We’re praying that – UNDER God/Jesus’ commands – TAS, TAS PATS, will somehow cause righteousness to prevail in Trump’s impeachment trial.  Trump’s impeachment was a great thing!   But, it’s been a mistake to allow or to participate in a ruse of a Senate impeachment trial before a fair set of rules&procedures, witnesses, documents were secured.  Impeachment is a good way of letting the public know of the wrongs/crimes/abuses that have been perpetrated against them and their institutions.  It must be followed by a fair trial.  TRUMP’S IMPEACHMENT WAS A GREAT THING SINCE HE’S BEEN CHARGED/INDICTED/IMPEACHED BY CONGRESS FOR HIS CRIMES/WRONGS/ABUSES!   IT, IMPEACHMENT, ESTABLISHED THAT TRUMP’S CRIMES AGAINST THE PUBLIC WARRANTED HIS TRIAL&REMOVAL. TAS PATS must use the impeachment hearings to lay the ground work to protect and defend TAS/TAS PATS, the Constitution,  and Americans’ God endowed/given gifts and unalienable rights against certain, vicious assaults from Trump/Putin&Russia/Republicans.  The Senate Republicans will refuse to convict Trump.  Consequently, those vicious monsters will be ten times worse, make phony claims of exoneration, and then launch vicious, destructive attacks against TAS/TAS PATS who will then have to engage in a long term existential struggle to save USA’s democratic republic and themselves.

Some Senate Republicans are already claiming that what Trump did in Ukraine is wrong but not impeachable.  But Trump’s Ukraine crimes are real and serious and treason and outrageous and deserving of impeachment. In previous blogs, this blogger has written this impeachment inquiry is too narrowly focused only on Ukraine and must be broadened to include the Trump/Putin&Russia/Republicans 2016 election crimes and conspiracies, as well as other crimes too.  The belief is that a narrow focus on serious Trump Ukraine crimes alone without making connections to the 2016 election crimes and conspiracies or other crimes and treason will only serve to provide a basis for Trump/Putin&Russia/Republicans to claim exoneration on his Ukraine crimes, his Putin&Russia 2016 election crimes, and his other crimes.  The phony claims of exoneration for all of Trump’s crimes will occur from Trump/Putin&Russia/Republicans once Senators refuse to convict on Ukraine crimes.

ELITES CONTINUING TO ORCHESTRATE THEIR FRAUDS/CHARADES/LIES/PHONY INVESTIGATIONS/CRIMES/MURDERS/NEWS REPORTING:  BUT THE PUBLIC SEES  IT ALL AS COVERING UP/WHITEWASHING

Criminal Traitor Trump and his corrupt elites continue to orchestrate frauds/charades/lies to coverup/whitewash their crimes/murders/conspiracies/treason/betrayal from the public’s view.   But I believe the wisdom, courage, and decency of America/Americans is still there to defeat them in the end.

I firmly believe that Independents, Pragmatist, Democrats, Republicans, and Nonpartisan Patriots in Congress will eventually put and end to Trump’s illegitimate seizure of power, crimes, conspiracies, and treason.  Criminal  Traitor Trump, his partisan fixer and Criminal Attorney General William Barr, the Trojan Horse Democrat Nancy Pelosi and her fellow feckless Democrats, their left wing phony media such as the Palmer Report, at palmerreport.com, and Republicans are all a bunch of lying, criminal traitors, who are also either savage crime bosses or underbosses or cowards unwilling to stand up for right and do their jobs.  And they see  rotten lying, misleading reporting by the Palmer Report bloggers on the left; equally lying, misleading Fox News anchors on the right; and MSNBC anchors on the left.  Accordingly, the public see crimes, murder, lies, and media propaganda being thrown at them day after day while nothings yet been effectively done by Congress to stop it.

Why Did Democrats in  Congress Allow Ms. Hicks to Testify in Closed Session?    Because they are part of the  Elites Orchestrating Frauds/Charades; Fraudulent Investigations; Cover-Ups/Whitewashes?

Are Chairmen Nadler and Schiff fraudsters conducting charades of phony investigations into Trump/Russia&Putin election interference, crimes, and conspiracies?  Rather than conduct Open/Pubic/Complete/Comprehensive/Independent/Hearing/Investigations, they pretend to be blocked by the administration and hold closed/nonpublic/haltingly incomplete/piecemeal/hearings/investigations.  They give the appearance of doing something while appearing feckless and shielding the affects and truth of what they do by preventing open/public/hearing and relying on released transcripts.  Today there was a great deal of news about how Ms. Hicks went before the House Committee on the Judiciary and testified in closed session.  But did they arranged for the public to hear and see her?   Why not were they afraid of what the public may have heard from her?  Did they want to prevent the truth from coming out?

This blogger may be wrong, it admits, but this blogger believes that Schiff and Nadler may be fecklessly, slowly walking and failing to effectively give the public Open/Pubic/Complete/Comprehensive/Independent/Hearings/Investigations because they are part of those Elites Orchestrating Frauds/Charades; Fraudulent Investigations; Cover-Ups/Whitewashes:   Three months after the release of the Mueller Report Nadler still has not received from the court an unredacted version and underlying evidence;  accordingly, the public sees that Schiff and Nadler and other Democratic chairs have failed to expeditiously, effectively, follow up in court; they’ve failed to use their own additional powers to enforce the necessary compliance to which they are entitled; they’ve diluted/compromised/weakened their own powers through negotiations with witnesses and administration officials thereby compromising and yielding up their rights and powers; Nadler in particular takes powers the committee members have granted him and pockets them, weakens them in needless negotiations and compromises, and fails to timely act on them.  So, at this point, unless or until proven wrong, this blogger has to conclude that Democrats may be a part of those Elites Orchestrating Frauds/Charades; Fraudulent Investigations; Cover-Ups/Whitewashes.

• So, to further their crimes and conspiracies and their coverup/whitewashes the Republicans and Democrats with the assistance of  a corrupt media have created fraudulent stories, narratives, efforts, investigations.
• You had the Republicans in the House conduct nearly two years of phony, incomplete investigations.   You had open criminally liable interference from the Criminal Traitor in those investigations.   You’ve seen Trump/Senate Republicans bring in the Republican Partisan Fixer William Barr to end Phony Mueller’s Phony Investigation.  So, you had phony Republican investigations of Republican by a Republican controlled House, by Republican Trump, by Republican Attorney Generals,  by a Republican Deputy Attorney General, by a Republican Special Counsel.  You had those investigations prematurely ended by a phony lying Republican Partisan Fixer Attorney General Barr, whilst a Phony Republican Special Counsel, Mueller, sat like a dumb rock and did nothing, said nothing, made no protests, except for when Trump was threatened, while knowing his job was incomplete and was being illegally interfered with by Trump and by Barr.  And they sell their lies to us the public.
• So, the Democrats won the midterm elections nearly eight months ago.  They took control of the House nearly 6 months ago.  This blogger urged them to hit the ground running and hold open/public/complete/sustained/comprehensive/hearings/investigations into the Trump/Putin&Russia 2016 election interference, crimes, and conspiracies against the American voters and America; nearly eight months latter, they have failed to do so. 
• They’ve installed a Trojan Horse Speaker Pelosi, a Republican Puppet/Agent, who’d been lead around by Republicans in 2008, as she assisted them in stealing $700 billion dollars from the USA treasury.  She a disgrace.  Now, in her role as a Republican Puppet/Agent Speaker, she’s returned  to prevent Trump from being impeached, and to herd Democrats favoring no impeachment for Trump.  Along with the Trojan Horse Pelosi are Schiff, Nadler, and other House committee chairs who are aiding Pelosi by failing to vigorously pursue Trump/Putin&Russia interference, crimes, and conspiracies.  Americans see Democrats following the path of Republicans.

During 06/11/2019 Committee on the Judiciary Hearings Pelosi/Nadler Once Again Showed Their Weakness in Not Holding Barr in Criminal Contempt and Republican Traitors Proved to be Inveterate Liars, Promoters of Covering Up/Whitewashing, and Persecutors of  Law Enforcement Officers for Uncovering Their Crimes and Conspiracies

Congress’ Patriots are pushing Pelosi/Nadler.  In the past this blogger has expressed his admiration for the great and noble role that Congresses have played in the nation’s history in protecting and defending the rights of Americans.  On 05/09/2019 (Updated from 05/06/2019), in the blog “USA’s CONGRESSES’  HISTORIES AS SOLID DEFENDERS OF THE PEOPLE’S RIGHTS”, it was written:  THE HOUSE MEMBERS SHOULD BE PRAISED FOR KEEPING PELOSI AND NADLER ON TRACK TO DEFEND THE HOUSE’S CONSTITUTIONAL ROLE.   Americans have to suspect Nadler as someone who, although being pushed by committee members to move towards impeachment, is still moving reluctantly, slowly, with as much delay as he can, and using as many useless negotiations as possible for further delay, and they have to condemn Pelosi as a Republican Trojan Horse.  But they have to praise those Patriots who are defending and protecting Americans by pushing those two do their jobs, the right thing, and move towards impeachment of Trump.

But Nadler is someone who is being pushed by committee members to move towards impeachment, is still moving reluctantly, slowly, with as much delay as he can, and using as many useless negotiations as possible for further delay.  What didn’t Nadler understand when he was told many moons ago by Barr he’d not give him the  materials he’s seeking.  Yet, he’s been made to look ineffective by not having gotten anything for all his so called endless negotiations. Perhaps his strategy is to build a case that he tried negotiation before going to court.  But was that necessary to go on negotiating for nearly three months and still not having gotten the materials?  Shouldn’t he and the House Democrat leaders have filed suit months ago when Barr said no to releasing unredacted Mueller materials? What is he waiting for!  He’s asking for more and more powers from committee members but then putting them in his back pocket.  Shouldn’t he have already used those powers  to ask the full Congress to ask the full House to Hold Barr in Contempt and to have already gone to court to seek the Mueller materials.  Why the delay?  Is that strategy to delay and run the clock into the 2020 elections wise?  This blogger doesn’t think so neither do Congress’ members who are pushing Pelsoi/Nadler.

