is reported that his businesses, properties, and facilities managers accepted false/no documentation for hiring illegal immigrant workers. And what has he really done to stop or efficiently manage illegal immigrants working for his organizations? Nothing! He’s hurt American workers by paying illegal immigrants a small fraction of what he’d have had to pay American workers! He’s grown wealthy by cheating Americans out of the right to work for a decent wage and by destroying American workers industries and labor organizations by hiring illegal immigrant workers at prices American workers can not compete with.
So, why does Criminal Traitor Trump hypocritically rail against Obama Democrat WIGGAs just walk in open border immigration policies since he’s gained wealth by hiring illegal immigrants for far less than he’d have paid Americans, since he’s helped destroy and weaken American workers’ labor organizations and industries, and since he doesn’t support workers’ needs and rights? Because his hypocritical railing created support from Republicans for declaring an emergency at USA’s borders. He used that emergency to illegally grab power to spend money from the USA’s treasury which he had no authority or legal right to spend. Using that emergency, he claimed a right to overthrow a fundamental, inviolable principle in USA’s Constitution and Democratic Republic, that the people’s Congressional Representatives in the USA’s House of Representatives, have the authority to initiate and pass appropriations bills not him – the chief executive.
Grabbing of illegal, unconstitutional, arbitrary power to spend the public’s money is part of Trump’s execution of his commission from Trump/Putin&Russia/WCCL War Against America! to subvert USA’s democrat republican system of government by Putinization/Russification/Neo Nazification of it. Accordingly, Trump has gone around the Senates authority to give its advice and consent to his cabinet choices by appointing so called acting heads of departments. Trump has repeatedly violated administrative rules and procedures of government agencies for his personal benefit, gain, or control. Trump has directed USA’s policies in a manner that benefits his WCCL allies but not the USA. Trump has appointed individuals who he has required to show personal allegiance to him rather than to the USA’s Constitution and laws. But nations have their own national laws and bilateral treaties regulating entrance, exit, and immigration into their countries. To justify illegal immigration WIGGAs claim their policies rests partly on political asylum claims but such made up political asylum claims by men, women, children, and their families are fraudulent since they’re immigrating for economic and social reasons. 5.) - Granting rights to migrants to freely move around and enter into countries at will is an assault upon the national unity and sovereignty of the nation state;
- National sovereignty and unity is further limited by EU courts liberally and widely interpreting the international Compact and EU immigration laws as binding national policy makers notwithstanding officials assurances that it will not;
- National sovereignty over complex system of budgets, welfare entitlements, management of healthcare or other systems are undermine, burdened, and crippled with fixed payments or costs imposed by such internationalist/globalist governance of nations’ immigration policies;

When Merkel, Germany’s Chancellor, allowed over a million immigrants into Germany under an open door policy, it led to crime, social problems, deportation of thousand of illegal immigrants, political gains for the far right extremist anti-immigration AfD (Alternative for Germany) party. Though Merkel lost political ground, she was able to remain in power, but she was later required to leave office in 2021 and to give up the leadership position of her party. But the extremist AfD party made considerable gains – becoming the first right wing nationalist extremist party to sit in the national parliament since 1949 having capture 14% (88) of its 630 seats. They gained seats in 13 of Germany’s 16 regional parliaments. The political elections of 2017 showed there was considerable anger at Merkel for her open door immigration policies.

Accordingly, Trump carries out their commissions, in return Trump receives money/profits, business, power, and self aggrandizement. So, once again, the public sees Trump siding with a member of the WCCL, Kim Jung-un over an American’s, Otto Warmbier’s, right to protection/defense.

Yesterday, Trump said he believed North Korean Kim Jung-un’s – the brutal, murderous dictator – claim that he’d not known of Otto Warmbier’s mistreatment in his North Korean prison resulting in his death; Trump merely took that member of the WCCL word and elaborated/defended on why that dictator wouldn’t have known. Earlier, Trump had defended/protected Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince – MBS – who the public was told had ordered the killing of American resident Jamal Khashoggi. Throughout that controversy as well as now, Trump protected/defended Saudi/Arabia and MBS, and he refused to act against them for the murder of an American resident. He’s consistently argued against actions punishing Saudi Arabia and MBS, instead arguing about and focusing on harm to USA’s economic/business/money interests with Saudi Arabia and MBS.
This website’s blogs have long argued that Trump’s an existential threat to America. But it’s also apparent he’s a threat to every American who visits or exists in a country governed by a WCCL member, since Trump’s allowed those WCCL dictators to get away with murdering Americans without any worry or consequence. - Today it has been reported that Russia’s foreign minister’s is in Vietnam during Trump’s summit with the North Korean Dictator. So, that’s clear evidence of Trump/Putin’s/WCCL (World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders) conspiracies against the USA.
- This blogger in a blog below pointed out that Putin had praised Trump’s boldness and courage for his negotiations and meetings with Kim Jung-un. He’d also praised the North Korean dictator both for his phony so-called positivity and denuclearization. He’d falsely accused the USA of not reciprocating to Kim’s phoniness.
- In the last few days media reports have indicated that the Trump’s Minion Khalilzad’s working with Russia’s Afghan Ambassador Kabulov to lift the UN imposed travel restrictions on the terrorist Taliban. In an AP interview Kabulov bragged and boasted about Russia’s role and USA’s failures: Russia’s Peace Conferences in Moscow on Afghanistan, the strong Taliban movement, America’s complete failure in Afghanistan, and Trump’s pull out of troops in Afghanistan.
- Sound like that Russian braggart is directing Trump/Khalilzad’s policies for Russia’s and Taliban’s benefit. Is that why Trump appears to be implementing Russia’s orders to pull out of Afghanistan? Is that why Trump appeared to be side lining the Afghanistan government? Is that why Trump/Khalilzad’s seeking to elevate the Taliban in power in Afghanistan. Is that why the Afghans/EU/NATO/Germany began pushing back and not taking it?
- So, Trump ordered a pull out of USA’s forces in Syria, falsely claiming he’d totally defeated the terrorist. That pullout has been widely praised by Putin and is what Syria, Russia, and Turkey’s Erdogan want. REPORTS WERE THAT TRUMP MADE AN ON THE SPOT CHANGE OF MIND TO DO SO AFTER HAVING EARLIER AGREED WITH HIS ADVISERS.

Trump, Putin&Russia, WCCL, and their countrymen are working hard for the Taliban, to elevate it into a powerful position in Afghanistan and as a powerful member of the WCCL (World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders) to help the WCCL rule in Afghanistan and in the World. In the past few months the public’s seen Putin&Russia organize and direct two peace conferences on Afghanistan prominently featuring and talking positively of the Taliban delegations and their desires and plans for peace in Afghanistan while underplaying and minimizing the role of the Afghan government or its participation in those so-called peace conferences. And sometimes those meeting have not included Afghans’ government representatives. Trump has supported at least one of those conferences.
And the public’s seen the Taliban visiting various countries of totalitarian/authoritarian/dictatorial WCCL for talks with their officials and leaders on peace in Afghanistan. The Afghan government has appear in those various countries for talks with their officials and leaders too, though the Taliban has routinely refused to meet alongside the Afghanistan government officials. News reports and official statements on such talks give prominent attention to the Taliban while underplaying and minimizing the role of the Afghans’ government and participation in those so-called peace conferences.
Many times those meetings have not included Afghans’ government representatives. Trump’s Special Envoy to Afghanistan, on many occasions, has participated in meetings with the Taliban in those various countries of totalitarian/authoritarian/dictatorial WCCL for talks with their officials and leaders on peace in Afghanistan without the participation of the Afghans’ government – a condition of the Taliban. Trump and his Envoy have supported the Taliban and its allies – Putin&Russia and Pakistan – rather than the Afghans’ government position of holding unconditional talks with the Taliban, thus aligning USA’s policy with that of the Taliban, Putin&Russia, Pakistan, and the WCCL while underplaying and minimizing the role of the Afghans’ government and participation.
In the blog below, “Criminal Traitor Trump Works to Implement Putin/Taliban Nefarious Rule“, on 02/14/2019, that blog contained writings on how Trump and his chief minion, Special USA Envoy to Afghanistan Khalilzad, were working with the WCCL (World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders) to help them rule in Afghanistan. To accomplish that Trump and Khalilzad are seriously undermining the Afghans’ government through their phony peace talks with their deadly enemies – Taliban, Putin&Russia, Pakistan, other members of the WCCL.
So, to weaken and destroy the Afghans’ government under their so-called peace plans and to elevate the Taliban in Afghanistan, Trump and Khalilzad simply need to meet with the Taliban on its term that the Afghan government be excluded from such meetings. And Khalilzad has done that repeatedly in many forums and arrangements: between the Taliban and the USA in Qatar, between the Taliban and USA and UAE, and between a Taliban, Saudi, Pakistan and USA in Pakistan. Additionally, they’ve encouraged the WCCL members to meet amongst themselves and with the Taliban to discuss Afghanistan. They also undermined Afghan’s government by talking with the Taliban about USA’s troop withdrawals, favoring the establishment of an interim Afghanistan government, and getting presidential elections postponed.