Republicans have shown, they are fully committed to the Trump/Putin&Russia War Against America.  The Republican Party is a disgrace to everything decent and humane in the American Congresses’ histories.  In that Committee on the Judiciary hearing yesterday, 6/11/2020, the Republicans fully established themselves as fully fledged, inveterate liars, Criminals, Traitors,  and elites participating in the covering up/whitewashing of Trump/Republicans/Barr/Putin&Russia crimes and conspiracies in their War Against America.  With their lies and misrepresentations they stained the halls of Congress, its great and noble history of protecting and defending the American people and their rights, in a way that is similar to the fouling that the Hitler Brownshirt thugs and the Nazi Blackshirt thugs committed against the German Republic.  They have sold their souls to march in lock step with Trump/Putin&Russia in seeking to destroy Americans/America and their freedoms, democracy, decency, and humanity.

And what are the terrible lies, crimes, treason, conspiracies, their promoting and covering up/whitewashing:  Representative Chabat spewed that the Russian collusion was bogus/treasonous in agreement with Trump/Putin&Russia, that the Trump campaign was spied upon/ in agreement with a lie promoted by Barr, and that Democrats were destroying Barr’s credibility/but Barr created lies about Mueller’s report destroying his own credibility; Representative Sensenbrenner lied when he stated Democrats wanted Barr to commit a crime by releasing grand jury testimony/that was false since the Democrats had asked Barr to join with them in having the court release that testimony; and Representatives Jordan and Gomert lied against law enforcement by accusing those who uncovered Trump/Putin&Russia crimes and conspiracies of a coup and of abusing power; they both picked up the Trump lie of portraying Trump and his cohorts as victims of law enforcement rather than legitimate criminal suspects.  So, the Republicans were in lock step in defending the excuses, deflections, lies, crimes, and conspiracies of Trump/Putin&Russia and their cohorts.  Shameful!!

But the Patriots in that hearing responded to Republicans’ lies; deceit; attacks on law enforcement; denials of Putin&Russia interference; denials of collusion; false portrayals of Trump, Barr, and others as victims.  And they rejected other Republican attempts to snooker and coverup/whitewash from the American people the crimes and conspiracies of Trump/Putin&Russia/Republicans/Barr, their Minions, and their cohorts War Against America.  In order to protect and defend Americans against the likes of such vicious Nazi Brownshirt thugs and Fascist Blackshirt thugs, Patriots must be tireless in their commitment and service to God/Jesus and their blessings of freedom, democracy, decency, and humanity as expressed by Lincoln.  And, thereby, they’ll be able to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

Those nefarious elites orchestrated defiance in the Michael Flynn case to place Judge Emmet Sullivan in the discredited position of making decisions on how to deal with the problem of open defiance from Trump/Barr/DOJ Prosecutor’s/Putin&Russia/Republicans/Minions by either reinforcing and justifying further the need to release the information for sentencing, holding them in contempt and jailing them for not complying with orders to release the information, doing nothing, backtracking on his stern lectures to Flynn, dismissing the case, letting Michael Flynn go free, or losing and having his orders overturned and being rebuked on appeal to the appellate or Supreme Court?

The real goals of Trump/Barr/DOJ Prosecutor’s/Putin&Russia/Republicans is to obviously, deliberately refuse to release the recordings with the aims of discrediting the Trump/Russia Investigators and Investigations, portraying themselves as victims of it and setting free the alleged victim Michael Flynn.  Trump/Barr/DOJ Prosecutors won’t release the recordings and documents because:  a.) They’re claiming they involve national security.  b.)  They’re claiming the right not to confirm or deny the existence of intelligence information.  c.) They are claiming they referred to open media sources and information to establish Michael Flynn’s lies.   d.) The release of intelligence information is not relevant since they did not need the intelligence information to prove Flynn lied.  So, the goal is not to release recordings transcripts and documents so as to set ground to discredit the Trump/Russia investigators and investigations and prosecutions and to portray themselves as victims and to set Michael Flynn free by overturning his conviction.

By making such claims and by refusing to release recording transcripts and documents, they are undermining the case against Flynn and setting the ground for his conviction to be overturned.  They set up arguments by Flynn’s defense attorney’s for violations of Flynn’s due process rights since information was not publicly released.  Failure to obtain release of the information may also undermine Judge Emmet Sullivan’s previous rebukes, claims of treason, and refusal to follow the special counsel’s prosecutors’ recommended sentence. The consequences could be to  further discredit the whole Mueller Investigation by giving credence to their nefarious plans to portray themselves, including Michael Flynn, Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Carter Page and other rightly suspected criminal conspirators and traitors as victims of persecution from investigations and investigators by law enforcement, the FIS Court, the FBI, the Intelligence Community, the Counter Intelligence Community, and other protectors and defenders of America.

Now, the correct term is surveillance if a judge issued a warrant under probable cause. The truth will discredit Barr’s attempts to paint investigators as conducting spying on innocent Americans rather than legal surveillance. So, to get to the truth Judge Emmet Sullivan is ordering Trump, Barr, DOJ Prosecutors’ to 1.) release transcripts of the Flynn/Kislyak conversations and 2.) to release redacted portions of Mueller’s Report related to Michael Flynn’s criminal case which will help to clearly establish that Flynn was justly prosecuted for lying and why. But Trump/Barr/DOJ Prosecutors are illegally refusing to obey Judge Sullivan’s order to get out the truth by refusing to release transcripts of the Flynn/Kislyak conversations and redacted portions of Mueller’s Report related to Michael Flynn’s criminal case. Because those releases would probably confirm Flynn’s criminal conspiracies with Russia’s Kislyak against the USA, would discredit and prove to be lies attacks and phony claims for rights of retribution upon investigators, FBI, and FISA courts; and would establish the validity of warrants issued against suspected criminal conspirators.  Those are the reasons they are disobeying the judge’s order to release those materials.

On 12/29/2016, in “Obama Strikes Back at Russia for Election Hacking”, by David E. Sanger, Sanger reports that for Russia’s 2016 election interference Obama ejected 35 suspected Russian intelligence operatives, imposed sanctions on Russia’s G.R.U. (General Intelligence Directorate – military) and its top military officers, closed two Russian land estates (one in New York, one in Maryland), and placed sanctions on 3 Russian companies in Russia involved in election hacking. Russian Ambassador Kislyak and Trump advisor Michael Flynn, later Trump’s National Security Advisor, discussed those sanctions shortly before Trump was inaugurated. Flynn was later convicted for lying about the contents of those conversations. Having been convicted for such lying about the contents of their conversations, Flynn’s case is still pending before Judge Emmet Sullivan for his sentencing.

On 05/31/2019, in “Justice Dept. Keeps Wiretaps Secret in Flynn Case, Rejecting Judge’s Order” (the wiretaps are no longer secret, the public know of them and of some of their content), by Adam Goldman discussion and reporting was made on Trump/Barr/DOJ Prosecutors’ refusal to comply with Judge Emmet Sullivan’s order to 1.) release transcripts of the Flynn/Kislyak conversations and 2.) to release redacted portions of Mueller’s Report related to Michael Flynn’s criminal case.

The headline is misleading since the article reports Special Counsel Mueller’s Report and court documents referenced calls between Flynn and Russian Ambassador Kislyak and used exact words from those call documents to prove Flynn lied about the contents of their conversations – conversations in fact concerned Flynn’s requests that Russia delay an escalatory response to Obama’s sanctions on Russia for 2016 election interference amongst other things. Apparently, Russia agreed to coordinate and align on that request. The conversations, in this bloggers mind, is an example of Trump’s Team and Putin’s Team coordinating and aligning their foreign policies. In this case, its safe to argue Team Trump was illegally conspiring against USA’s sanction policies with USA’s enemies, Putin&Russia, since Trump was not president since he’d not yet been inaugurated.

Given the Flynn/Kislyak conversations and Trump’s publicly reported attitudes, the argument is made that Team Flynn/Trump and Team Kislyak/Putin agreed to aligned or coordinated their response to Obama’s sanctions:

• From past news reports it was well known that Trump was doubtful about the use of sanctions and their effectiveness and was not pinned down on whether or not he’d lift them on Russia.   In his report Sanger reported Trump said in regard to those particular Obama election interference sanctions it was time to “move on”.  Later, talk was reported of Trump lifting sanctions on Russia and Congress’ response to it.  Congress began considering bills in the House and the Senate, but Trump/Tillerson came out opposed to any law restricting Trump’s right to lift sanctions on Russia.
• So, the Russia had good reasons to hope he would lift them and to honor Flynn’s request which it did.   Given Flynn/Kislyak’s conversations and requests, given Trump’s dislike of sanctions and a likelihood of him lifting them on Russia, given Trump/Tillerson’s opposition to any legal restrictions by Congress on Trump’s decisions on sanctions, Team Kislyak/Putin&Russia played ball and withheld, as Flynn had requested, an escalatory response to Obama’s sanctions on Russia for election interference.

But nearly seven months later, events had taken severe turns against Team Trump and Team Putin coordinating and aligning policies on the Obama sanctions. On 07/24/2017, the Senate passed by 98-2 the CAATSA (Countering America Adversaries Through Sanctions Act) which had earlier been passed by the House by a vote of 419-3. That Act of Congress imposed new sanctions on Russia, codified into law previous executive orders imposing sanctions on Russia, and required the president to submit to Congress for review any measures lifting sanctions off Russia. With those severe restrictions imposed on Trump and with new sanctions on Russia, the Flynn/Kislyak agreement on Obama election interference sanctions  came to an end.

Putin escalatory and retaliatory responses to Obama’s sanctions sanctions ended coordination and alignment between Team Trump and Team/Putin&Russia coordination and alignment on the issue of Obama election interference sanctions.  On 07/28/2017, on cnbc.com, in “Russia hits back over sanctions, order US diplomats to leave” by reuters, it was reported that the USA had a diplomatic staff in Russia of about 1,100 including Americans and Russians and including 300 USA citizens staffing Moscow operations. Roughly, mirroring Obama’s 2016 sanctions, Putin ordered that the American diplomatic staff in Russia be reduced to the same size as the Russian diplomatic staff in America, 455; the seizure of an American dacha just outside of Moscow; and the seizure of an American warehouse in Moscow.