Chief Executive Abdullah Abdullah stressed that reaching peace requires “honest” efforts. “… If there is a real opportunity for reaching peace, I believe that words cannot stop reaching us to peace. But if there are excuses or something else, then it will be different,” said Abdullah. Afghan Chief Executive criticized the meeting…“I think it would be more effective to send this message through the institutions that directly support Taliban, their sanctuaries and activities,…said Abdullah.” He was speaking of Pakistan’s support of the Taliban.
Also regarding principle (1.), on 02/16/2019, in “Peace Needs To Be Citizen-Centered: Ghani” on tolonews.com Siyar Sirat, reported, Ghani said, “We offered unconditional talks, not unconditional peace,” …. if the Constitution needs to be amended it must be amended through constitutional processes. “They have already done elections on provincial levels,” he said…. the upcoming consultative Loya Jirga, a traditional assembly,…. will take place within a month. The president said he initiated peace when he agreed to form a national unity government and agreed on a peace deal with Hizb-e-Islami as well as established a three-day ceasefire with the Taliban.
And as to principle (2.), on 02/16/2019, in “Peace Needs To Be Citizen-Centered: Ghani”, on tolonews.com, Siyar Sirat reported, Ghani said, “Peace needs to be citizen-centered, not elite-centered….there is a need for political inclusion in the peace process…. gains of the past 18 years to be [preserved] …. six groups including women, civil society, youth, and religious scholars will attend the Jirga…. women … will attend a national debate “for the first time in the history of Afghanistan”…. to know the reaction of the people, there should be a survey of the Afghan public, on sessions like the Moscow meeting … on February 5 and 6 between Afghan political parties and Taliban representatives. “We offered unconditional talks, not unconditional peace,” …. if the Constitution needs to be amended it must be amended through constitutional processes. “They have already done elections on provincial levels,”…. consultative Loya Jirga, a traditional assembly, …. will take place within a month.
The Afghans’ governments views on peace as stated by its leaders – Ghani and Abdullah – are also reflected by Afghanistan’s civic groups and women’s rights advocates views: On 11/28/2018 a Tolonews.com article, “Achievements Must Be ‘Red Line’ In Peace Talks: Activists”, by Anisa Shaeed included the sentence, “According to activist, democracy, freedom of expression, freedom of media, human rights and women’s and girls rights are the main achievements that need to be preserved….” Yaqot Khan Zada, a women’s rights activist said, “We have paid the price and now even with lots of problems we have made progress, and this should not be ignored…. Defense Attorney Ahmadi said, “When we hear the name Taliban, We think we are going to have problems. I would prefer not to be in the country if the Taliban come,….” Their fears are wholly justified and should be respected!
Afghanistan’s government under Ghani appears to be succeeding in acquiring significant international support for a peace deal that includes Afghanistan’s government and Afghans’ participation rather than a peace deal imposed by the Trump/Khalilzad, Putin&Russia/Pakistan/Taliban/Alliance, and the Trump/Putin&Russia’s/WCCL War Against America.
President Ghani and CEO Abdullah went to the recent Munich security Conference in Germany and visited NATO and EU ministers to urge support for principles (1.) and (2.) of their peace plans. On 02/14/2019, in ” NATO Strongly Supports Afghan Government’s Full Involvement In Peace Talks, Alliance Chief Tells RFE/RL”, rferl.com reported NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg said, “…. There’s no way you can have an Afghan peace process — lasting peace — without totally involving the Afghans, including the government,”…. Also, on 02/15/2019, in “High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini and Afghan President Ashraf Ghani discuss peace process”, eeas.europa.eu reported, Federica Mogherini … “held with President Ghani an exchange of views on the need for the creation of an inclusive Afghan negotiation platform, representing Afghanistan’s diverse social and political spectrum.” Both their comments indicates strong support for President Ghani as to principles (1.) and (2.).
Besides the evils of sidelining the Afghan government from peace talks and elevating the Taliban in Afghanistan and in the WCCL, Trump/Khalilzad’s evils include two other evils opposed by Afghans and other NATO allies, including Germany but favoring the Trump/Putin&Russia’s/WCCL War Against America. (1.) Trump/Khalilzad’s so-called peace plan will increase regional rivalry and conflict. On 02/20/2019, in “Taliban-US Postponed Meeting Sparks Concerns” outlookafghanistan.net reported Afghanistan’s former President Karzai said, “peace talks between the Taliban and the US in Pakistan ran the risk of plunging Afghanistan into regional rivalries.” Trump/Khalilzad are increasing the power, status, influence of Afghanistan’s rivals in the region. a.) They’re increasing Putin&Russia’s influence by elevating the Taliban in Afghanistan and in the WCCL. Since Putin&Russia is in alliance with the Taliban, that alliance will even more strongly challenge USA/NATO/EU in Afghanistan. b.) Trump/Khalilzad’s negotiations with the Taliban elevates their status and prestige as a legitimate international group rather than as terrorist and insurgents, that’ll increase Afghans fighting and warring with the Taliban. And c.) They’re promoting a Saudi/Pakistan/Taliban relationship, but Pakistan/Taliban are Afghanistan’s enemies. Karzai’s right; Trump/Khalilzad’s so-called peace talks will increase rivalry in the region.
(2.) Afghanistan needs a long term presence for the next 25-50 years to help it gain peace and develop as a democratic prosperous nation; short term commitments can’t get the mission accomplished. On 02/13/2019, in “Germany to extend Afghanistan military mission”, dw.com reported, the government [Germany’s] said Washington was making an effort to find a political solution quickly in order to pave the way to a military withdrawal. But experience had shown that “such a process can last several years without decisive breakthroughs,” especially “in the face of the complex inner-Afghan and international negotiating position.” It’s foolish to think that Afghanistan/Taliban can negotiate a lasting peace in a few short months; since that’s the truth, What are the real goal of a foolish Trump/Khalilzad talk of a peace agreement in months? – to give a quick victory to the Putin&Russia/Pakistan/Taliban Alliance, the Trump/Putin&Russia’s/WCCL War Against America, and to aggrandize Trump – a phony peacemaker.
So, what’s going on with Afghanistan? It’s a struggle between Putin&Russia/Pakistan/Taliban Alliance VS. Afghanistan/NATO/EU/Germany. On 01/14/2019 in USA Today‘s ” ‘Like I said: A puppet,’ Hillary Clinton tweets after recent reports about Trump, Russia” William Cummings reports on that charge by Clinton directed at Trump during a televised presidential candidates debate in 2016. He quotes what Clinton said, “It’s pretty clear you won’t admit the Russians have engaged in cyber attacks against the United States of America, that you encouraged espionage against our people, that you are willing to spout the Putin line, sign up for his wish list, break up NATO, do whatever he wants to do and that you continue to get help from him because he has a very clear favorite in this race,” Clinton continued. She thereby warned Americans Trump was a Criminal Traitor in the Putin/Russia War Against America.
And Americans demonstrated they’d listened to her by voting for her by 48% to 46% and by nearly 3,000,000 million more votes. By any standards that was a solid rejection of Trump by the American electorate. Nevertheless, Trump somehow rigged the elections by tampering with voter registration systems and manipulating the data which allowed him to fraudulently claim to have won more electoral college votes which allows him to fraudulently occupy the seat of president. And by fraudulently occupying that seat Trump’s been given commissions with goals by the Trump/Putin & RUSSIA/WCCL to wage wars against America and Americans.

Judge Emmet Sullivan asked the right question when he asked the Mueller prosecutors, Could Flynn have been charged with treason?!
The U.S. Constitution in Article III, Section 3, Clause 1, defines treason: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort….” And U.S. law 18 U.S.C. Section 2381 defines treason as: Whoever owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States and elsewhere is guilty of treason….”
So, by those words treason appears to consist of two types: (1.) Treason committed by one owing allegiance to the U.S. by levying war against the United States, (2.) Or Treason committed by one owing allegiance to the United States by adhering to U.S.’s enemies and giving them aid and comfort.
Now scholars have interpreted those laws and court cases as meaning that treason can be committed only during times of war under definition (1.) type of treason involving levying war against the U.S. But on its face the definition of treason in (2.) does not appear to require treason to be done during wartime. One professor/author, Robert A Sedler, in a Chicago Tribune article, ” ‘Treason’ might not mean what you think it means” wrote: “So, the crime of treason can only be committed by an American citizen during time of war with a foreign enemy.” But the language in the second type of Treason does not require it to be done during war time. But agreeing with Sedler, most people would argue that the better case of punishing American Criminal Traitors in peace times would be through conspiracy and espionage laws that do not require war time occurrence. Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were convicted and executed under such espionage and conspiracy laws which were sufficient to get them the most severe punishment – death. It’s a safe bet’s that Mueller will charge under conspiracy and espionage laws. But there should be arguments for treason without a declaration of war.
Nevertheless, though the overwhelming majority of scholars may say there’s no basis for charging suspected Criminal American Traitors with treason if it is not done during a time of war and that charges of conspiracy and espionage would be sufficient and more appropriate in the absence of war – this blog will take the much lambasted view that charging suspected American Criminal Traitors with treason would be appropriate given that Russia has initiated a stealth War Against America. And treason without a declaration of war should be argued too.
Make no mistake about it! America is at war with Russia, its enemy! Russia has stealthily declared and is stealthily waging a War Against America with the aid and comfort of suspected American Criminal Traitors. It is a ridiculous fallacy that countries can be at war and be wartime enemies only when they declare war. Russia has chosen to stealthily start a War Against America and American traitors have chosen to joined her and to give her aid and comfort during that war. So, in joining with Russia in that War Against America, suspected American Traitors should be charged with treason for giving aid and comfort to Russia during war. Russia’s stealth War Against America is the reason prosecutors should have answered yes to Judge Sullivan’s treason question, Flynn could have been charged with treason. And Treason without a declaration of war should be argued too.
Labeling Judge Sullivan’s treason question as being improper judicial temperament and wrong is itself wrong and mistaken and unreasonable since Russia’s committed acts of War Against America and continues her War Against America while suspected American Criminal Traitors gave and continues to give her aid and comfort during the war. This website’s blog on 12/18/2018 mentioned Chuck Rosenberg’s criticism: Rosenberg, on the Rachel Maddow show stated that Judge Sullivan displayed improper judicial temperament when he questioned the prosecutors’ on whether they could have charged Flynn with treason and other crimes but prosecutors nevertheless recommended a light sentence of 0-6 months. Rosenberg’s criticism of Judge Sullivan is flat out wrong. Judge Sullivan’s temperament, questioning, challenges, and search for truth concerning Flynn’s crimes and sentence and the prosecutors’ recommendations is part of what a judge may do; should Judges just be prosecutors’ rubber stamp?. – Rosenberg’s comment was insulting, lacked respect for Judge Sullivan’s role, and deserves criticism.
Also, criticizing Judge Sullivan, an emptywheel.com author wrote on 12/19/2018 in “Van Grack Suggested Mueller Did Review Whether Flynn’s Behavior Amount To Treason”, “Now, I will be honest with you: I was screaming at Sullivan when I read this being tweeted out in real time, in part because I spend so much time arguing that Trump and his flunkies won’t be charged with treason because we’re not at war.”. The author’s claim is unreasonable, wrong, and mistaken because Russia is waging a stealth War Against America and because the suspected American Criminal Traitors are not flunkies but experienced operatives. Emptywheel.com’s author goes on, “I remain frustrated that [Judge] Sullivan raised treason at all yesterday, as I spend a great deal of time tamping down discussion of treason; none of the Trump flunkies’ actions that have been revealed reach treason.” Is the author’s frustration by the Judge’s question reasonable? Why does the author minimize the ideas of Russia waging war against the USA and suspected American Criminal Traitors as flunkies? And is the author covering for Russia and suspected American Criminal Traitors?
As to Judge Sullivan’s treason question, MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell said No. O’Donnell reasoned a person could only be charged with treason for giving aid and comfort to the warring enemy during the time of the declared war with the warring enemy. And since the USA was not in a declared war with Russia Flynn could not have been charged with treason. O’Donnell’s simply wrong because Russia sometime ago began waging a War Against America and continues to perform acts of War Against America on a daily basis though their war is undeclared. Some scholars have taken us deep into the weeds about whether Flynn’s acts qualify as treason. Their so deep in the weeds arguing irrelevant points, they can not see Treason.
Russia’s using similar and modified tactics and concepts in her War Against America to those used in her stealth War Against Ukraine. Russia’s waging a stealth War Against America just as she’s done to Ukraine. In Ukraine Russia stealthily invaded Ukraine, then seized control of Ukraine’s Crimea and annexed it to Russia, then it stealthily instigated and supported an insurgency in Ukraine’s eastern Donbas region, and later it seized and controlled both the insurgence and the insurgents’ government of Ukraine’s Donbas. That war started by Putin/Russia has to date been the cause of over 10,000 deaths. But Putin/Russia has never declared themselves to be at war with Ukraine. And they deny, deny and lie, lie in arguing that Russia is not in eastern Ukraine. Russia, as she did in Ukraine, is stealthily waging war against America through the Trump/Putin/Russia/WCCL War Against America along with aid and comfort from American Criminal Traitors.
Some Americans are telling us that since the USA is not at war with Russia, those people who’ve conspired with Russia can not and should not be charged with treason. But Russia’s using similar and modified tactics and concepts in her stealth War Against America to those used in her stealth War Against Ukraine. Trump, Flynn, and other suspected American Criminal Traitors should be charged with both conspiracy and treason since they have and continue to support and work with Russia in her War Against America. The likes of Criminal Traitors such as Donald Trump are behind this stealthily lead Trump/Putin/Russia/WCCL War Against America!
Americans need to rely upon second half of the U.S. Constitution’s definition of Treason ( (2.) or Treason committed by one owing allegiance to the United States by adhering to U.S.’s enemies and giving them aid and comfort.) to prosecute traitors if they believe Russia’s not at war with America. If there’s evidence to prove traitorous acts in the absence of war, American Criminal Traitors should be charged with Treason, Espionage, and Conspiracy. Americans should not shrink from claiming and prosecuting peacetime Traitors for Treason, either because the English/British unjustly used Treason charges in their history or because the founding fathers feared misuse of Treason Charges, since the founding fathers put safeguards against abuse of Treason Charges in the U.S. Constitution.
The deniers who argue that Russia’s not at war with the USA and that Criminal American Traitors, therefore, can not be charged with Treason should reconsider and charge Treason under type 2 treason in the absence of war. He argued that Afghans were fighting the war because of foreign occupation, but Afghans asked the USA to stay and signed the BSA. He stated the Taliban wouldn’t negotiate with Afghans’ Western supported puppet government, but many Afghans detest the Taliban as Pakistan’s intelligence puppet. America should be opposing/frustrating the Taliban and their allies not appeasing and kowtowing to them. They should strongly support Afghans’ government.
In assisting Afghanistan as an ally, America must remain true to its founding principles and moral/ethical values of decency and humaness. The Taliban won’t negotiate with the Afghan government whom they consider to be puppets, but the Taliban are sponsored and supported by Pakistan and many Afghans consider them to be puppets of Pakistan. And why is the USA negotiating with a weak Taliban about how many bases should be in Afghanistan when the USA could remain their for decades whether or not the Taliban approve as long as the Afghan Government honors the BSA.

The Putinization/Russification of America involves the open as well as the secret and surreptitious alignment of America with Putin/Russia and Russia’s allies to the disadvantage of America’s Republic and Independence and higher moral/ethical standards derived from Jesus.
So, it necessarily involves treason, betrayal, dishonesty, and worse towards America and American citizens. Donald Trump has shown himself willing to trash America’s traditional values/ethics/morals/democracy and interests in favor of Putin’s/Russia’s interest and those of their fellow World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders. So, Trump has accordingly tried to implement policies detrimental to America but which are favored by Putin/Russia and their World Cabal of Corruput Leaders. To Achieve that Subversion/Overthrow, Alignment, Putinization/Russification, Trump has enlisted and infested America with an army of fellow Traitors, including the Republican Party members, Russian Agents, Russian Spies, and other like minded characters.
What we have in the United States, from that enlistment, is an infestation or network of Traitors conspiring with foreign powers to subvert/overthrow the legitimate election processes and government of the United States. Since the beginning of the Trump campaign we have learned of hundreds of secret meeting between Trump aides, Trump advisors, Trump campaign workers, Trump business associates, and Russians, UK companies, and other foreigners to influence the election in Trump’s favor or to establish relations for corrupt or improper or questionable purposes. The goals of secret meeting with Russians and other foreigners have been to subvert/overthrow the American electoral process and rights of American citizens to freely choose their leaders. And by now those infestations of Traitors, Russian Agents, Russian puppets, UK Operatives and others are well known to the general public.
Let’s just review the evidence about a few of them because the list is much too long to discuss all of the Traitors, Russian Agents, Russian Spies, UK operatives, and others in this brief blog. Attorney General Jeff Sessions lied about secret meetings with Russians. Trump’s son-in-law Kushner was found to have been in contact with the Russian ambassador to establish secret back channel communications, and Kushner lied about his secret meeting until exposed. Donald Trump Jr. lied about the secret June 2016 Trump Tower meeting with a Russian government lawyer offering to supply Trump’s campaign with dirt on Hillary Clinton. Trump’s first National Security Advisor, Michael Flynn, resigned after having been discovered to have lied about meeting with Russians. And the list of lies about secret contracts for conspiring against the USA goes on and on.
But the list also includes Russian Agents/Spies making contacts in America and Russia to further Trump/Russian Conspiracies against the USA. Carter Page, a Russian Agent placed under surveillance by the FBI and FISA Judges’ approved warrants, was appointed by Trump and publicly named by Trump as one of Trump’s chief foreign policy advisors. British connected corporation Cambridge Analytica and its chief Alexander Nix were involved in acquiring voter’s private data. 25 Russinas including 12 Russian military officers from Russian military intelligence agency GRU and 13 Russian from a Russian hacking firm have been indicted for conspiracy against the USA. And Maria Butina, a Russian Agent/Spy, illegally conspired with Russians for the Russian government to make advantageous connections with influential Americans but failed to register as a foreign agent as required by law.
So, what must American do to American Traitors and their foreign Co-conspirators, whom Americans have invited into the country to infest with agents and spies conspiring to Putinize/Russify America, to frustrate the right of America’s citizens to freely choose their leaders, to subvert America’s election system, and to overthrow America’s democratic republic? First, build evidence against them and arrest them for their crime, Then, Americans should recite to them their pledge of allegiance, then they should recite the constitutional oath many citizens have taken to defend the country against all enemies – foreign and domestic. Also, Americans, using their constitutionally protected freedoms, should demand rule of law justice including arrests, prosecutions, sentencing, and imprisonment of all traitors, spies, and co-conspirators. The best defense against such people is to effectively apply the rule of law against enemy traitors whoever they may be.
Through assertion of the duty to protect and defend America, rule of law, adherence to constitutional order and law, and trial and punishment, America can meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”. So, the best way to defend the American democratic republic and its citizens rights, is to exercise those precious citizen rights to abide by the pledge of allegiance and oath to protect and defend the American democratic republic and its constitution against enemies and to bring them before the bar of justice under the rule of law.

Traitor Donald Trump – An Unreliable/Doubtful Ally

Those American admirers and allies in countries practicing horrific human rights abuses such as North Korea, Russia, the Philippines, China, Egypt and other countries are disheartened by Traitor Trump’s policies of ignoring human rights abuses of their strongmen, dictators, and authoritarians. Traitor Trump has praised Kim Jung-un as very honorable even though news reports have implicated him in the murder of his brother, the execution of his uncle, the ruler over barbaric prison and concentration camps in North Korea, and more. Likewise, he has praised Putin whom many have accused of ordering killings (in the UK Litvinenko’s poisoning) and persecutions of dissidents in Russia.
So, previous admirers and allies of America in those countries, as well as else where, now see in America an unreliable/doubtful advocate of basic human rights and decency. They now see a frustrated and restrained want-ta-be authoritarian and want-ta-be dictator seeking to hobnob with the World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders and ignoring and excusing their human rights indecency and abuses. So, Traitor Trump has turned the USA into an unreliable/doubtful ally by admirers and allies in those and other countries where the USA is ignoring the fight for human rights and decency.
Just as individuals at the creation of America, when she was in the midst of a system of brutal slavery, put forth ideas of human rights in its founding documents and continued to fight for those ideas, so today individual Americans, in the midst of a corrupt and illegitimate regime, must continue to put forth ideas and support for admirers and allies in those nations struggling for human rights and decency. Traitor Trump Continues Efforts to Putnize/Russify American Foreign Policies

Traitor Donald Trump continues to commit treason against the values/ethical standards, beliefs, and traditions, of America by aligning American foreign policies with the antithetical values and beliefs and practices and standards of Putin/Russia. The shameful history of Russian oppression of its and other citizens, of Russian aggression against other countries, of Russian support for cruel and abusive dictators and authoritarians and murderers, and of Russian bloody quest for money/profits and power and influence in economic and business and political affairs are readily ignored or agreed to by Traitor Trump when he attempts to align American foreign policies with Putin/Russian foreign policies. Therefore, it is entirely appropriate to say Traitor Trump in referring to him because of his attempts to Putinize/Russify American foreign policies by aligning them with antithetical policies of Putin/Russia.
The public knows that Traitor Trump is beholden to Russia because he’s received things of value from Putin/Russia and is being blackmailed by Russia. And for those reasons as well as because he’s an evil man who’s fully committed himself to the pursuit of money/profits and his own/companies interests by whatever meanings including the brutal and immoral/unethical use of power, misrepresentation, corruption, lying, cheating, criminal activity, deceit, manipulation, and more, he’s unfit to hold or exercise the duties of any office of management, leadership, trust, oversight, or honor since such holding or exercising of such offices or duties would endanger those in reliance upon his honest and decent holding and exercise of such duties.
Traitor Trump attempted to align, Putinize/Russify, American policy with Putin’/Russia’s on Ukraine. There were reports that Putin/Russian officials were trying to implement the idea of a referendum in Donbas, Eastern Ukraine, that Putin and Trump had agreed to at their Helsinki, Finland summit. Russia, claiming support from Trump at that summit, pushed the idea of a referendum in Donbas. So, having illegally invaded Donbas, having inspired insurgents to wage war against their Ukrainian government, and having illegally supported them with weapons and troops and by other means, Russia then proposed holding an illegal referendum in Ukraine’s Donbas. Well, Traitor Trump remained silent and never said anything against or about the referendum. But Ukrainians and their officials roundly rejected the idea. And USA Congress persons and former officials criticized it. Finally, the USA’s State Department rejected it. So, Traitor Trump’s attempt to Putinize/Russify America’s Ukraine policies failed, for now, but he’ll try again later to betray America and Ukraine since he is Traitor Trump!
The public realizes that Traitor Trump has endangered America as well as its Japanese and Korean allies by aligning, Putinizing/Russifying, America’s North Korean policies with those of Putin/Russia. The ruthless, despotic, and brutal Xi Jinping and Putin/Russia regimes had advocated suspension of vital military exercises and other concessions to North Korea such as meetings and legitimization of its leader Kim Jung-un. The USA had refused for the security of our soldiers and our allies and values/ethical/principles reasons. Having spent nearly a decade in the military, this blog’s writer clearly understands that military exercises are part of the life blood of military units; such exercises are training/practice in how to act in combat and save lives; so, Trump’s suspension of them will lead to loss of lives. As commander-in-chief Trump is betraying his troops and his allies interests in agreeing to suspend military exercises. Trump also gave North Korea quite a propaganda victory by meeting with Kim Jung-un and calling him a very honorable leader. So, Trump’s aligning, Putinizing/Russifying, American North Korean foreign policy with that of Russia has hurt America, S. Korea, and Japan by betraying their vital interests.
Traitor Trump has aligned himself personally with Putin/Russia and sought to imitate his practices, thus seeking to further the Putinization/Russification of American agency administrators and administration and making policy. Personally, Putin has shown himself to be capable of being a crude and nasty and vicious person in attacking and dealing with his political opponents. Having spent his political life surrounding himself with people who will do his dirty work, he regularly uses the state administrators to punish by arresting, subjecting to police harassment, jailing, creating court cases against, and by creating suspicions of suspected attacks and killings. Putin’s administrators of the government have been likened to an elite of criminal gangs loyal to the boss administering the state rather than to law and rule of law and required legal procedures designed to protect individual liberties.
In America, administrators swear an oath of loyalty directly to the Constitution and the laws and not directly to a person. Trump’s attempts to Putinize/Russify American government agency administrators and administration has failed thus far because of that oath, the American Constitution’s checks on powers of government, the American Constitution’s separation of powers, the American Constitution’s Bill of Rights, required administrative procedures designed to protect individual liberties, and the American people’s belief in their rights and the institution’s protections of those rights. Therefore, Traitor Trump, though he’s working hard at it, will in the end fails in his attempts to Putinize/Russify the whole of American government administrators and administration as in Russia. If Americans believe in and work to preserve the government of, by, and for the people which President Lincoln and other American patriots have given them, they will shut down, stifle, and defeat Traitor Trump, his Co-Conspirators, and Putin/Russia attempts to Putinize/Russify America, and, thereby, meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

Then Americans must pray and work for the health and safety of Traitor Donald Trump so that in public exposures and court trials, unlike in the case of Nixon, Trump’s true evil and crimes can be fully exposed and understood by the general public. The true tragedy would be if Traitor Trump is pardoned without consequences as was the case with Nixon. So, pray that Greedy Traitor Donald Trump will never be pardoned and will remain safe and healthy so that he may openly and publicly face the full weight of consequences for his treason and crimes against America with public court trials.