Judge Sullivan wants the truth out about Michael Flynn’s criminal conduct, why he was prosecuted, why he’s being sentenced, and documentation that will support and justify that sentence. The reason why Trump/Barr/DOJ Prosecutors failed to compy with Judge Emmet Sullivan’s order to 1.) release transcripts of the Flynn/Kislyak conversations and 2.) to release redacted portions of Mueller’s Report related to Michael Flynn’s criminal case is that it will expose an illegal conspiracy by Flynn/Team Trump and Kislyak/Team Putin against the USA to align and coordinate against the USA’s sanctions policies on Russia.

The duty of a sentencing judge is to be fair, honest, impartial, and to seek the truth and not be a rubber stamp. Rubber stamp judges are in authoritarian, brutal, murdering states like Russia and China.  But America has an independent judiciary of integrity. Judge Sullivan must defend that with all his might. So, our prayers to God/Jesus is to grant Judge Sullivan the wisdom, courage, and will to gain compliance with his order from Trump/Barr/DOJ Prosecutors and to expose the truth so as to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

A Completely Phony Mueller/A Phony Baloney Incomplete Mueller Report –  FRAUDSTER, LIAR, DECEIVER, COVER UP/WHITEWASH ARTIST

A day before Republican Fixer AG Barr releases HIS REDACTED VERSION OF THE MUELLER REPORT, this blogger blogs his opinion on Mueller and on the Mueller report.

It’s obvious to anyone with a quarter of a brain that USA has a host of cowards, criminals, thugs, crime bosses, liars, and deceivers from the pits of hell sitting in the highest pinnacles of power exercising control of the nation executive branch and legislative branch of government.  It makes one sick in the stomach watching all of their filth.

This blogger started asking long before talk of any release of his report whether the public had a Phony Mueller and would get a phony  incomplete coverup/whitewash as a report from Mueller. Though writing about his doubts as to the genuineness/trustworthiness of Mueller and his report, this blogger repeatedly said, “Let’s wait and see.”.   While waiting to see, this blogger repeatedly criticized the public’s placement of Mueller upon a  pedestal asking a “Let’s wait and see.” on him rather than giving him blind unearned trust and unjustifiably placing him upon a pedestal.  Now, this blogger has concluded, because of prior events that a Phony Mueller conducted Phony Baloney Incomplete Investigations and wrote a Phony Baloney Incomplete report as a part of a coverup/whitewash of the Trump/Putin&Russia 2016 election interference conspiracies and crimes.

Doubts of a possibly Phony Mueller were fueled by a number of factors:  a. He was a Republican and just like Republican Phony Comey’s betrayal to partisan ends, Mueller was capable of performing that same type of betrayal.  b.  Mueller seemed too lenient towards American criminal and traitors, something seemed wrong with his willingness to bargain with traitors and let them off with light sentences and the lightest possible charge – Was that part of Mueller’s job in the coverup/whitewash?.  c.  On that point Judge Sullivan challenged Mueller’s prosecutors on Michael Flynn’s light sentence and refused to sentence him at that time.  He asked, Could Flynn have been charged with treason?  d.  Further, suspicions were raised when Mueller inexplicably criticized Buzzfeed’s  article which generated talk in Congress of Impeaching Trump.  The question then and now is,  Did Mueller act on instructions to quash such talk of impeachment?   Why was he suddenly politically interfering?

Phony Mueller appears to have been participating in a phony baloney investigation all along.  Phony Mueller is not merely a phony but a disgrace and coward deserving severe public blame and charges against him. Now it’s obvious that the Mueller’s investigation was ended prematurely.  And it also appears that Mueller may have participated in taking a sledgehammer to his own investigation by splitting it up into seemingly tiny separate pieces rather than keeping it as part of the whole in order to obscure the completely nefarious and wholesale corruption taking place in the 2016 elections.  He nefariously split his investigations up into dozen of tiny pieces to obscure the complete patterns of corruption of the 2016 elections.  Now, the public see pieces of unrelated corruption hanging all over the country rather than under a single  special counsel.  Did he wickedly do that?  Was it justified or was it a wicked, nefarious part of the elites coverup/whitewash?  It needs to be  explained.

Mueller committed himself to doing an incomplete part coverup/whitewash job, he was a coward for acting as a compromised tool of Republican Partisans, and he did not have the courage and honesty  to informed the public that his investigation was being illegally tampered with and ended or to otherwise resist as Watergate Independent Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox had done which lead to   Nixon’s Saturday Night Massacre.  Since the public’s seen not an ounce of resistance from Mueller, he was part of conducting a phony, incomplete investigation all along and is part of the elites whitewash/coverup.  He’s truly a disgrace and should be investigated for treason and obstruction of justice for his failure to completely carry out his duties as special counsel.  He should have never been placed  on a pedestal based upon the blind trust lies and unearned trust propaganda placed in him and constantly feed to the public during his 22 months tenure as special counsel.

So, having participated in spreading such filth, and having obstructed justice by illegally and fraudulently and prematurely ending the Mueller investigation, Trump/Republicans/Federal Agencies Under Republicans’ Control/Republicans in Congress/Special Counsel Mueller/ Republican AG Barr is leading the orchestration of the coverup/whitewash to be fixed in stone by dumping more filth on the heads of the public in the form of a phony William Barr Summary; of false Trump/Republicans propaganda;  of lies, fraud, deception, and in your face criminal conduct; of false accusations of a hoax Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes and investigation; of attacks on those supporting the investigations; of threats of retaliation against those having supported and participated in the investigations;  and of other such bold in your face denials, false claims of exoneration, and refusals to repent and come clean.  As stated before, they are a lying wolf pack willing to viciously attack Americans seeking the truth.

But the thing is that the American pragmatist; patriots; faithful; defenders of constitutional order, rule of law, democratic republic principles; faithful believers in inalienable God/Jesus given rights; practitioners of civil rights and civil liberties; and believers in government of, for, and by the people have so far been patiently waiting for their leaders to stand up for those things before more vigorously using their rights to free speech, their rights to assembly, their rights to petition, and their right to free press against Trump, and his supporters, and his co-conspirators of  crimes.  At some point Americans’ patience will break and they will use those tools of recognized rights, which are more than sufficient to defeat Trump, to demand that conspirators and criminals at the highest levels of government be stopped and brought to justice to meet the response and challenge of Franklin, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

WHAT THE HECK ARE PHONY BALONEY ELITES SCHIFF, NADLER, AND DEMOCRATS DOING?  ARE THEY CORRUPT PHONY BALONEY ELITES BEHIND REPUBLICAN PUPPET TROJAN HORSE PELOSI WHO ARE AS CORRUPT AS THE PHONY BALONEY REPUBLICANS?

The public is taught that America has a democratic republic but corrupt phony baloney Democrats and corrupt phony baloney Republicans are operating the government like it’s their private, closed, secrets holding monopoly club for corrupt deal making at the expense allowing all parts of the public to be in on decision making and operations of USA’s democratic republic.  The founding fathers made the American democratic system one where many groups, operating within a system of exchange, bargaining, airing of positions, and voting for their views in open public  could participate but allowing no tyrannical exercise of power.

Democrats have designed a deceptive campaign to make it appear their doing their job in investigating the TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/UK&BRITISH/PUTIN&RUSSIA CONSPIRACIES AND CRIMES against America and American  voters, but in fact everything they do appear to be phony, twisted, half-hearted and to lack complete/comprehensive plans to enlighten the public, get to the truth, and do their job of strengthening America’s constitutional order, rule of law, and democratic republic system – Are they phony?  Are they phony baloney Democrats engaged in phony baloney corrupt deal making with phony baloney Republicans which undermines constitutional order, rule of law, and the America’s democratic republic system?

So, what the heck are the Democrats doing?  As this bloggers asked before What are the Democrats trying to hide?. They’ve chosen to follow in the Republicans footsteps and hold closed hearings and to keep the public in the dark – Democratic Chairman Adam Schiff held the Michael Cohen hearings behind closed doors and has yet to release transcripts of them as he promised.  Chairman Adam Schiff has complained about what Mueller did not do, but what about his silence on what he’s not done or doing?  To start with he’s offered no plans for his committee’s open/public/complete/comprehensive/investigations/hearings into TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/UK&BRITISH/PUTIN&RUSSIA suspected conspiracies and crimes against the USA and American voters.

Republicans gave Chairman Schiff the opportunity to make a phony harangue to sincerely appear to be doing his job of investigating TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/UK&BRITISH/PUTIN&RUSSIA CONSPIRACIES AND CRIMES.  By attacking Schiff’s pursuit of what they called hoax investigations into nonexistent Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes, they caused Schiff to shoot back with a defense from a laundry list of suspected conspiracies and crimes.  But he didn’t indicate any committee plans for open/public/complete/comprehensive/investigations/hearings into those matters.  Nevertheless, his harangue was given extensive coverage on liberal media’s Maddow, O’Donnell, and Williams MSNBC shows.  Republicans and liberal media gave Chairman Schiff an opportunity to appear to have done something substantial to uncover Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes.  But he had not; he had only blown hot air.

Chairman Jerry Nadler’s held one public hearing on Trump/Putin&Russia with Whitaker.   After that one public hearing, Chairman Nadler made tough talk to Whitaker, and indicated to Whitaker that he had more information about the truth of Whitaker’s communications with Trump.  Consequently, there was a followup closed/nonpublic interview with Whitaker.  After the closed/nonpublic interview Nadler came out pretending everything about it should be secret – giving the public vague nothing statements.  Was the interview nonpublic interview and its result hidden from the public because of a corrupt deal between Nadler and Whitaker and the Trump Administration?  Having seen the open public hearing, the public should have been shown the followup closed nonpublic interview, not closed out of it.  America’s democratic republic’s at stake; so, elite liberal media’s, including O’Donnell’s and Blitzer’s, or  Congress elites  desire for secrecy, private deal making, or efficient questioning is not sufficient justification for closed hidden hearings.

So, can the public trust Chairman Nadler to acquire the unredacted Mueller Report for it?  Reports are that Mueller and his prosecutors would have summarized the report, redacted classified security portions from the report, eliminated grand jury testimony required to be kept secret, and essentially prepared the report for release to Congress and the public.  So, there is no reason for Congress and the public to have had to wait for long for the release of the Mueller Report from Barr to them.

Withholding and tinkering with the report was more of Underboss Barr’s illegal obstruction of justice and coverup/whitewash attempts. The report was passed to Barr on March 22, 2019.  Barr released his own phony Barr Summary on March 24, 2019.  That phony Barr Summary gave Republicans over a week to generate nefarious, malicious, false propaganda and attacks on the Democrats concerning the TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/UK&BRITISH/PUTIN&RUSSIA CONSPIRACIES AND CRIMES.

Yesterday, phony Nadler spoke at a rally in D.C. as part of nationwide rallies urging the release of the Mueller Report.  That was part of the deliberate attempt of the phony Nadler to portray himself as doing his job in the hearings/investigations; the phony joker should have been booed off the stage.  Wishy washy Chairman Nadler did not and is not helping the public to receive the Mueller report.   Why didn’t Nadler take immediate action to get the report! Chairman Nadler knew Barr would not make a timely release of the report unless the Democrats took decisive action!  Why did Nadler give Barr and Republicans nearly two weeks to generate nefarious, malicious, and false attacks and propaganda from the Report.  The public was told that after his deadline Nadler would take decisive action.  But phony Nadler and Democratic Judiciary Committee members voted to authorize subpoena of the Report but not to actually subpoena Barr for the Mueller Report.

So, phony Nadler talks tough, gives Barr nearly two weeks to hand over the Mueller Report, addresses a rally demanding the release of the Report, has his committee authorize a subpoena for the report, but does not proceed to subpoena the Report or implement court proceedings to acquire it.  So, what’s phony Nadler up to?  My guess is he’ll use the authorization for a subpoena to make a corrupt bargain with Barr and the Trump Administration just as he did with Whitaker which will leave the public short changed as to their full rights to see the Mueller Report.  Nadler got a 2nd interview with Whitaker but deprived the public of a followup on the 1st open public interview leaving the public in the dark.  Nadler then gave the public meaningless nothing statements on the 2nd interview leaving the public in the dark.

For many many months this blogger urged the newly elected House controlled by the Democrats to not wait on a possibly phony Mueller Report but to use their own independent constitutional powers to launch their own investigation/hearings to build their own records of evidence.  But phony baloney leaders like Nadler and Schiff have made phony efforts, blew a lot of hot air to convince the public they were doing something while doing nothing, gave endless  nothing statements, and failed to carry out his duties to conduct  sustained/open/public/complete/comprehensive/investigations/hearings into the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes or to make credible efforts to acquire the Mueller Report. See it to be the elites plan to entangle the public into endless debate ove the Mueller Report, this blogger asked in January 2019 that Congress not engage in that Charade.  But now the public sees the elites – Republicans and Democrats alike – involved in that Charade to snooker the public.

Last week many civic groups organized to rallies across the nation to demand the release of the Mueller Report.  That was good and right.  What was bad was that the rally allowed a phony like Nadler to go on stage and give phony comments supporting the crowds demands.  The crowds should have booed him off the stage.  To get the truth about the TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/UK&BRITISH/PUTIN&RUSSIA CONSPIRACIES AND CRIMES AGAINST THE USA, civic groups need to organize again  but on a sustained continuous basis to demand immediate release of the Mueller Report and Congress’ execution of its duties and responsibilities to hold open/public/complete/comprehensive/investigations/hearings on the TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/UK&BRITISH/PUTIN&RUSSIA CONSPIRACIES AND CRIMES AGAINST THE USA.  That is the way Americans should use their civil rights and civil liberties to defend themselves and protect constitutional order, rule of law, their democratic republic systems, and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

In a blogs written on this websites its been written that Attorney General William Barr was appointed by Republican Trump and approved by a Republican Senate to corruptly perpetrate Republicans’ frauds, scams, and deceptions on the public of covering up/whitewashing the Trump/Republican/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes investigations. And since he began corruptly orchestrating such scams, frauds, and deceptions to coverup Trump’s conspiracies and crimes and to frustrate further investigations into Trump’s conspiracies and crimes soon after taking office,  this blogger wrote several blogs against him and his behavior.  ON 03/28/2019, in the blog “WHERE ARE THE DEMOCRATS? WHY ARE THEY SILENT ON WHAT BARR HAS DONE?  ATTORNEY GENERAL WILLIAM BARR SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATIONS FOR OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE”, it was written, “Attorney General William Barr should be under investigations for obstruction of justice”.

So, what are the alleged corrupt scams, frauds, and deceptions perpetrated by Attorney General Barr to coverup/whitewash Trump’s conspiracies and crimes?  The first scam is practicing the unequal administration of justice.  When it comes to the lower social economic classes to which this blogger belongs, Barr believes in strict law and order throw the book at them administration of justice.  But when it come to the higher social economic elites to which Trump belongs, Barr believes in soft no laws broken, no investigations, no charges, and no prosecutions of them administration of justice.  So, Attorney General Barr is a dangerous, callous, hypocrite to hundreds of millions of lower social economic class Americans for administering unequal justice to them while giving Trump like elites a pass.

The second corrupt set of frauds or scams occurred shortly after Attorney General William Barr was sworn into office when he abruptly and illegally began  wrecking the special counsel investigations and prosecutions long before they were completed or his legal mission was accomplished which amounted to the AG’s obstructions of justice.  That is part of Barr’s career pattern of protecting Republican elites from the law, from investigations, from charges, and from prosecutions.  Proof is all over the investigations and prosecutions that they were not complete and that Attorney General Barr came into the investigations and prosecutions and  like the Career Republican Hack, Career Republican Fixer, Career Republican Henchman, Career Republican Underboss, Republican Partisan that he was, and prematurely and illegally sought to end or interrupted or interfered in as much of Mueller’s ongoing investigations and prosecutions as possible.  So, William Barr has walked in and sought to sludge hammer as much of the Mueller investigations and prosecutions as he could to protect Republican elites! 

Barr’s created a mess!  Why!  To coverup/whitewash!  Attorney General Barr is  reckless in committing obstruction of justice for criminal traitor elites like Trump!  The mystery corporation case which was being prosecuted by Mueller is ongoing.  The public learned last week when the judge refused to release information about the case in a freedom of information lawsuit because it was ongoing.  The grand jury which Mueller convened is ongoing which the public learned last week, again because when questioned by the judge Mueller’s prosecutor said, it was still operating.  The Roger Stone case was being prosecuted by Mueller’s prosecutors and was to go to trial this fall; so, where is it at?  The Miller case was being prosecuted by Mueller to compel Miller’s testimony; so, where is it at in the judicial process?  Mueller’s prosecutors were handling Michael Flynn’s case; so,  where’s it at since Mueller’s prosecutors still have to appear in court for Flynn’s sentencing?  As said before so much is unexplained/incomplete/unfinished that any stopping of the Mueller investigations at this point amounts to a coverup/whitewash by Republican Fixer, Trump Underboss, Republican Hack, Attorney General William Barr.

The third set of scams, frauds, and deceptions perpetrated by Attorney General Barr to coverup/whitewash Trump’s conspiracies and crimes centers around William Barr’s nefarious and demon like release and management of information about the Mueller Report. He wrote what is widely viewed as an inadequate Barr Summary.  William Barr is full of arrogance in thinking he can literally spit in the public’s face and get away with it by producing an inadequate Barr Summary of the Mueller Report and by giving the public his – get that – his – get that – his redacted version of the Mueller Report.  Is Attorney General Barr so arrogant as to think that the public, the Congress, the Courts, the Democrats will accept Republican Barr’s redacted version of the Mueller Report from Barr A Republican Hack, A Republican Fixer, A Republican Partisan, A Republican Trump Underboss, and a Republican Senate confirmed in your face coverup/whitewash implementer? Yes, he is because he done it before and thinks he’ll get away with it again!!!!!

So, Congress needs to haul Attorney General Barr before it and hold him accountable for answering:  Why is he covering for Republican elites who are suspected of committing crimes when he’s so hard and tough on the lower classes who commit crimes?  Why did he recklessly and illegally take a sludge hammer to the Mueller investigations and prosecutions long before they had ended while some are right now still pending in litigation and before Mueller had accomplished his legally mandated mission?  And why is he attempting to write the Mueller Report according to his biases, partisan ends, and judgements rather than allow Mueller or the courts to speak through the original report and their finished work?  And why shouldn’t he be charged with obstruction of justice for deliberately and maliciously interfering with and wrecking and creating a mess of Mueller’s investigations, prosecutions, and court cases?

It is this blogger’s belief that once the Congress has considered through hearings and investigations the above questions it should proceed to refer to the DOJ obstruction of justice charges against Barr for his obvious and provable corrupt frauds, scams, and deceptions against the Mueller investigations and prosecutions amounting to obstructions of justice.  That will be the best way to protect the USA and Americans against a lawless, corrupt, partisan, “Sammy the Bull” – William the Bull- underboss, attorney general and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

ELITES GONE INSANE! TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/BARR RIDICULOUS MEDIA AND PROPAGANDA CAMPAIGNS ORCHESTRATING LIES, FRAUDS, ATTACKS CLAIMING INVESTIGATIONS WERE A HOAX ARE DISGUSTING AND SHAMEFUL

The Mueller Report has not been released to Trump, Congress, or the public; yet, Trump, Republicans, and Republican biased media have launched propaganda campaigns claiming Trump to have been exonerated!  How ridiculous is that.  So, on the basis of a report they’ve not seen, they are making unproven, unsupported, unsubstantiated propaganda claims.  Trump, Republicans, and Republican biased media simply can not say whether, at this point the Mueller Report has exonerated Trump since its not been released to either Trump, Republicans, Congress, or the general public.  And since Attorney General Barr is an unreliable Republican Fixer, Trump underboss, and Partisan Hack, his Barr Summary cannot be trusted as a basis for any propaganda claims that Trump has been exonerated. Under those circumstances, its fair to say, in spite of the so called Barr Summary, that they are perpetrating a clear fraud or set of lies on the public.

And some crazy Republicans have gone beyond the outrageous propaganda of proclaiming Trump to have been exonerated by an unseen and unreleased Mueller Report.  They have attacked those who have supported the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes investigations as having participated in a hoax.  Republicans on Chairman Adam Schiff’s House Intelligence Committee made an attack upon Chairman Schiff for promoting Trump/Putin&Russia collusion investigations when they claim no evidence was found.  Despite any findings Mueller’s report may or may not have made, there has been and remains ample evidence in the public sphere justifying all investigations of possible Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes.