America is Suffering from Two Sets of Crazies – A Treasonous Trump/Russia/Republican Set of Co-Conspirators and An Open Border/Lawless/Emotion Driven/ Centrifugal Forces Set of Democrats
Donald Trump is a traitor – Traitor Trump – whose loyalties are to Putin/Russia and the World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders. Donald Trump is obviously carrying the water of Putin and his corrupt, authoritarian, anti-democratic associates such as Kim Jung-un, Duterte, Xi, Al-Sissi, and others. He has betrayed America’s policies, interests, principles, values, and moral/ethical standards under the directions of Putin/Russia. Accordingly, he has and is carrying out Russian approved policies with respect to North Korea, Afghanistan, China, the price of oil and gas, and Qatar. The public’s seen the price of oil and gas go up since Trump took office to the advantage of Putin/Russia. It has seen Trump make dangerous and pro-Putin/Russian concessions to North Korea too. It has seen Traitor Trump bestow praise, like Putin/Russia, on some of the worlds most savage and depraved dictators, strong men, and authoritarians. So, Donald Trump has fully sold out America’s traditional foreign policy for Putin’s/Russia’s foreign policies. He is fully allied with Putin/Russia along with the World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders. And Republicans are in on this game with Trump/Putin/Russia.
The questions that await to be answered are if or when will Donald Trump and the Republicans treason be exposed? and if or when he will be impeached, forced to resign, or removed under the 25th Amendment as a Traitor Trump whose unfit to serve as president.
Damaging too is the Left wing and far Left wing of the Democratic party whose asinine open border, lawless, emotion driven, and centrifugal force immigration policies are creating mass gathering at USA’s borders giving the Democrats opportunities to create emotion driven propaganda campaign blaming Trump for the consequences of their disastrous immigration policies. Trump has made wrong decisions too. But the facts are that Democrats have advocated open borders, and some today have advocated abolishing border and customs control! They have encouraged people to travel to this country from thousand of miles with their children under the belief that the USA should save them from their problems in their home countries. This is a nefarious policy designed to overwhelm the nation’s immigration enforcement agents and laws and courts and facilities and service agencies and budgets. So, the Democrats policies have acted as a centrifugal force against lawful, fair, predictable and enforceable immigration policies. Having created such stresses on the courts, the enforcement agents, facilities, child care facilities, and the support workers, Democrats now launch a vicious emotion laden propaganda campaign against child detention policies of the Trump administration. Trump has made bad decisions. But the Democrats created the problems.
The questions that awaits to be answered as to the destructive and unworkable immigration policies of the Democrats are when will the public understand that nearly 60 years of unworkable Democratic immigration policies of lawless open borders and interest group immigration policies need to be abandoned? and when will the public take severe measures against left and far left wing Democrats who advocate such policies?
So, with the midterm elections coming up, the nation will find itself in a dilemma of supporting Traitor Trump and his Republican supporters or supporting the destructive immigration policies of the left and far left Democrats. We need policies for America and American citizens from a government of, for, and by the people. Are Trump/Moon Insane in Bargaining Away Military Preparedness For South Korea?

Anyone who has spent any time in the military knows that part of the strength, life blood, and health of any military unit is training or exercise and more training or exercises and more training or exercises. A military unit without training and exercises to prepare it is a military unit that is hollow, inefficient, negligently or recklessly or criminally lead, and unprepared to carry out its mission. So, when China, America’s arch enemy, and North Korea, America’s arch enemy, place as part of their negotiating strategy for peace and de-nuclearization of the Korean peninsula the termination of Korean/American joint military training and exercise that would equal suicide and surrender and should be a nonstarter or a nonnegotiable issue in the initial process. And that is especially the case if American troops are in South Korea since they must train with South Korea.
Donald Trump, Putin/Russia, and China, in their World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders of dictators, fascists, totalitarians, and killers, and in their nefarious plans to gain worldwide money/profits, resources, and control and power, have included Kim Jung-un (and the acquisition of South Korea for him) in those plans. So, Trump, Putin, Xi, and Kim are doing what they all love to do – hobnob amongst themselves as the World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders to divvy up and plot to gain money/profits, resources, and control and power. Donald Trump is totally evil and nefarious enough to betray a democratic and prosperous South Korea into the hands of the totally evil Kim, Putin and Xi; he does not care about the security of the Republic of Korea and its democratic, free, and prosperous society. So, he would be totally capable of recklessly bargaining away the security of USA troops in South Korea, their mission, and the ability to maintain a democratic, free, prosperous South Korea by terminating joint military training or exercises. And some South Koreans may be stupid enough to participate in their own destruction.
American promotion of democracy, freedom, individual dignity, principles declared in its Declaration of Independence, its U.S. Constitution, its Bill of Rights, and its traditions, and in its performance of liberation in WWI and WWII have clearly demonstrate their superiority in helping to create freedom, democracy, and individual dignity in countries such as Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea who have accepted and practiced those ideas themselves.
But along comes Trump and disrespects America’s ideas, traditions, and values in favor of dictators, authoritarians, totalitarians, and killers as his World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders who seeks to betray into the hands of such killers and dictators and authoritarians the good people of South Korea. - During that same campaign, Donald Trump – repeatedly expressed praise or admiration for or defended Russian dictator Putin, and he refused to criticize him or his policies for which he was labeled by Hillary Clinton as a Putin puppet.
- Public reports indicate that Donald Trump’s campaign changed the wording in the 2016 Republican Party Platform from providing Ukraine with “lethal defensive weapons”, the mainstream Republican Party view in support of Ukraine, to providing “appropriate assistance” which was wording more in line with Russia’s views. News reports indicates that this was done by Donald Trump under the influence of Putin/Russia advocates.
- Donald Trump Jr. conspired against the USA when after being told of a June 9, 2016 meeting where a Russian agent would have dirt on Clinton which Donald Trump’s campaign could get, he joyfully exclaimed approval and held a meeting with a Russian agent with connections to the Kremlin and the Russian government about such Clinton dirt. And later evidence establishes that Donald Trump helped write a false statement seeking to cover up the real reason for that meeting.

- During the 2016 campaign, the convention, and the transition period, Donald Trump’s aides, his campaign officials, and his supporters – including Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Policy Advisor Jared Kushner, National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, and others – held secret meetings with the Russians which they failed to report, lied about, and tried to keep secret.
- News reports establish that during the 2016 campaign, Donald Trump and his agents were taking steps to try to get approval from the Kremlin for his company to build a building in Moscow.
- Donald Trump hired Michael Flynn as the National Security Advisor. Michael Flynn was suspected of having been compromised by the Russians and the Trump administration had been warned by top DOJ officials. News reports have indicated that Obama had warned Trump not to hire Michael Flynn. Michael Fynn had lied about conversations and meeting with Russians to the Vice-President. Despite all of that Donald Trump hired Flynn, kept him on as National Security while knowing those things, and fired him only under pressure to do so.
- Donald Trump has fired and embarrassed his administration officials for warning, lambasting Putin/Russia while he personally has been reluctant to criticize Putin/Russia and has insincerely done so only after massive public criticism and pressure. When his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson made a strong statement against Russia and its conduct, Trump fired him a few days afterward. When Trump’s National Security Advisor, General McMasters also made strong statements deploring Russia’s conduct and the lack of adequate response, he was in a matter of days also fired. When the United Nations Ambassador, Nikki Haley, on the advise of the Trump administration warned Russia that new sanctions were coming, a Trump official reprimanded her, accused her of confusion, and embarrassed her by denying they had told her of new sanctions coming.

Trump Circumvents, Undermines, and Weakens USA’s Sanctions Policies and Some EU Allies Join Him

Donald Trump continues to circumvent, to undermine, and to weaken the USA’s sanctions policies especially against Russia. Last week he and his administration encouraged Nikki Haley to go public and announce that new sanctions were coming on Russia for its support of Assad and his use of chemical weapons, but a day later Trump reversed himself and announced that Russia would receive new sanctions when it deserved them! Well, didn’t he condemn Russia and Syria for the use of chemical weapons, didn’t he use more than 100 missiles to attack Syria for that use, and didn’t he just one day earlier have his UN ambassador strongly state that sanctions would be imposed for such use. So, why is he now undermining the use of sanctions by saying, not now! Russia will get them when it deserves them? As previously stated in this website, Trump’s get tough on Russia claims are phony.
Several weeks ago sanctions were imposed on Russia’s oligarch Oleg Deripaska and Russia’s Rusal, the world’s 2nd largest aluminum producer which gets 7-14% of its revenue from the USA’s market. The intended effects were devastating and immediate showing the effects of properly administered and directed sanctions against Russia, and there were real consequences. Rusal’s stock values drastically declined, Deripaska lost huge amounts of money, the company became financially imperiled to the point that there were reports of the need for government financing, and the business environment was terrible since there was a reluctance to be involved with Deripaska or Rusal. So, at least in the short term, the sanctions sent a powerful warning on punishments available as responses to Russia’s mischief making.
Just as Trump reversed his promise to impose new sanctions on Russia for failure to prevent use of chemical weapons in the Syrian Civil War, he’s walking back the imposition of sanctions on Russia for malign activities around the world. Russia as well as some EU allies were whining and seeking relief from the effects of the Deripaska/Rusal sanctions. And, accordingly, Secretary Mnuchin, and Donald Trump, have worked to grant relief. In rferl.org on 4/24/2018 in “U.S. Offers To Lift Sanctions on Russia’s Rusal if Deripaska cedes control”, it was reported that Rusal petitioned for relief as well as France’s Macron and other Europeans. And Secretary of Treasury Mnuchin responded favorably stating that the hardworking people of Rusal should not be targeted, Rusal should be given more time to comply, and a reconsideration of the impact on European allies will be made. The article above mentioned that the effect was an immediate 15% increase in the value of Rusal’s stock and Deripaska’s wealth would have recovered as well.
That 15% increase may mean more money to support Russian pilots who indiscriminately bomb and kill civilians in the Syria as the public has witnessed in its past Syrian air campaigns.
Those sanctions were belatedly imposed for Russia’s malign activities and interference in the 2016 elections and were part of Congress’ mandate in the 2017 legislation requiring imposition of sanctions. The public know that Donald Trump and certain nations in the EU such as Germany were against that legislation but Congress overwhelmingly passed it in a veto proof manner, and, therefore, Donald Trump decided to sign it even though he and his secretary of state were opposed to it. But now the public see Russia, with the support of some EU allies, including Macron of France, as well as Donald Trump and his secretary of treasury circumventing, weakening, and undermining the powerful effects of those congressional sanctions on Russia.
The public fully understands what Hillary Clinton meant when she labeled Donald Trump a Putin/Russia puppet, and its getting a belly full of Trump’s traitorous foreign policy conduct in favor of Russia and harmful towards the traditional values and practices of the USA. But the United States is also faced with allies in the EU and Western Europe who would rather get economic benefits from Russia, turn a blind eye to Russia’s mischief and destruction and aggression, and watch Russia abuse and kill others, but not do enough to stop it. So, against a domestic threat whose been labeled a puppet and a group of allies refusing to adequately respond to Russia, the USA is left to rely upon true believers in Congress of basic human rights, liberty, independence, and protections for all people against Russia.
When Congress provided by legislation that Trump could not lift sanctions on Russia without its approval and for imposition of new sanctions on Russia in 2017 despite Trump’s and some EU members opposition, it took a principled stand to protect human rights, to protect liberty, and to provide protections for people against Russia. It reaffirmed core values of America and the right attitude towards Russia – resistance even to the point of a new cold war if necessary. Trump’s Phony/Half-hearted Get Tough on Russia Actions are Politically Expedient

Donald Trump in the past few weeks has embarked upon a half-hearted campaign to convince Americans that he is tough on Russia. For months he ignored imposing on Russia in a timely manner the sanctions mandated by Congress. He belatedly did. He had his United Nations ambassador announce that he would impose new sanctions upon Russia for its support of Assad and Assad’s use of chemical weapons, only a day later to change his mind and state, new sanctions will be imposed upon Russia when it deserves it! He stated that missile attacks would be coming in the next 24-48 hours, only to wait much longer and to repeatedly announce to Russia and Syria, the attacks are coming, the attacks are coming, as if to give them a warning to prepare, move their weapons, safeguard their personnel. So, Trump appears to be lukewarm in his opposition to Russian mischief, even as he tries to deflect criticism by giving phony and half-hearted attempts to be tough on Russia.
Trump’s get tough on Russia actions are designed to undercut the evidence of his conspiracy with Russia to interfere in the 2016 elections. But Trump’s politically expedient and phony get tough actions will not succeed in covering up his conspiracies with Russia since, by now, even though Mueller’s investigation has not concluded, much of the public has long since concluded from the voluminous amounts of publicly available evidence that Trump conspired with the Russians to rig the 2016 elections in his favor. Additionally, Mueller has indicted thirteen individual Russian and 3 Russian entities for election interference.