So, Republicans are merely lying, spreading false propaganda, and making unfair attacks on Schiff and others who did and are supporting Trump/Putin&Russia investigations.  Republican attacks on Chairman Schiff are part of their attempts to coverup/whitewash Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes against the USA and American voters.  But honest, patriotic, pragmatic Americans should press ahead seeking to determine the truth about any Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies even after the Mueller Report is released if its inconclusive.  That would be the best way to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

Elites Chairman Nadler and Democratic Members of the Judiciary Committee Causing Stalling, Unnecessary Delay, Endless Debate/Discussion, Undermining of Democracy, Increased Powers for Elites

For some time this website has shown published blogs criticizing both Republican Right/Far Right Extremist and Democrats Left/Far Left Extremist for failing to advocate policies for the benefit of America and Americans rather than for their own narrow, selfish, partisan ends.  It has condemned Trump/Republicans/Barr/Mueller coverup/whitewash of the Trump/Russia conspiracies and crimes and the Democrats allowance of such covering up/whitewashing by their failures to hold sustained, timely, open/public, complete/comprehensive, hearing/investigations in the House into the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes and by the desire of Republican Puppet/Trojan Horse Pelosi’s attempts to take impeachment off the table with the support of her sidekick Senator Chris Coons.

So, now in terms of the Mueller Report, the public sees Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler straddling both sides of the horse, appearing to be tough, decisive, while in fact equivocating and being wishy-washy on a matter of extreme importance – the so called Mueller Report and what was or was not said and concluded and what should or should not be made available to Congress or the public from that Report – concerning the existential threats to the nature of the USA and its citizens’ rights to know.   This is no time for Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler to appear to be tough but to in fact be an equivocating, wishy-washy, indecisive chairman in defense of Congress’, America’s and Citizens’ rights, liberties, constitutional order, rule of law, and democratic systems.  Chairman Nadler should not be stealthily and surreptitiously cooperating with elites such as Republican Puppet/Trojan Horse Pelosi and Senator Coons in covering up/whitewashing  the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes.

Why doesn’t Chairman Nadler just file a case now.  He already has grounds to file a case now:  a.)  He’s been told he’ll not get the full unredacted report.  b.) He’s been told that he’ll not get the associated grand jury and other testimony.  c.) He’s been told he’ll get a version redacted by the Republican Fixer, Underboss, Partisan Attorney General.  So, why is this smart guy telling us it “may wind up in court”?  Is he telling us that he may somehow cave in to the Republicans covering up/whitewashing and agree not to enforce the Congress’ and citizens rights to the report and to maintain the established Watergate precedent of at least having both the Mueller Report and the Grand Jury Evidence at least released to Congress if not completely to the public?  The Watergate precedent is that the Congress has a right to both the Mueller Report and the Grand Jury Evidence though the public has a right to only the Mueller Report but not to the Grand Jury Evidence.  Nadler should have filed suit already to acquire a speedy efficient resolution over the dispute about the Mueller Report?

It is the belief of this website’s blogger that this Mueller report dispute is simply another part of the elites’ covering up/whitewashing of the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes against the USA and American voters.  This blogger has long believed that the American society and political body is being viciously, criminally, and otherwise manipulated and artificially controlled by elites.  Such criminals have given America phony elections, phony leaders, phony events, and other nefarious, and unreal outcomes to make our lives worse.  The 2016 election was one of those unreal and phony outcomes.  Trump is a criminal traitor who was no more elected president than Bush 2 was; they were both phony unreal outcomes manipulated by elite criminals.  But its this blogger’s beliefs that America, Americans, God/Jesus will defeat the elite criminals and meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.  But in the meantime phony baloney Democrats, conducting wishy-washy investigations,  into Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes need to get their heads out of holes in the ground, do their jobs for the USA and American voters, and quit aiding the coverups/whitewashes.

What Are Adam Schiff/Maxine Waters Covering up/Whitewashing?

In furtherance of their corrupt, offensive, charades to promote the phony idea that Criminal Traitor Trump’s been cleared of conspiracies/treason, yesterday, 03/28/2019, Republican members including Mike Conway on Chairman Adam Schiff’s Intelligence Committee ridiculously called for Chairman Schiff’s resignation for conducting Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia conspiracies hearings/investigations. But Schiff falls way short of conducting the hearings/investigations he should have been conducting.  Nevertheless, on their shows Rachel Maddow and Lawrence O’Donnell praised and played Adam Schiff’s harangue defending himself against Conway/Republicans.  I asked myself, what is this? dictatorial Putin&Russia? where that sort of nonsense is totally possible in Putin’s criminal regime?  Then I reminded myself that that is exactly what Liar Criminal Traitor Trump – a wannabe authoritarian/dictatorial/despot – is working to impose on the USA with Republicans assistance.

Then, this blogger reminded himself, Adam Schiff, notwithstanding his defense, as well as his defender, Lawrence O’Donnell, had not been working to  hold sustained open/public hearings/investigations of Trump/Putin&Russia’s conspiracies.  Adam Schiff’s blown a lot of hot air about what Mueller’s not done. But what about what Adam Schff’s not done? Nearly five months after winning the House, Chairman Adam Schiff has held only one open/public hearing but several closed/nonpublic hearings/investigations.  Chairman Schiff and Chairwoman Maxine Waters of the House Financial Services Committee are two examples of Pelosi/Democrats failures to hold sustained open/public hearings/investigations.

What’s Schiff hiding from the public and keeping only to himself in his closed/nonpublic hearings/investigation which liberal media anchors  Wolf Blitzer and Lawrence O’Donnell have justified. Let’s reject the liberal elites of Blitzer and O’Donnell and hold sustained open/public hearings/investigations so the  public can see for themselves and form their own perceptions of what happened.  Otherwise, the public raises the question: Are the Democrats and media elites part of the cover up/whitewash including Schiff, Waters, O’Donnell, Maddow, and Blitzer of Trump/Putin&Russia crimes.  Are the crimes of Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia against USA so horrible that even Adam Schiff’s preventing their full disclosure? And is he some how participating in the coverup of them?  Democrats need to trust the public and reveal all of Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes against America not participate in covering them up.

In this websites blog, “Whitewashing/Covering Up NancyPelosi/AdamSchiff/MaxineWaters/Jerry Nadler Closed Interviews/Hearings/Investigations of Trump/Putin&Russia Conspiracies”, on 03/15/2019 (updated), it was written:  “It is possible that these types of news stories and foolish shenanigans by elites are meant to confuse, excessively manage, distract, limit, direct, public perceptions by various phony corrupt nefarious, evil elites in control of the country.”   Americans have awaken to find themselves under the control of amoral, immoral, power/grabbing, heavily foreign influenced, greedy money and business seeking criminal thugs, crime bosses, politicians, and traitors who have no respect or regard for America or Americans. They allow nefarious foreigners to come into the country and with Trump corruptly crap all over it and its citizens rights.   And they seek to manipulate the public perceptions, to lie, and to coverup/whitewash their conspiracies and crimes right in citizens very faces.

This website predicted a charade of endless phony debate over the release of the  phony Mueller report two months ago.  It was apparent that waiting for the Mueller report and the ensuing endless debate over its release would be part of the elites plans to orchestrate a coverup/whitewash of the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies/crimes.  Republicans having had Republicans investigate a Republican Criminal Traitor and his Republican co-conspirators, having conducted phony Republican House/Senate investigations, having appointed and confirmed a biased Republican Fixer as a phony attorney general, having had the Republican Fixer/phony attorney general criminally/illegally obstruct justice by ending Republican Mueller’s phony investigation; and having had  Republican Fixer/phony attorney general issue a phony Barr Report claiming to find no wrong doing by Criminal Traitor Trump, now, continue Republicans’, Barr’s, Trump’s, and Mueller’s in your face charades, frauds, and criminal obstructions of justice to cover up/whitewash the Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes.

Two months ago this blogger wrote a series of blogs urging the Democrats not to wait on the Mueller report and to begin developing their own record through independent complete/comprehensive open/public hearings/investigations into Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes. But liberal media anchors Lawrence O’Donnell and Wolf Blitzer incredibly supported closed/nonpublic hearing/investigations; in the blog above it was written:   “Let’s not have liberal media advocate to excessively manage the public’s perceptions by limiting what the public hears and sees …. hold sustained open/public hearings/investigations of Trump/Putin&Russia’s conspiracies …. very disappointing listening to  liberal media praise closed/nonpublic hearings … on the shows of Wolf Blitzer and Lawrence O’Donnell … reject liberal media elites Blitzer’s and O’Donnell’s arguments …. Congress has a long, long history of such open/public hearings/investigations, including the Watergate Hearings.  

On 01/15/2019, in “What’s This About a Report!  Will Mueller Do His Job and Indict Hundreds More for Treason, Conspiracy, Crimes, and Lies Against the USA?”, it was written:  “….But now we are also faced with a somewhat too eager to wait Congress before exercising its complete powers to conduct a full investigation….”  On 01/15/2019, in the same above blog it was written, “Democrats, who now have the power to investigate independently as the legislative branch, …. are waiting FOR A DOUBTFUL RELEASE OF A MUELLER REPORT … rather than use their Article II co-equal legislative powers to investigate independently..”  And it was said in the same blog “They’ve heard debates about will his report be released or will his report not be released? will the attorney general allow it to be released?  will Congress have to subpoena the report and Mueller to find out what’s in it?  And will the harmful secrets about outrages against Americans/America be allowed to remain secrets?  AND SUCH PLANTING OF DOUBTS ABOUT THE REPORT’S CONTENT AND RELEASE GOES ON AND ON.”

On 02/25/2019, in “Read a Blog on What Ifs of Mueller’s Report – Stop Distracting the Public! – Talk on What Hearings/Investigations Congress Should be Holding!” VIGOROUSLY EXERCISE Congress’ INDEPENDENT LEGISLATIVE POWERS THAT THE CONSTITUTION GRANTS TO THE HOUSE to independently, completely/comprehensively, courageously and fearlessly hold hearings and investigations on the Trump/Putin conspiracies and election interference.   WHY DON’T THEY VIGOROUSLY DO THEIR JOB AND STOP WAITING AND STALLING AND GENERATING CONTROVERSY ABOUT AN EXECUTIVE BRANCH MUELLER REPORT?  Talk about and have controversy over the Mueller report when it is ready, not now.” This website’s blogs have repeatedly were wrote to urge Congress to  hold sustained open/public hearings/investigations so the  public could see for themselves and form their own perceptions of what happened.

Is it that Democrats do not want sustained, open/public, complete/comprehensive investigations because of their part of the coverup/whitewash.  So, they give us tiny bits and pieces of information.  So, the participate in the night after night of media fraud of breaking news.  So, the Democrats don’t have a plan to get to the bottom of the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes, by holding sustained public hearings.  Where is the complete/comprehensive strategy of the democratic to conduct hearings/investigations?  Why are the Democrats say they might subpoena the Mueller Report?  Since their not getting the full report why not just right now Subpoena the full report?  Why aren’t the Democrats fight harder against Republicans attempts at a false revenge and de-legitimizing the Trump/Putin&Russia investigations?   Are the Democratic elites too, like the Republicans orchestrating charades, frauds, snookerings on the public?

WHERE ARE THE DEMOCRATS? WHY ARE THEY SILENT ON WHAT BARR HAS DONE?  ATTORNEY GENERAL WILLIAM BARR SHOULD BE UNDER INVESTIGATIONS FOR OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

Like underboss Salvatore “Sammy the Bull” Gravano for boss John Gotti,  underboss Republican Fixer William “William the Bull” for boss Trump as Attorney General, deliberately, purposely, knowingly, recklessly walked into the Mueller’s investigations on all fours, like a wild bull in the china shop, and  wildly ran around in Mueller’s Investigations bucking and jerking around his rear end,  knocking over file cabinets, causing prosecutors to fearfully vacate the room, smashing his head horns against file cabinets, and generally creating chaos so that the whole Mueller operation needed to be shut down from threats and damage.  Clearly to approve underboss William “William the Bull” Barr to be in charge of the DOJ without requiring him to recuse himself from the Mueller investigations for previous wrecking and bias was part of the  Trump/Republican/Senators/Elites orchestration  with the aid of a few Democrats to corruptly and illegally end Mueller’s investigations by turning aloose William “William the Bull” Barr inside Mueller’s investigations.

Turning William “William the Bull” Barr aloose inside the Mueller investigations was destructive of the Mueller’s investigations. As argued earlier on this website, nearly five weeks ago when reports were first made shortly after Barr took office as attorney general, to prematurely end Mueller’s investigation would lead to chaos and uncertainty and confusion given that  much would be left unexplained/unfinished/unrevealed by Mueller.  It was clear to average layman or unsophisticated citizens that any immediate ending of the Mueller’s investigations, as argued on this website, On 02/22/2019, in the blog, “Snookering Americans! Talk of Mueller Finishing His Investigation is A Bunch of Baloney!”, “talk of Mueller finishing his Investigations, if true could mean since Mueller couldn’t possibly have completed his investigation …. that Mueller has so much left unexplained/unfinished/unrevealed … an abrupt ending … would be a coverup/whitewash[.]”

By abruptly ending the Mueller investigations, Barr may have committed crimes.  Also, by participating in such an orchestration against Mueller’s investigations, and by efforts to clear Trump, Barr should face criminal investigations by Congress’ Democrats/Republicans/Independents/Patriots for criminal conspiracies against the USA and for obstruction of justice by criminally aiding Donald Trump in escaping justice.  Barr was put in place by Trump/Republicans/Elites and some Democrats to orchestrate a shut down of the Mueller investigations and to  facilitate Trump’s escape from justice for his crimes.  Since by doing so, Barr aided Trump in continuing his Trump/Putin&Russia/WCCL Wars against America, he should be investigated.  Therefore, to protect America and Americans and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, it’s imperative that Attorney General Barr be placed under Congressional investigations.

Please Congress exercise your independent, constitutionally granted powers to decide Trump’s fate.  Barr facilitates Criminal Traitor Trump’s attacks on America and Americans and sets the stage for him to continue his assaults upon and poisonous injections of venom into America and Americans by falsely claiming victimization in stating, “no president should have to go through this again”. But Trump has savagely attacked America, subjected them to insane twitter rants, denied them income/necessities, and attacked them.  We know the daughter of the author of the  poem/song,  The Snake,  says Trump is the snake written of. He continues to inject his poisonous venom into a people and nation that has helped give him every opportunity but which he’s nevertheless has betrayed and committed crimes against to satisfy his insatiable thirst for money/profits, own business interests, power, and self aggrandizement.

Thankfully, Congress has  rejected the Barr Report as illegitimate, biased, and untruthful and demanded the full delivery of the Mueller Report and its underlying documents. Hopefully Congress will use its own independent hearings/investigations to determine how to vote on whether or not to impeach Criminal Traitor Trump.   Barr has allied with Criminal Traitor Trump to help him escape accountability and to obstruct justice. He has abused his authority and position to shield and place Criminal Traitor Trump into a position to continue his conspiracy and crimes against the USA in the TRUMP/REPUBLICANS/PUTIN&RUSSIA/WCCL Wars Against America!  Republican Fixer Barr made his bed with Trump long before Trump appointed him to become Attorney General and the Republican controlled Senate approved him as Attorney General.

It is Congress’ Job to decide upon the guilt or innocence of Trump based upon its hearings/investigations and  the Mueller Report not Barr’s Summary/Report.  It is inappropriate for Partisan Republican Fixer Barr to decide how much of Mueller’s Report to release and to interpret it as clearing Trump of conspiracy and crimes since Barr biases should have recused himself from performing any role in supervising or managing Mueller’s Trump/Putin&Russia investigations. It’s corrupt that Partisan Barr used his official position to inject partisanship into the Mueller Trump/Putin&Russia investigations given he argued in an 18 page letter/memo against Mueller’s investigation and made other comments against it before his appointment by Trump and confirmation by the Senate as Trump’s Republican Fixer.  The public simply can not trust Barr with any official role in those investigations.

Elites Orchestrated the End of Mueller’s Investigations! – The Coverup/Whitewash by Trump/Pelosi/Republicans/Barr/Mueller – Corrupt Government in High Places

Is new Attorney General William Barr ordering an end to the Mueller investigations just like he frustrated a fair Iraq-gate investigation of George H.W. Bush’s administration during his previous term as attorney general. As this website’s blogs have urge time and again, let’s wait and see…. Suspicious of the genuineness/trustworthiness of Mueller and his investigation exists because of Trump, his DOJ Minions, and, now, especially, of the New Attorney General William Barr…. Could it be that Barr, having been sworn into office less than a week ago has come back to do it again, and he ordered Mueller to end his investigation and is in effect ordering a coverup/whitewash of the Trump/Russia investigations? It appears that that view is correct and the elites including the corrupt, nefarious cabal of Trump/Pelosi/Republicans/Barr/Mueller have all along been orchestrating a coverup/whitewash to Stealthily Snooker Americans and feed them A Bunch of Baloney!

In the face of such corruption, betrayal, and treason Democrats, honest Republicans, Independents, and Patriotic Americans must put aside Trojan Horse Pelosi’s and other Democrats’ fears of division and violence from Trump and his followers, and accept their mission to restore righteousness in America and save constitutional order, rule of law, and the democratic systems of America by preserving and advancing America’s beliefs in Jesus, its Declaration of Independence, Jesus given inalienable individual rights, equality, civil rights, civil liberties, and human dignity. They must stand up to Trump’s and his followers threats of violence with the tools of free speech, petitions in courts, assembly for peaceful protest, and petitions to Congress. And they must ramp up their own independent complete/comprehensive investigations into the Trump/Putin Russia crimes and conspiracies and of the Trump/Pelosi/Republicans/Barr/Mueller cabal to orchestrate  and to conspire to end the Mueller investigations.

On 02/22/2019, in the blog, “Snookering Americans! Talk of Mueller Finishing His Investigation is A Bunch of Baloney!” this blogger wrote: “talk of Mueller finishing his Investigation, if true could mean since Mueller couldn’t possibly have completed his investigation …. that Mueller has so much left unexplained/unfinished/unrevealed that for an abrupt ending next week of his investigation would be a coverup/whitewash[.]” Today, a month later, reports are that the Mueller’s investigations and his term as special counsel have ended. So, as this blogger wrote a month ago “It means A Coverup/Whitewash by Delivering to Americans A Bunch of Baloney!, or Stealthily Snookering Americans since Mueller couldn’t possibly have completed his investigation with so much left unexplained/unfinished/unrevealed”.

Trojan Horse Pelosi’s arguments and attitudes paved the way for Trump/Pelosi/Republicans/Barr/Mueller to do the dirty work of covering up/whitewashing Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia conspiracies since by arguing against impeachment she emboldened and calmed Trump/Republicans/Barr/Mueller about abruptly ending the Mueller investigations. As a Trojan Horse Speaker she’s long been a puppet of whoever is in the White House. During the 2008 financial crisis, as speaker, she waited to be lead around, like a Republican Puppet, by her Republican Puppet Master Secretary of Treasury Henry Paulson, and she participated in a 3/4 of a trillion dollar rip-off from USA’s treasury engineered for Republicans, businesses, financiers, industrialist, and other elites. Like then, Trojan Horse Pelosi stands around trembling, wringing her hands in fear of division, appeasing a vicious Criminal Traitor Trump by her talk of “He’s not worth it”, and, thus, signalling to Trump, his Republicans, William Barr, and Mueller, its okay for them to engineer Trump’s escape from justice while Americans continue to suffer from Trump’s abuses and lawlessness.

So, by foolish talk against accountability for Criminal Traitor Trump, she’d emboldened Trump/Republicans/Barr/Mueller to obstruct justice and to illegally end the Mueller investigations while Criminal Traitor Trump remained an existential danger to USA. Trojan Horse Pelosi, had planted a knife in the back of Democrats honestly, completely/comprehensively, openly/publicly wanting to hold hearings/investigations to decide whether or not to impeach; she had aided America’s and Democrats’ opponents of a search for truth. Backstabber Pelosi, by taking impeachment off the table, encouraged and emboldened Trump/Republicans/Barr/Mueller, Pelosi helped pave the way for those Trump supporters to do what they had dared not do previously, and what many in Congress had sought to block by proposed bills in Congress – an illegal end to the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies investigations. Speaker Puppet Pelosi, having served as a Republican Puppet before, helped pave the way for William Barr, who likewise had served as a Republican Fixer, to pull the trigger to obstruct justice by abruptly, corruptly, and illegally ending the Mueller investigations.