Russia’s Phony Self-Pity, Self-Serving Victimization, and Selfish Play for Sympathy is Truly Sickening Given its Crimes/Abuses of True Victims

How does the American republic fight back against Russia’s destructive and nasty behaviors without engaging in a destructive and horrible hot war?
An article on rferl.org on 4/10/2018, titled “Russia Faces ‘100 Years of Solitude’ (Or More), Putin Aide Says”, describing the views of Putin aide Surkov, I read and interpreted as being full of Russia’s phony self-pity, self-serving claims of victimization, and of Russia’s selfish and unwarranted play for sympathy based on, well we honestly tried but were unfairly rejected. It was sickening because Russia fails to honestly admit and offer apologies for its intentionally malicious and nasty conduct toward its victims and peoples of the world which are the real reasons the world will shun, isolate, and punish it; the world will fight back against Russia’s savagery and abuses.
Some of those abusive and savage practices are well documented in Russia’s history – just one example is Stalin’s reign of terror and murder and abuses of Russians and other peoples of the world. But currently Russia continues to practice such savagery and abuse in the form of: Aggression – Russia seized Crimea, Russia invaded Georgia, Russia helped launch an insurgency in eastern Ukraine that has so far killed nearly 11,000 people and caused billions in damages; Suspected Murder/Attempted Murder of People in Russia and worldwide – Magnitsky, Litvinenko, Nemtsov, Yulia and Sergei Skripal, and others; Shooting Down Airplanes – MH17 shot down killing hundreds of innocent civilians; Violations of Basic Moral/Ethical Standards – constant lying, Olympic cheating, denying and denying and denying; Brutal and indiscriminate bombings in Syria; Supporting Brutal Dictators – Assad; and much more.
And nations of the world are fighting back against Russia’s abuses and savagery. The world is rejecting Russia’s lies and denials and insisting on holding it accountable, so, it has expelled 150 Russian diplomats as punishment for the attempted murder of Sergei and Yulia Skripal. The world is rejecting Russia’s denials and denials and denials of fueling and supporting the violent insurgency in eastern Ukraine, so, it is maintaining sanctions on Russia. The world is not buying Russia’s and Syria’s denials of use of Chemical Weapons against innocent civilian men, women, and children in Syria, so, it it debating and at this moment trying to figure out how to react to that Russia/Syria outrage. The USA is not buying Russia’s denials and lying concerning its interference in its 2016 elections, so, new sanctions have been imposed upon Russia’s influential oligarchs and entities or businesses.
This fight back against Russia’s latest outrages has impacted Russia. Let’s just look at the impact of 4/6/2018 announcement of new sanctions on Russia by the USA. Recent news reports have indicated that in a very short time those sanctions have caused Kremlin connected oligarch to lose billions of dollars; a check of the online exchange rate sites shows that the Russian Ruble has declined in value by about from 4% – 8% in the four days since the imposition of those new sanctions; Russian aluminum giant, United Company Rusal Plc, which is estimated to receive between 7% and 14% of its total revenue from the USA’s market, has lost stock value and revenue; and there is a more negative business environment for working with Russian oligarchs and businesses. Those are part of the sanctions that Congress required Trump to impose much earlier, and Trump had been in violation of the law by not imposing them earlier and more completely. Such Congressional mandated sanctions and requirements must continue to be part of the fight back strategy against Russia.
So, what is Russia’s reaction to the fight back? Of course there are the same old standard tactics we’ve seen since the USSR days – attacking, lying, denying and denying and denying, but the article above describing Surkov’s views show a phony self-pity for being called out, self-serving claims of victimization, a selfish play for sympathy while ignoring the true evil it delivers to its true victims, and never an apology or attempt to compensate for or correct its evil. Those things are what’s so sickening about the behavior of Russia – it is totally evil. Reminds one of Ronald Reagan’s evil empire claim/statement.
But in numerous articles below, this website has stated that the fight back against Russia’s menace, evil, and destructiveness is a new cold war not a hot war. Just as the West’s Cold War with Russia lead to a destruction of the USSR without the destruction and horror of a hot war, so can a new cold war lead to the destruction of Russia’s menacing, evil, and destructive ways without a hot war. Through the fight back in the new cold war, Russia will learn that the world is unalterably opposed to the ways of evil expressed in menaces of aggression, murder, dishonesty, unfair power grabs, and other types of destructive and harmful and deadly conduct.
The world ultimately defeated Russia’s similar conduct in the past cold war without resorting to a hot war, and it can likewise do so again. So, by applying the proper fight back strategies of a new cold war without engaging in a hot war, the Americans will save their republic from destruction of a hot war and meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Hillary Clinton Was Right in Defining Donald Trump as a Puppet of Putin

For political reasons and advantage Trump is making a phony appearance of being tough on Russia, but, probably behind the scenes, he surreptitiously remains an UnAmerican co-conspirator with Russia making deals to gain power and money for himself and Russia.
Today, 4/6/2018, an announcement was made of increased USA sanctions against Russia. And a few days ago, Trump himself stated that no one has been tougher on Russia than he has been. However, during the campaign Hillary Clinton repeatedly referred to Donald Trump as a puppet of Putin because of his failure to criticize Putin’s conduct and policies and his admiration of him. Whatever measures Trump takes against Russia, he still refuses to criticize Putin for his actions and policies. Trump himself does not announce punishments or sanctions against Russia, but leaves such announcement to his cabinet members or spokespersons.
Additionally, Trump has only partially and after months of delay applied Congress’ sanctions against Russia. And, last week, Trump’s own outgoing National Security Advisor, General McMaster, lambasted the failure of the West and the Administration to hold Russia accountable for its international outrages. Further buttressing Clinton’s claim is the fact that four star retired General Barry McCaffrey recently twitted: “…Trump is a serious threat to U.S. national security.” And about two weeks ago MSNBC.com had an online article headlined, “Former CIA chief questions whether Russians ‘have something on’ Trump”. These are not just ordinary citizens questioning the loyalty of Donald Trump to the USA, they represent top leaders with careers in politics, the military, and in intelligence. Ordinary citizens need to listen to them and believe them.
As long as America has leaders like Clinton, General McCaffrey, CIA chiefs, and Robert Mueller watching and leading us to the right conclusions about Donald Trump, Americans will be able to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.” and defeat Trump’s nefarious plans for the USA.

Hillary Clinton is Right about Trump – She Said He’s a Putin Puppet – Four Star U.S General (Retired) Barry McCaffrey Agrees with Her

In the blog below: “In 2016 Hillary Clinton Repeatedly Called Trump a Putin Puppet”, the blog reminded people she’d done so during the campaign and discussed whether a recent proof of that was the firing of Rex Tillerson because he came out strongly in support of the UK whilst Trump’s support was less strong and much milder. On MSNBC, Rachel Maddow too raised the possibility that Tillerson was fired for coming out too strongly in favor of the UK and against Russia. Tonight, O3/16/2017, Rachel Maddow gave a more expanded explanation of that as a reason for Donald Trump’s firing of Rex Tillerson – his strong support for the UK and against Russia.
But Rachel Maddow went on and also included strong criticism against Russia as the reason for the recent talk about firing National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster. General McMaster came out in a speech strongly lambasting Russia’s criminal and lawbreaking conduct and urging tough action against it. Reports of McMaster’s departure/release by Donald Trump from his position as National Security Advisor has been news headlines all week. Maddow explained on her show tonight that such reports coming from the White House are a result of McMaster’s strong warnings about Russia and his call for tough action. She’s reporting this talk of McMaster’s firing as another shot across the bow – as with Rex Tillerson’s firing – by Trump warning against criticism of Putin/Russia. That would fit into Trump’s Pattern of nearly always avoiding, specifically and directly, criticism of Putin especially, and also Russia.
As has been blogged before on this website, Hillary Clinton labelled Trump a puppet of Putin because of his behavior towards Putin/Russia during the 2016 campaign. Today, she was joined by a retired four star United States Army General – who in other words echoed her remarks. That General, a combat veteran, General Barry McCaffrey, called Donald Trump, “a serious threat to national security…. refusing to protect vital U.S. interests from active Russian attacks…. he is for some unknown reason under the sway of Mr. Putin.” This is a startling statement coming from an American patriot – General McCaffrey – possessing the highest military rank achievable.
So, here, as with dozens and dozens of other incidents and reports, there are indications that Donald Trump is an existential threat to the USA acting as a puppet – agent – of America’s chief adversary. Such reports and conclusions by Clinton, Maddow, General McCaffrey, and others are supported by volumes of additional information. Will Americans succeed in using that information to force Trump’s impeachment, resignation, or removal by the 25th Amendment? In 2016 Hillary Clinton Repeatedly Called Trump a Putin Puppet
“A REPUBLIC, IF YOU CAN KEEP IT.”
Hillary Clinton called Donald Trump a Putin puppet during the 2016 elections. And by so doing she was in other words stating that he was a traitor willing to allow himself to be used by Russia’s Putin for his own money/profits interests. And the same can be said for the Republican Party and its Trump supporters who have enabled and protected Trump in his treason as well as participated in his treason.
In the past this website wrote blogs about the Trump/Tillerson Russophile puppets. However, recently Tillerson has come out in support of some policies against Russia that do not appear to align with Trump’s conduct concerning Russia’. Present examples are Tillerson’s statements concerning the UK’s allegations and demands against Russia in the Skripal and Yulia nerve agent poisoning. Tillerson came out strongly in support of the UK, its foreign minister, and the UK’s allegations and demands against Russia.
But the Trump spokeswoman in commenting upon the poisoning condemned the act without mentioning Russia. Trump himself also later stated there were not enough facts known yet. Presumably, Trump through USA intelligence briefings and reports and UK briefings and reports shared with the USA, has much more information than the general public has from the public statement Prime Minister May made to the UK parliament on 03/12/2018. So, why are his statements less strongly in support of the UK than his Secretary of “State’s statements. Trump’s statements fits his pattern of siding with Russia/Putin over our allies and of not criticizing Russia/Putin. His statements also fits with a well known Russia/Putin tactic of demanding evidence facts while ignoring the evidence facts already presented and staring them in the face and denying, denying, denying.
Now, such doubts, demand for more facts, unwillingness to blame coming from a member of the general public or this website which does not have the access to USA and UK intelligence information as does May and Trump is understandable. But such doubts, demands for more facts, unwillingness to blame or accept responsibility coming from Trump/Putin are suspects as more dishonest communication and denial. Especially when it fits with Trump/Putin standard behavior patterns. So, the question arises, since the firing of Tillerson is occurring at the same time as the confrontation between the UK and Russia over the Skripal and Yulia poisoning, and since Tillerson came out strongly supporting the UK against Russia, but Trump less strongly support the UK against Russia, was Tillerson fired because of his failure to align his comments with Trump’s less strong comments concerning the Russia/UK Skripal and Yulia poisoning? and as Hillary Clinton stated was Trump in making less strong statements acting as a Russian puppet once again?
To help secure the USA’s interests and to protect the USA against Trump/Putin conspiracies and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”, it’s necessary to answer those questions.