Pulling the trigger to obstruct justice by abruptly, corruptly, and illegally ending the Mueller investigations started with the firing of Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Trump had been publicly railing against Attorney General Sessions for his recusal from overseeing the Mueller investigations. ` So, in plain view, Criminal Traitor Trump illegally – for corrupt reasons – fired Sessions as part of his nefarious scheme to hide his crimes. Then Trump illegally – without the advise and consent of the Senate – hired an unqualified Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker whom he sought to use – as evidence reveals – to obstruct investigations into himself and the Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes against the USA. When Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker seemed not to be up to the task, Trump looked elsewhere and settled on Attorney/Fixer William Barr – a Republican fixer.

By his attitude, public comments, outreach to others, and defense of Trump, Attorney/Fixer William Barr had indicated through various public forums he’d fix any investigations into the Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes against the USA and his availability to corruptly, illegally, sabotage and end any investigations into Trump’s crimes and conspiracies against the USA. Attorney General Barr had a past as a tough, take no prisoner Republican fixer. He has done Republicans’ dirty work before by fixing the Iraq-Gate scandal during the G.H.W. Bush administration; back then he organized a sham investigation by appointing a retired Republican judge but refused to appoint an independent or special counsel as the Democrats demanded. So, by Barr’s bias’ speech and conduct against investigations into the Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes against the USA it was well known what he would do if he became attorney general. So, Trump having failed to get what he wanted from Sessions and Whitaker, now tries tries to end the investigations by appointing Republican Fixer Barr.

Clearly to approve Barr’s nomination by Trump to be in charge of the DOJ without requiring him to recuse himself from the Mueller investigations was part of the elites and Republicans orchestration to corruptly and to illegally end the Mueller investigations into the Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia conspiracies against the USA. Republicans, with the aid of a few Democrats corruptly paved Fixer Barr’s way to end the Mueller investigations of the Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia conspiracies against the USA. The plan and its orchestration was so apparently corrupt that the whole bunch of those participating in that orchestration should have been charged under RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act). Republicans used a government organization, the Senate, to corruptly illegally, approve Trump’s Fixer Barr, knowing by Barr’s previous attitudes and conduct, that he would obstruct justice and coverup/whitewash Trump’s crimes by illegally ending the Mueller investigations into the Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia conspiracies against the USA. By facts and circumstances, Republicans and Barr participated in aiding USA’s enemies by pulling the trigger to corruptly, illegally, end the Mueller’s investigations to protect Criminal Traitor Trump, Republicans, Trump minions, foreigners, and American traitors, therefore, Republicans and Barr should also be investigated for crimes, conspiracies, and existential threats against the USA.

Given the circumstances under which he was required to work, Mueller positioned himself to become a patsy and participant in the conspiracy to coverup/whitewash the Trump/Putin&Russia investigations. The circumstances under which Mueller worked, namely his control by Trumps’ DOJ and ultimately Fixer Barr were always reasons to suspect his work. Blogs on this website repeatedly discussed the possibility of a phony Mueller and a phony report and whether the report would be either a coverup/whitewash or genuine/trustworthy? “Let’s wait and see” were the answers, but criticism and suspicion of Mueller were written since he was supervised by a Trump controlled DOJ, answered to a Trump controlled Deputy AG at DOJ, and was a Republican, under the control of Republicans, investigating Republicans. Such lack of independence was a recipe for a phony Mueller and a phony report covering up/whitewashing the Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia crimes and conspiracies. for those reasons this blogger repeatedly urged in blogs that Mueller be knocked him off his pedestal of pristine, irreproachable reputation for trustworthy/genuine work. Under those circumstances, about a month after Fixer AG Barr assumed office he ordered Mueller to ended the investigations.

Let’s look at some other reasons generating suspicions towards Mueller. So, while urging a “let’s wait and see” attitude on Mueller and his report, under those circumstances Mueller’s genuineness/trustworthiness was always an issue in this blogger’s blogs because of those circumstances surrounding him. But additional signs indicated that Mueller and his report were part of a coverup/whitewash going on before the public’s eyes: Mueller

– Issued an ambiguous, still unexplained statement criticizing a Buzzfeed article, the article had generated talk of impeachment as being inaccurate; Mueller interference appeared aimed at quashing impeachment talk; was that done at the directions of DOJ?; and what is a Special Counsel doing interfering with and involving himself with a journalists article which generated political discussion; since that appears to have been highly inappropriate, unexplained political interference, Mueller should have been criticized and required to answer for such political interference. Doesn’t that remind the public of Jame Comey’s actions sabotaging Clinton? Was Mueller acting under DOJ instructions? The circumstances establishes that he was.

– Judge Sullivan when Michael Flynn appeared before him for sentencing on 12/18/2018 asked Mueller’s prosecutors if Flynn could have been charged with treason, refused to rubber stamp Mueller’s 0-6 month proposed sentence, and told Flynn and the prosecutors to come back in 90 days on March 18, 2019 after he’d cooperated more with prosecutors. Judge Sullivan’s refusal was a rebuke to Mueller and his prosecutors for not properly charging and recommending appropriate sentencing for Flynn and was a strong clue that Mueller was not going to seriously hold accountable those involved in serious crimes and conspiracies against the USA. The judge’s rebuke and refusal to go along was gave serious indications that Mueller was involved in a coverup/whitewash by refusing to hold criminals and conspirators accountable.

– A coverup/whitewash? Why was Mueller giving out light sentences? Why wasn’t he indicting more Americans for treason or conspiracy? What the Hell was he waiting for? Answers, because Phony Mueller was performing a coverup/whitewash before our very eyes.

– Mueller’s came under criticism from Chairman Adam Schiff for in incomplete inadequate performance in two areas: a.) Schiff’s said he’s failed to require grand jury testimony from Donald Trump, and b.) Schiff’s said he’s failed to adequately investigate Trump’s finances.

– Mueller’s also come under indirect criticism from Chairman Nadler who’s anticipating his participation in a scheme to release only parts of his report to Congress and the public.

So, under those circumstance, as this website’s blogs wrote of long before Mueller released anything, Mueller willingly participated in producing a phony, incomplete report covering up/whitewashing delivered to Republican Fixer Bar to coverup/whitewash the crimes, treason, and conspiracies of Trump, American Traitors, Republicans, and Foreign co-conspirators. For more than a year and a half, the public’s heard media anchors, commentators, and private individuals mouth expressions of unquestioned trust in Mueller and his work. But such participation and work has knocked Mueller off his pedestal of reputation for pristine, irreproachable, trustworthy/genuine work just like James Comey was knocked off his pedestal of reputation for pristine, irreproachable, trustworthy/genuine work by his partisan interference in the 2016 campaign. It was all silly given the circumstances under which Mueller was required to worked, the threats of being fired, and the identity of who controlled him. Common sense dictates that the whole process of allowing the investigated and the investigated supporters to have even a tiny bit of control over an investigation of themselves is a silly process doomed to fail. Mueller participated in that process and has proven himself to be a part of a coverup/whitewash, he like, Fixer Barr should be investigated.

Democrats should not join in accepting Fixer Barr’s and Phony Mueller’s Phony Trump/Putin&Russia report. Mueller’s report is an incomplete political document meant to clear Republicans. Democrats should reject the Mueller report as a political document created for Republicans for covering up/whitewashing Republicans crimes and conspiracies. Common sense demonstrates that the evidence strongly supports that the elites have all along been hiding the truth from the public and are orchestrating a coverup/whitewash to protect themselves and Trump/Republicans/UK-British/Putin&Russia, American Traitors, and foreign co-conspirators. But based on news reports – from rferl.org, ijr.com, the guardian.com, and other sources – there are Democrats like Delaware Senator Chris Coons who are willing to uncritically and eagerly give an endorsement of the covering up/whitewashing. Coons’ stated to have said, “Once we get the principal conclusions of the report, I think it’s entirely possible that that will be a good day for the president and his core supporters.” Americans should not follow Senator Coons any more than they should follow Republican Puppet/Trojan Horse Pelosi should she lead them to trust the Mueller report. Since Coons is a proven Republican patsy and Pelosi’s a Republican Puppet/Trojan Horse.

Trump is an existential danger seeking to inject his venom into the heart of America. He’s made it clear he’s a callous, vicious, lawless, criminal; power grabbing/seizing monster; delighting in wannabe desires to be an authoritarian/dictator/despot; and a leader in his Trump/Republicans/Putin&Russia/WCCL War Against America of criminal and co-conspirators seeking to even more deeply hurt and cripple America than they’ve already done. That is what Trojan Horse Pelosi fears divisions from and wants to appease by taking impeachment off the table. It is the likes of such that Pelosi disgustingly talks about fears of divisions and seeks to surrender to by talking of taking impeachment off the table. It is the likes of such to whom Senator Coons takes a stance of too eagerly forgiving, forgetting, overlooking,and recognizing as victorious. The surrender Coons and Pelosi are proposing is deeply offensive and disgusting. Trojan Horse Pelsoi should be removed from the speakers chair; and Coons should be vigorously opposed at his next election and presently ostracized.

Democrats, Independents, Republicans, Patriotic Americans you must ramp up your independent, complete/comprehensive House hearings/investigations into Trump/Putin&Russia crimes and conspiracies against America and bring charges against Trump. Let’s vigorously expose the Trump/Pelosi/Republicans/Barr/Mueller orchestrated coverup/whitewash. Let’s believe in America’s constitution, nobler ideas, historical struggles for decency and justice, and a democratic republic. Let’s believe in those things and commit our lives to achieving and defending them. Americans, Democrats, Republicans, Independents, you have the ability to save America’s systems of constitutional order, rule of law, and democratic republic against the nefarious plans of Trump, his Republican supporters, his American traitors, and his foreign co-conspirators. Whitewashing/Covering Up NancyPelosi/AdamSchiff/MaxineWaters/Jerry Nadler Closed Interviews/Hearings/Investigations of Trump/Putin&Russia Conspiracies

This blogger’s written before that a struggle between the so-called elites of this nation is taking place to coverup/whitewash the Trump/Putin&Russia frauds and conspiracies against the USA.  To stealthily subvert and destroy USA domestically and to destroy USA’s world power and influence, Trump, Republicans, Trump government agents or appointees,  Trump Minions, Trump supporters in media, and Trump foreign supporters, including Putin/Russia agents, are working to  coverup/whitewash their frauds and conspiracies against the USA.