The Lawless in Charge – Trump, Russia, Duterte, Xi, Assad and Other Dictators and Authoritarians and So Called Strongmen and Usurpers in Control

The type of men mentioned in the title to this blog are by their behavior classified as lawless. They believe in having their way and exercising their will however they desire no matter what the law may say. Those very characteristics leads them to act lawlessly.
A democratic republic by its nature is suppose to be ruled by democratically elected representatives who take into consideration the fair and legitimate will of the general public/public opinion although they may override that will if they think better reasons exists. But the authoritarians, dictators, strongmen, usurpers, and their likes have little regard for the general will/public opinion but only want to manipulate it, disregard it, divide and confuse it, and other weaken it to achieve their own selfish will and desires. That too is lawlessness for they are sworn to exercise the law faithfully.
And in many other ways that have been blogged about in this website, those lawless type such as Trump, Putin, Duterte, Xi, Assad, and other have acted lawlessly in the administration of government – interpreting laws for their own selfish benefits, overthrowing administrative rules and procedure, appointing sycophants and minions as heads of agencies, illegally using the law and administrative agencies to imprison and convict opponents, murdering opponents in violation of law, illegally prohibiting and controlling media in violation of the law, lying and creating falsehood in violations of the law, and much much more. It is by their lawlessness and societies’ inability or unwillingness to constrain them that such lawless men such as Trump, Putin, Assad, Xi, Duterte, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, and many others create so much division, confusion, hatreds, suffering, destruction, aggression, war, and murder in the world.
Unfortunately, America is now faced with such a lawless man in its White House – Donald Trump. Make no mistake about it, he is fully capable of committing many of the lawless acts just written about in this blog and many more. And he has proven that he loves to hobnob with and wheel and deal with those lawless types just written about. However, he has been constrained thus far by three forces: 1.) Jesus Christ’s and his God’s love and blessings resting upon America, 2.) The commitment and character of million upon millions of Americans to rules of law, justice, righteousness, democratic republic governance, and the USA. 3.) And the USA’s Constitution and the tools within it that the founding fathers implemented to protect democratic republic rule – 1st Amendment rights, separation of powers, co-equal branches, impeachment and removal procedures, and other democratic traditions having developed therefrom.
So, if Americans maintain faith in Christ and his God – keep praying for USA, maintain their better character and commitments to the USA, and utilize the tools the founding fathers gave them in the Constitution to protect their democratic republic, they are well equipped to constrain and defeat their lawless leaders and by the Constitutional means of impeachment, resignation, or the 25th Amendment remove them from power. Therefore, Americans can meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.” and save their democratic republic against a lawless want ta be dictator, authoritarian, usurper – Donald Trump.

DONALD TRUMP IS AN ADVERSARY OF THE USA WORKING IN COLLUSION/CONSPIRACY WITH RUSSIA
BUSINESSMEN TRUMP/TILLERSON TEAM COMMITTED TO OWN/COMPANIES’ INTERESTS
Trump spent a lot of time during the 2016 campaign hollering about serving USA by making great economic and business deals. Many Americans believe that running a nation like a business is a good thing, and they all too readily elect businessmen running under that promise to office or equate administering/managing a nation to administering/running a business. Additionally, Trump spent lots of time diminishing the higher values and morals of the nation by doing such things as expressing disrespect for the service of John McCain, failing to honor promised donations to veterans until he was caught, supporting dictators and authoritarians like Putin and Duterte, and failing to sufficiently criticize white supremacist and racist. During and after the election, Trump placed his own/company’s business interest above everything by refusing to set up a truly blind trust instead of one under the control of his children, by refusing to divest his interest in a hotel which presents a conflict of interest, by refusing to release his tax returns, and much more. Those behaviors of Trump of placing business/economic interests above all else, diminishing the values and morals of the country, and placing his own/company’s interest above all illustrates a man whose chief goal is to serve his own/companies’ interests above his service to his nation and its people’s interests/values/morals/needs.
The King James Bible quotes Jesus in Matthew 6:24 as saying, ” No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate one, and love the other; or he will hold to one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.” Likewise, elected businessmen cannot serve two masters: for either businessmen will hate the nation’s/people’s needs/values/morals/interests, and love their own/companies’ goals of earning money/profits, or else elected businessmen will refuse to give up their own/companies’ goals of earning money/profits, and despise the nation’s/people’s needs/values/morals/interests. Elected businessmen cannot serve both their own/companies’ goals of earning money/profits and their nation’s/people’s needs/values/morals/interests.
Trump, throughout his 2016 campaign and until this day, has refused to sufficiently orally and publicly criticize Putin and Russia. Many believe this is because Trump may have secret financial and political ties to Russia. The thinking goes that those secret financial and political ties have made Trump a stooge or puppet of Russia since he has placed his own/companies’ money/profits and financial interests above the interests of the USA and its citizens. This of course would make Trump a traitor to USA’s people’s needs/values/moral/interests while being complicit in promoting the interests and influences of a vile, corrupt, and oppressive Putin/Russian business elite and government.
Putin, the chief businessman in Russia, has created and does control a corrupt elite of business oligarchs in Russia. Also, as the chief leader of Russia, Putin has created and does control a corrupt and oppressive government. So, there in Russia we see the commingling of corrupt business interest with corrupt and oppressive government interests neither of which serves the best interests of the Russian people. Putin’s corrupt business oligarchs are at the command of his corrupt/oppressive government to engage in corruption and human rights violations of all kinds including bribery, murder, entrapping and compromising victims, money laundering, influence peddling, deceit, subversion, election manipulation, cyber security attacks, market control and manipulation, violent attacks, and much more. These God condemned behaviors and practices are used by Putin against the interests of his own people as well as against the interests of other people and nations, including the USA’s. Putin has made a clear choice not to serve the interests of a God fearing people or to be God fearing either in Russia or abroad. That makes Putin and Russia both internal and international menaces causing great danger. Putin’s service is not to God or the interests of his people but to money/profits and power.
Likewise, the prime interests goals of Trump and Tillerson are to make money/profits because they are businessmen. Trump is known as a particularly greedy and dishonest businessman. And the people did not vote in favor of him and his plan – 48% to 46% against. General news sources of hundreds of kinds have reported that Russophile Trump sought to lift sanctions on Russia when he first came into office. This fits his pattern to act as a Russian agent/stooge/puppet as discussed above. Tillerson like Trump is a huge Russophile willing to be a Russian stooge. He has received the Russian Order of Friendship award from Putin. It has been well known and reported in all major news sources that the imposition of sanctions caused Tillerson’s company, ExxonMobil, to fail to follow through on a $500 billion oil deal with Russia. And he opposed those sanctions on Russia for annexation of Crimea and for provocations in Ukraine as well as the 2017 Congressional sanctions on Russia for interfering in USA’s 2016 elections. Sanctions, lack of friendliness to Russia, and holding Russia accountable for aggression and provocations all get in the way of Putin’s, Trump’s, Tillerson’s main goals of achieving money/profits.
So, the Trump/Tillerson team would overlook Russian aggression, illegal annexations, Ukrianian provocations, corruption, oppression, and human rights violations in favor of working with Russia to advance their own/companies’ money/profits interests. Their inclinations, some but not all of which have been trumped by Congressional efforts, put business interest of their own/companies’ above the people’s/nation’s needs/values/morals/interests. This is dangerous for the security of the USA and its people since the great business deals, Trump promised the nation, are nothing more than secret corrupt practices and agreements between Putin/Russia and the Trump/Tillerson team. To hide those deals from the public, the Trump/Tillerson team have attacked the press, kept the press in the dark, gutted the State Department, failed to staff the State Department, and undermined traditional USA policy rooted in the founding principles and values expressed in nation’s documents – the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. The Trump/Tillerson team are a threat to those core needs/values/morals/interests of the USA and its people.
As Jesus said we cannot serve two masters: God/mammon – own/companies’ money/profits interests and the nation’s/people’s needs/values/morals/interests. Leadership in a government of, for and by American citizens must be selfless. The Trump/Tillerson team is the opposite of selfless leadership.

THE TRUMP/TILLERSON TEAM OF RUSSOPHILES INSUFFICIENTLY COUNTERS RUSSIA’S GROWING INFLUENCES AND ACTIVITIES
Russia’s aggression, activism, and influence in international affairs increased under the Bush and Obama administrations. And the Trump/Tillerson era in USA/Russia relations is quickly proving to be even more ineffective in contesting and checking Russia’s international activism, influences, interests, and aggression at USA’s expense, particularly in areas where USA’s interests and influences primarily and formerly dominated. Trump/Tillerson foreign policies are not only diminishing the USA’s power and influence even more rapidly than was the case under Bush and Obama, but they are facilitating the expansion of Russia’s and Putin’s roles in international affairs by not effectively countering Russia’s policies.
Admittedly, the act of advancing USA’s interests are difficult. For example, how does the USA maintain friends and allies in the Philippines when its president, Duterte, is suspected of numerous illegal and extra-judicial killings – murders. Obviously, such a man should not receive USA’s support. But the Philippines is a traditional U.S. ally with which the USA has defense agreements. Yet, Duterte, in a visit to Moscow in May 2017, requested that Putin supply him with military weapons. And the Russian propaganda news publisher Sputnik reported that on October 25, 2017, a weapons delivery ceremony on board a Russian destroyer was attended by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Duterte as a result of that request. The effort to maintain USA’s influence in the Philippines despite the need to avoid supporting Duterte is made more difficult by reports that Trump/Tillerson are busy gutting the Department of State by failing to properly staff and fund it. The Trump/Tillerson team could use experts in helping it with the difficult issue of maintaining influence without supporting Duterte

BROWDER BELIEVES A SECRET TRUMP/PUTIN ATTACK ON HIS FREEDOM AND VISA RIGHTS OCCURRED
Did the Trump/Putin alliance secretly coordinate and plan an attack on William Browder’s freedom and visa rights?
News sources made a big deal – and it was a big big deal! – of the discussions between Trump adviser Jared Kushner and Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak wherein Kushner sought Russian controlled secret back channels of communications. Would it be a surprise that any country would not have the ability and means to deal secretly with others when they felt the need to do so? No! not normally. But yes, in this case since Jared Kushner represented a transition administration which had not yet taken power, since he was offering to give the USA’s most dangerous adversary control of that source of communication to the extreme disadvantage of our intelligence agencies, since he was endangering the nation, and since he was compromising himself before a wily and dangerous USA adversary. Such shocking behavior represented Trump’s and his administration’s officials willingness to operate against the interests of their own nation to the advantage of our chief enemy – Russia.
On October 22, 2017, William Browder tweeted that Putin put him on the interpol list and that simultaneously the USA had revoked his visa global entry status blocking him from entering the U.S. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security stated that he’d been cleared to enter the country on 10/18/2017. Browder disputed that. Later, on 10/23/2017, news sources indicated that he’d been cleared to enter the USA. In, this case who should be believed, neither or the Trump administration or William Browder. The Trump administration is suspect for anything it says because of Trump’s penchant for lying, the desire of his administration officials to work with the Russians in secret, and his love affair with the ways of Russia/Putin.
On the other hand, William Browder has every reason to fear or suspect the Putin/Trump secret alliance against him given suspicions that Putin is behind his opponents being murdered, jailed, mysteriously found dead, mysteriously poisoned, beatened, harassed, tried on trumped up or fabricated charges, and otherwise persecuted. Browder has earned Putin’s hatred for exposing the brutal death of Russian lawyer Sergey Magnitsky at the hands of corrupt Russian officials, for being the driving force behind Congress’ passage of the Magnitsky Act in 2012 to punish Russian officials for that death, and for being a recent driving force behind Canada’s passage of its version of the Magnitsky Act a few days ago. So, a few days ago, for the fourth time, Putin placed Browder on the interpol list, while, Browder argues, the Trump administration simultaneously sought to block his entry into the USA.
So, does William Browder have good grounds to believe that the Putin/Trump alliance simultaneously worked against him given that Putin attempted, for the fourth time, to have interpol arrest and deport him to Russia – that land of horrific crimes against its citizen; given that Trump’s in love with Putin’s ways of doing things; given that Trump had a penchant, even before assuming office, for secretly working with Russia; and given that Putin is suspected of cruel treatment of his opponents and that Trump has a desire to do similar things? Yes!

DONALD TRUMP IN VIOLATION OF CONGRESS’ 2017 RUSSIAN SANCTIONS ACT
As of October 1, 2017, Donald Trump is in violation of an overwhelmingly passed law by Congress requiring him to impose new sanctions on Russia. Does anyone recall that Ronald Reagan and his administration officials came under investigation and some were initially convicted over the Iran-contra affair. That affair partly involved the Reagan administration’s attempts to circumvent Congressional laws prohibiting arms sales to the Sandinista opposition in Nicaragua as well as to Iran. There the Reagan administration desperately wanted to aid the Nicaraguan Sandinista, but were prevented from doing so by Congressional laws, but the members of the Reagan administration secretly engaged in illegal conduct to circumvent Congressional laws.
Here, Trump has missed an important deadline imposed on him by law concerning new sanctions on Russia; so, he is already in violation of a law overwhelmingly passed by Congress. Also, like Reagan administration officials in the Iran-Contra affair, the question arises if there are any secret, illegal, prohibited dealing going on between Trump, Trump administration officials, or other go between actors and Putin’s Russia.
Does anyone remember how Rex Tillerson prevented the press from traveling with him and Donald Trump employed similar tactics. Are Donald Trump and Rex Tillerson like Reagan administration officials in Iran-Contra conducting concealed foreign policies with Russia and the rest of the world which are against the will of the American people and the interest of the USA? Trump/Tillerson have deliberately planned to under-fund and under-staff the Department of State in order to conceal their policies from the American people and to secretly collude with foreign powers beyond the vision, understanding, or knowledge of experienced professionals in the USA’s State Department. Such secrecy is vital for the business and economic corruption of the Trump/Tillerson era.
There are several basic facts about Trump and Tillerson which we must keep in mind when analyzing the foreign policy of the Trump/Tillerson era:
On Trump – Trump loves secrecy and non-transparency. That hides his wilful and possibly illegal conduct. Trump is a corrupt businessman known to have practiced fraud. Trump is proving he is not above using the presidency to promote his business and gain profits. Trump favors businesses and economies run by governments, dictators, and authoritarians who rely upon state approved organized crime, government controlled oligarchs, official state stealing, and other corrupt economic and business practices. Trump has invited a number of those thing into the White House to filthy it up. Trump has not placed the sanctions on Russia as required by the overwhelmingly approved congressional law; so, Trump is in violation of his Constitutional duty to faithfully execute the laws of the United States.
On Tillerson – Rex Tillerson like Trump loves secrecy and non-transparency as does Donald Trump. Rex Tillerson like Trump has no conscience against doing business with dictators, authoritarians, and government controlled oligarchs. Posing a conflict of interest concern, Tillerson’s oil company – ExxonMobil – did billions of dollars of oil deals with Russia which sanctions later blocked. Also, posing a conflict of interest concern, Tillerson allowed Putin to award him Russia’s Order of Friendship (though some consider it to be meaningless, others consider it to be unnerving as being possessed by an American secretary of state). Tillerson like Trump was and is against the sanctions that Congress voted to impose on Russia and which Trump has so far not legally complied with and has missed a deadline on. Has Tillerson tried to promote secrecy by preventing the press from traveling with him; developed secret deals, policies, or implementations with the Russians; or created designs to circumvent Congressional laws, as officials in the Reagan administration did during the Iran-Contra affair.
So, being that Trump has personally refused to criticize Russian and Putin aggression and misbehavior, had the 2016 Republican platform changed to deny Ukraine defensive weapons, has refused to protect the USA elections from Russian interference against the advise of all USA intelligence agencies, has written a false press release attempting to deny any wrong doing by his son during a June 2016 meeting with Russians concerning dirt on Clinton, has failed to report an hour long meeting with Putin during his European trip, and much more; and given that Tillerson has a conflict of interest from a deal between Russia and Exxonmobil – his oil company – which was blocked by sanctions, and that he has a continuing conflict of interest by opposing a law Congress passed to prevent the lifting of those sanction which he did and does oppose, the question is are Trump and Tillerson love for secrecy designed to implement secret deals and policies with Russia harmful to and against the USA interest?

DONALD IS NOT AN INSANE CHARACTER BUT A CLEVER, EVIL ADVERSARY AND RUSSIAN STOOGE AGAINST THE USA
Donald Trump is not, as the Palmer Report argues, a man in a state of mental decline, but a clever, evil adversary of the USA working on behalf of Russia’s and his own interests as a totally sane but traitorous individual. Is the media so blind as to not see through his antics – as bizarre, ludicrous, buffoonish, ridiculous, and clownish as they appear – as well designed efforts to distract and weaken the USA both internally and internationally.
Trump marches around like a mad man creating internal chaos within the USA and external chaos internationally for the United States, which disadvantages the United States, in order to allow Russia to assume world leadership and to promote its power and interests. So, Trump’s creation of chaos, divisions, controversy, fights, international policies, are not the rages of a senile, mentally deteriorating, man as some reports – the Palmer Report – and critics would have us believe. Trump is a mentally sane, competent, guileful, evil, and traitorous man. He and his tactics are part of a not so well concealed design to weaken the USA internally and internationally to the advantage of Russia.
Let’s look at Trump behaviors which have facilitated the United States’ decline and isolation in world affairs but facilitated Russia’s elevation, involvement, and leadership in world affairs:
– He has created division between USA’s allies to the delight of Russia
– He has sought to get rid of USA’s sanctions imposed on Russia but has been blocked by a congressional act
– He has missed the deadline imposed by Congressional law for imposing new sanctions on Russia and has yet to act
– By failing to abide by proofs from our intelligence agencies of Russian interference in the 2016 elections, he has failed to act and protect America from future Russian election interference
– He has steadfastly refused, from his own lips, to make arguments against Russian policies, practices, and values which are antithetical to those of the USA or against the chief adversary of the USA – Putin
– He has sought to create a steady stream of Chaos, divisions amongst the USA citizens, weaknesses in our democratic liberties such as freedom of expression and right to redress grievances, weakness in our democratic institutions of free press and efficient functioning of government, and his hateful acts have done much more harm to America to the advantage of our chief adversary Russia
– He has refused to seriously take care of the need of Americans as a result of natural disaster and callously mocked their plight by offering them rolls of paper towels as a cold-hearted expression of I don’t care

In voanews.com article “Afghanistan Peace Talks Stick on Bases: U.S. Wants 2, Taliban None”, on 09/13/2018, Minion retired Colonel Kolenda in negotiating-kowtowing to the muderous, vicious, islamic terrorist Taliban sympathetically, meekly, and resignedly plead those killers cause: He said the Taliban considered the USA occupiers, but other Afghans have asked the USA to stay. He argued that Afghans were fighting the war because of foreign occupation, but Afghans asked the USA to stay and signed the BSA. He stated the Taliban wouldn’t negotiate with Afghans’ Western supported puppet government, but many Afghans detest the Taliban as Pakistan’s intelligence puppet. America should be opposing/frustrating the Taliban and their allies not appeasing and kowtowing to them. They should strongly support Afghans’ government.
In assisting Afghanistan as an ally, America must remain true to its founding principles and moral/ethical values of decency and humane behavior. The Taliban does not represent those moral/ethical concerns and the USA should never kowtow/negotiate with them to align itself with a corrupt and depraved Putin/Russia/Pakistan/Taliban Alliance. Americans should stand against what Traitor Trump and Trump Traitor Minions are attempting to impose on Afghans. That is the best way to help strengthen the American democratic republic and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

The Republican Party Platform was changed to favor Russia on questions of arms to Ukraine. Trump’s first National Security Advisor, Michael Flynn, resigned after having been discovered to have lied about meeting with Russians. And the long list of lies/coverups goes on and on.
But the list also includes suspected Russian Agents/Spies making contacts in America and Russia to further Trump/Russian Conspiracies against the USA. Suspected wrongdoer Carter Page was placed under surveillance by the FBI and FISA Judges’ approved warrants and was appointed by Trump and publicly named by Trump as one of his chief foreign policy advisors. British connected corporation Cambridge Analytica’s chief Alexander Nix was involved in acquiring voter’s private data. 25 Russians, including 12 Russian military officers from Russian military intelligence agency GRU and 13 Russian from a Russian hacking firm have been indicted for conspiracy against the USA. And Maria Butina, an indicted Russian Agent/Spy, illegally conspired with Russians for the Russian government to make advantageous connections with influential Americans but failed to register as a foreign agent as required by the FARA.

Likewise, he has praised Putin whom many have accused of ordering killings (in the UK Litvinenko’s poisoning) and persecutions of dissidents in Russia.
So, previous admirers and allies of America in those countries, as well as else where, now see in America an unreliable/doubtful advocate of basic human rights and decency. They now see a frustrated and restrained want-ta-be authoritarian and want-ta-be dictator seeking to hobnob with the World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders and ignoring and excusing their human rights indecency and abuses. Traitor Trump Continues Efforts to Putnize/Russify American Foreign Policies

Traitor Donald Trump continues to commit treason against the values/ethical standards, beliefs, and traditions, of America by aligning American foreign policies with the antithetical values and beliefs and practices and standards of Putin/Russia. The shameful history of Russian oppression of its and other citizens, of Russian aggression against other countries, of Russian support for cruel and abusive dictators and authoritarians and murderers, and of Russian bloody quest for money/profits and power and influence in economic and business and political affairs are readily ignored or agreed to by Traitor Trump when he attempts to align American foreign policies with Putin/Russian foreign policies. Therefore, it is entirely appropriate to say Traitor Trump in referring to him because of his attempts to Putinize/Russify American foreign policies by aligning them with antithetical policies of Putin/Russia.
The public knows that Traitor Trump is beholden to Russia because he’s received things of value from Putin/Russia and is being blackmailed by Russia. And for those reasons as well as because he’s an evil man who’s fully committed himself to the pursuit of money/profits and his own/companies interests by whatever meanings including the brutal and immoral/unethical use of power, misrepresentation, corruption, lying, cheating, criminal activity, deceit, manipulation, and more, he’s unfit to hold or exercise the duties of any office of management, leadership, trust, oversight, or honor since such holding or exercising of such offices or duties would endanger those in reliance upon his honest and decent holding and exercise of such duties.
Traitor Trump attempted to align, Putinize/Russify, American policy with Putin’/Russia’s on Ukraine. There were reports that Putin/Russian officials were trying to implement the idea of a referendum in Donbas, Eastern Ukraine, that Putin and Trump had agreed to at their Helsinki, Finland summit. Russia, claiming support from Trump at that summit, pushed the idea of a referendum in Donbas. So, having illegally invaded Donbas, having inspired insurgents to wage war against their Ukrainian government, and having illegally supported them with weapons and troops and by other means, Russia then proposed holding an illegal referendum in Ukraine’s Donbas. Well, Traitor Trump remained silent and never said anything against or about the referendum. But Ukrainians and their officials roundly rejected the idea. And USA Congress persons and former officials criticized it. Finally, the USA’s State Department rejected it. So, Traitor Trump’s attempt to Putinize/Russify America’s Ukraine policies failed, for now, but he’ll try again later to betray America and Ukraine since he is Traitor Trump!
The public realizes that Traitor Trump has endangered America as well as its Japanese and Korean allies by aligning, Putinizing/Russifying, America’s North Korean policies with those of Putin/Russia. The ruthless, despotic, and brutal Xi Jinping and Putin/Russia regimes had advocated suspension of vital military exercises and other concessions to North Korea such as meetings and legitimization of its leader Kim Jung-un. The USA had refused for the security of our soldiers and our allies and values/ethical/principles reasons. Having spent nearly a decade in the military, this blog’s writer clearly understands that military exercises are part of the life blood of military units; such exercises are training/practice in how to act in combat and save lives; so, Trump’s suspension of them will lead to loss of lives. As commander-in-chief Trump is betraying his troops and his allies interests in agreeing to suspend military exercises. Trump also gave North Korea quite a propaganda victory by meeting with Kim Jung-un and calling him a very honorable leader. So, Trump’s aligning, Putinizing/Russifying, American North Korean foreign policy with that of Russia has hurt America, S. Korea, and Japan by betraying their vital interests.
Traitor Trump has aligned himself personally with Putin/Russia and sought to imitate his practices, thus seeking to further the Putinization/Russification of American agency administrators and administration and making policy. Personally, Putin has shown himself to be capable of being a crude and nasty and vicious person in attacking and dealing with his political opponents. Having spent his political life surrounding himself with people who will do his dirty work, he regularly uses the state administrators to punish by arresting, subjecting to police harassment, jailing, creating court cases against, and by creating suspicions of suspected attacks and killings. Putin’s administrators of the government have been likened to an elite of criminal gangs loyal to the boss administering the state rather than to law and rule of law and required legal procedures designed to protect individual liberties.
In America, administrators swear an oath of loyalty directly to the Constitution and the laws and not directly to a person. Trump’s attempts to Putinize/Russify American government agency administrators and administration has failed thus far because of that oath, the American Constitution’s checks on powers of government, the American Constitution’s separation of powers, the American Constitution’s Bill of Rights, required administrative procedures designed to protect individual liberties, and the American people’s belief in their rights and the institution’s protections of those rights. Therefore, Traitor Trump, though he’s working hard at it, will in the end fails in his attempts to Putinize/Russify the whole of American government administrators and administration as in Russia. Trump’s been put on notice by those resolutions that he’s too critical and destructive of allies and too eager in his desire to do the Putin/Russia bidding of weakening and destroying NATO. It should be clear to all Americans by now that Trump is a Putin/Russian puppet/agent who is an existential threat to the American republic as well as its allies. That makes him unfit to serve as America’s president or to honestly address serious NATO issues, rather than merely undermining NATO as a Putin/Russia puppet – he simply can not be trusted to deal rightly with NATO even though NATO needs reforming and Germany should be challenged.

Americans to put themselves back on the paths of Jesus, justice, and rightness must find a way to bring Donald Trump to justice for treason through impeachment, resignation, decertification of his fraudulent election, removal by the 25th Amendment, and court trials. Then Americans must pray and work for the health and safety of Traitor Donald Trump so that in public exposures and court trials, unlike in the case of Nixon, Trump’s true evil and crimes can be fully exposed and understood by the general public. The true tragedy would be if Traitor Trump is pardoned without consequences as was the case with Nixon. So, pray that Greedy Traitor Donald Trump will never be pardoned and will remain safe and healthy so that he may openly and publicly face the full weight of consequences for his treason and crimes against America with public court trials.
The public has witnessed Traitor Trump pushing the Putin/Russia line of hobnobbing with, praising as honorable, and trying hard to form good relations with murderous dictators, authoritarians, thugs, and other such types supported by the World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders under Putin/Russia and their likes. So,Traitor Trump is pressuring Afghans to negotiate with the murderous Taliban supported by Pakistan and Russia; and he’s sent his disgraceful Secretary of State, Pompeo, to Afghanistan today to carry out the Putin/Pakistan agenda of pressuring Afghans to negotiate with the Taliban thugs and murderers. So, as a Russian Agent, under the influence of Russian money, Greedy Traitor Trump is trying to stab Afghans in the back just as he’s trying to stab Japan and South Korea in the back by carrying out Putin/Russia’s North Korea policies. And of course Greedy Traitor Trump is continuing to carry Putin/Russia’s water of undermining the West. So, Yes, Russian bought and paid for Greedy Traitor Trump is a Russian Agent/Puppet just as Hillary stated.
American must turn to the principles that Jesus taught; the sound principles underpinning the US Constitution; Abraham Lincoln’s belief in government of, by, and for the people; the flawed but good leadership of America’s best leaders; Americans’ basic rights protected in the U.S. Constitution; and Americans’ love for America and its citizens, to combat with all their strength the evil Traitor Trump, his Traitor Republican co-conspirators, and his Putin/Russian and other co-conspirators to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”. And America, with Jesus’ help, must defeat and utterly destroy her enemies, whose efforts are to co-conspire to utterly destroy her.

Are Trump/Moon Insane in Bargaining Away Military Preparedness For South Korea?
“A REPUBLIC, IF YOU CAN KEEP IT.”
Anyone who has spent any time in the military knows that part of the strength, life blood, and health of any military unit is training or exercise and more training or exercises and more training or exercises. A military unit without training and exercises to prepare it is a military unit that is hollow, inefficient, negligently or recklessly or criminally lead, and unprepared to carry out its mission. So, when China, America’s arch enemy, and North Korea, America’s arch enemy, place as part of their negotiating strategy for peace and de-nuclearization of the Korean peninsula the termination of Korean/American joint military training and exercise that would equal suicide and surrender and should be a nonstarter or a nonnegotiable issue in the initial process. And that is especially the case if American troops are in South Korea since they must train with South Korea.
Donald Trump, Putin/Russia, and China, in their World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders of dictators, fascists, totalitarians, and killers, and in their nefarious plans to gain worldwide money/profits, resources, and control and power, have included Kim Jung-un (and the acquisition of South Korea for him) in those plans. So, Trump, Putin, Xi, and Kim are doing what they all love to do – hobnob amongst themselves as the World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders to divvy up and plot to gain money/profits, resources, and control and power. Donald Trump is totally evil and nefarious enough to betray a democratic and prosperous South Korea into the hands of the totally evil Kim, Putin and Xi; he does not care about the security of the Republic of Korea and its democratic, free, and prosperous society. So, he would be totally capable of recklessly bargaining away the security of USA troops in South Korea, their mission, and the ability to maintain a democratic, free, prosperous South Korea by terminating joint military training or exercises. And some South Koreans may be stupid enough to participate in their own destruction.
American promotion of democracy, freedom, individual dignity, principles declared in its Declaration of Independence, its U.S. Constitution, its Bill of Rights, and its traditions, and in its performance of liberation in WWI and WWII have clearly demonstrate their superiority in helping to create freedom, democracy, and individual dignity in countries such as Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea who have accepted and practiced those ideas themselves.
But along comes Trump and disrespects America’s ideas, traditions, and values in favor of dictators, authoritarians, totalitarians, and killers as his World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders who seeks to betray into the hands of such killers and dictators and authoritarians the good people of South Korea. In order to thwart Trump’s nefarious plans, and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”, the public should first and foremost recognize Trump’s plans to sellout the need of the USA and South Korea for joint military training or exercise and insist that they not be bargained away to its enemies of North Korea, China, and Russia.

GEOPOLITICAL COMPETITION IN CENTRAL ASIA – RUSSIA MAKING MOVES FOR MORE PARTICIPATION IN AND INFLUENCE OVER AFGHANISTAN
Based on the horrors that Russia created in Afghanistan after her invasion and occupation of that country from 1979-1989, Afghans should be wary about and closely monitor any Russian participation in their country. Afghans best bet for a more prosperous and peaceful future is to stick with America, Europe, and the world community which wants a brighter, better, future for her and her people.
Afghanistan’s location has made her a place of geopolitical competition through the centuries. And the current century is no exception. Illustrating Afghanistan’s and its Central Asian neighbors geopolitical importance are just a few events that have occurred in the past week or so in or near former soviet republics of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan as well as Afghanistan concerning USA, NATO, Russia, and the international community:
1.) Several news articles wrote about Russian military arrangements and build ups in the former soviet republics of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
2.) Vladimir Putin commented on Russian military and weapons assistance, economic assistance, as well as the international community’s assistance to Afghanistan.
3.) At the same time as Russia appears to be increasing its military assistance to its Central Asian allies, the USA has increased supplies of helicopters and other aircraft to Afghanistan as well as assisting in the build up of its special forces into a corp.
4.) Near the time that Putin was speaking of increasing its military and weapons assistance to Afghanistan, news reports were circulating about USA’s attempts to persuade Afghanistan to get rid of Russian weapons; news reports also explained that American shipments of aircraft to Afghanistan were to replace Russian aircraft and that Afghan pilots would be trained to fly those American aircraft.
5.) News reports circulated about President Trump’s and Uzbekistan’s President’s telephone conversation.
6.) VP Michael Pence made a Christmas visit to troops in Afghanistan and met with Afghanistan President Ghani.
Those and many many more reports and events amply illustrate current important geopolitical competition amongst national powers for power and influence in and over Afghanistan and other countries in Central Asia. And that is consistent with what has occurred through the centuries.
Andrew Illingworth, at almasdarnews.com, on 12/20/2017, in “Russian tank forces, attack helicopters move toward Afghanistan through Tajikistan.”, describes the military arrangements between the countries and lists weapons and weapons systems involved in the Russian forces movement toward and build up along the Afghan-Tajik border.
Also, Khaama Press at Khaama.com, on 12/15/2017, in “Russia ready to supply armaments, military hardware, to Afghan forces: Putin”, reported Putin as saying such aid would be used to curb international terrorism. He is reported to have said Afghanistan needed international and economic support as well as assistance in training and advising troops and law enforcement and in dealing with the solutions to the drug issue. Of course, those are all things the USA, NATO, other nations, and the UN have been doing since 2001 at a recently reported accumulated cost of $800 billion. So, he is stating that they have failed, and its time for Russia to compete for power and influence in Afghanistan to get those jobs done! This spells more trouble from Russia since reports have been in the news for months of Russia’s assistance to the Afghan’s government chief opponent – the Taliban.
The meaning of all of the concern and interest in Afghanistan and Central Asia is best summed up by Marty Skovlund Jr. At intaskandpurpose.com, on 12/20/2017, in “The longest War: 8 Years After My Last Deployment, I Returned To Afghanistan As A Reporter. Here’s What I Found”, he wrote, “…. Afghanistan has increasingly become a geopolitical chess board on which a number of regional and global players are engaging in a much bigger struggle…. with a whole new set of international political and strategic implications … not just for us, but for our NATO partners as well.” As stated above, this is not new for Afghanistan and Central Asia, but has been going on for centuries. The real concern or question now, in our current time, is who will be the most successful in this centuries long game?