Are Pelosi/Democrats involved in the coveringup/whitewashing of frauds and conspiracies against the USA too. Why aren’t Democrats giving the public sustained, open, public hearings on what’s going on in the government concerning Trump/Russia conspiracies?  Chairman Adam Schiff of the House Intelligence Committee and Chairwoman Maxine Waters of the House Financial Services Committee are two examples of Pelosi/Democrats failures to hold sustained open/public hearings.  Waters/Schiff complained a great deal about Republicans’ hearings/investigations when they were not in the majority.  Now that their in the majority Chairwoman Waters is hardly ever heard from and Chairman Schiff’s  working so hard to keep information from the public by holding  closed/nonpublic committee hearings?  He’s talked about releasing transcripts to the public, so, why has he chosen the most inefficient way to get information out to the public in an age of instant viewing and hearing?  He’s chosen the lest impactful media, print, to inform the average public, which works hard and has less time to read long transcripts.  Are Waters/Schiff deliberately practicing fraud and stifling information to the public with her hiding/silence/meaningless interviews and his closed/nonpublic hearings?

This blogger’s severely criticized Pelosi/Democrats for seemingly being patsies for Trump, Republicans, Putin&Russia War Against America and for not independently and aggressively asserting the People’s House powers granted by the Constitution to check the executive or to hold its own hearings/investigations rather than excessively rely on unreliable executive branch officials.   The  Pelosi/Democrats are not providing enough open/public/complete/comprehensive hearings/investigations  to generate the essential public support necessary to defend USA’S constitutional order; rule of law; democracy; and critical beliefs, values, and reform agenda against its domestic and foreign enemies – Trump, Republicans, Putin&Russia, and their agents.

America need leaders with fight back to save the spirit and soul of its democratic republic against a vicious Criminal Traitor – and his Minions and foreign  allies – who stealthily cover up/whitewash his nefarious, vicious attacks against the nation,  rather than wimpish, grovelling, fearful leaders, crying about existing divisions and assuring a criminal their not seeking to impeach him while that criminal and his vicious savages are trying to destroy America!  To be enough to generate the essential public support necessary to defend its treasured values and beliefs House members must require Pelosi to conduct sustained, sustained, aggressive, aggressive open/public/complete/comprehensive hearings/investigations or abandon and replace her.  A few disjointed hearings every several weeks isn’t enough and isn’t a credible complete/comprehensive set of hearings.  So, what are Pelosi/Democrats really doing?

Pelosi/Democrats lack of a a credible complete/comprehensive set of hearings has caused inconsistent reactions. This blogger’s swung back and forth between severe criticism and joyful praise on Democrats’ hearings/Investigations of Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies.  The reason he swings between severe criticism and joyful praise is because the Pelosi/Democrats swing between subservience/assertiveness, between covered up/closed hearings/investigations,  and between none/few open/public hearings/investigations, and between one disjointed set of hearing to another disjointed set of hearings.  He severely criticized Chairman Nadler’s Whitaker hearing; he then thanked the Chairman and praised as heartening/encouraging his follow up letter to Whitaker. He praised the aggressive pursuit of information from the letters and subpoenas sent out to 81 persons.

But now he criticizes the Chairman for holding a closed followup interview with Whitaker.  Chairman Nadler held a pubic hearing with Whitaker which was open to the public,  then he sent a letter to Whitaker seeking clarifications on his open public testimony, then  the Chairman held a  closed/nonpublic interview to follow up and clarify what the public had seen during Whitaker’s open public testimony.  After the followup closed/nonpublic interview the Chairman comes out to explain Whitaker’s clarifying statements suggesting he’d not been fully truthful in his open public testimony but Republicans came out, probably telling lies, and contradicting what the Chairman said.  The public was left with confused perceptions of whether Whitaker contradicted or did not contradict his previous open testimony.

Why hadn’t Chairman Nadler held an open public followup interview  of Whitaker for the public to compare what it would have seen and heard from Whitaker’s followup testimony with his previous open public hearing testimony?  It is possible that these types of foolish shenanigans by the elites are meant to confuse, excessively manage, limit, direct, public perceptions by various phony corrupt elites rather than allow the public to decide the truth through open fair public hearings? What’s so hard about holding an open public followup interview to allow the public to see clarification from a previous open/public hearing?  So, elites are covering up/whitewashing amongst themselves.

Pelosi/Democrats, let’s have sustained open/public hearings/investigations of Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies where the public can see for themselves and form their own perceptions of what’s going on.  Are Pelsosi/Democrats deliberately creating circumstances for Republicans to upstage them with lies, covering up/whitewashing?  Are they aiding the Republicans’ efforts to shape public perceptions through lying and covering up/whitewashing?  Last week Republicans were thrilled with Pelosi’s wimpish, grovelling, fearful, appeasing cries: we’re afraid of divisions we’re not seeking to impeach him.  Pelosi/Democrats stop helping Republicans to lie and cover up/whitewash by holding sustained, complete/comprehensive open/public hearings for the public to see for themselves what evidence witnesses give and to form their own perceptions.     Pelosi/Democrats stop participating in covering up/whitewashing with Republicans.  Why are you doing it?  To stop the public from ferreting out the truth from their shenanigans?

Let’s not have liberal media advocate excessively manage the public’s perceptions by limiting what the public hears and sees.  Let’s hold sustained open/public hearings/investigations of Trump/Putin&Russia’s conspiracies.  It was very disappointing listening to  liberal media praise closed/nonpublic hearings in discussions on the shows of Wolf Blitzer and Lawrence O’Donnell.  The praise was unconvincing since there’s no good reason why staff members could not conduct professional questioning in public and Congress people could not have their five minutes of questioning to give the public a mix of both kinds of hearings.  Let’s reject liberal media elites Blitzer and O’Donnell’s arguments as to why closed public hearing are good.  Furthermore, America’s Congress has a long, long history of such open/public hearings/investigations, including the Watergate Hearings.

Contrary to what liberal media is  advocating, America has a long, long history of open/public congressional hearings/investigations.  Trust the American public to form the correct perceptions and to make the right decisions by giving them information from sustained open/public hearings/investigations on Trump/Putin&Russia’s conspiracies.  This blogger argues that the best road to travel to defend USA’s constitutional order, rule of law, and democracy against  enemies is to let the truth out through open/public/complete/comprehensive hearings/investigations  which will generate the essential public support necessary to defend USA’s critical beliefs and values and reforms.  Americans love their country and will rise to support their country and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”  if they are given the truth rather than coverups/whitewashes.

Speaker Pelosi is a disgrace for seeking to take impeachment off the table, saying “He’s not worth it” and it would divide the country.    Impeachment is a political means of fighting for the American people to bring morally/ethically corrupt, criminal, traitorous leaders doing existential harm to America to account and to justice.  By trying to overlook those serious existential harms to USA’s democratic system from Trump’s past and continuing crimes, Pelosi/Democrats are demonstrating their not the leaders America needs..  Pelosi/Democrats are demonstrating fear and cowardice by citing  division in the country as an excuse for not holding Trump, his co-conspirators, and minions accountable through impeachment if the facts call for it, and they do.  It’s a duty given to the House under the Constitution that following the House’s hearing and investigations, if Trump doesn’t resign, he needs to be impeached, tried, indicted, and imprisoned for crimes and existential harms he committed against USA.

More Evidence, Like Phony Comey, Mueller May Be Phony? Will He Do Trump/Republicans Bidding with a Phony/Incomplete Report? or Will He and His Report Be Genuine/Trustworthy?  “Let’s Wait and See”, As Written in Blogs Below”

There is a hidden struggle going on between Americans’ elites – the real hidden leaders – between revealing or covering up the truth about the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracy to alter votes and steal the 2016 election from Hillary Clinton.

Although the evidence is clear that Trump/Republicans and their fellow Traitor Americans have conspired with foreigners against their country, the full evidence is hidden.  Some stench is coming from unknown places, perhaps its from dead mice hidden under the beds or behind the furniture.  The stench from this Trump/Russia conspiracy is hidden truth covered up from the public that some of the elites running America are deeply involved in attempting to coverup or reveal.  But the stench that the public smells is too strong to be successfully covered up.  It won’t fully come out in a  Phony Mueller Report, but it’ll come out in the courts, in Congress, or in some other way.  The source of the stench needs to be uncovered to reveal how wickedly the Americans have been betrayed by some of their elites, American traitors, Donald Trump, Republicans, and others.

From the start of this website and its blogs statements have been made or questions have been asked to get at the source of the stench:  On 10/12/2017, in the mini blog  “RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE IN AND ALTERATION OF VOTES IN THE 2016 ELECTION” it was written:  “There is a belief, that if we have honest investigations by either the Senate and the House or Mueller, and it is not certain that citizens will get them, it will be established that American citizens and  members of the Republican party used a foreign power, Russia, to undermine and rig the 2016 elections for Donald Trump while the Democrats’ administration failed to stop the rigging.  Honest investigations will establish that Trump and his Republican party minions betrayed the USA, its citizens, its Constitution, its values, and its beliefs to illegitimately gain power and money while Democrats’ president did not act boldly enough to stop it.”

And on 11/28/2017, in “DEMOCRATS/REPUBLICANS COLLUSION/CONSPIRACY TO CORRUPTLY ALTER/MANIPULATE ELECTIONS FOR TWO PARTY RULE OF THE USA” it was written:  “Does anyone seriously believe that the Russians walked into the USA, and with the aid of key Republicans, the Republican party, its nominee, Donald Trump, and his aides, helped rig the outcome of the 2016 elections without the USA’s intelligence and key government and political figures knowing … from the very beginning?  Is the general public suppose to believe … top level politicians and key figures in the parties did not and do not know what happened?….  the USA having… efficient humint and sigint spy networks … having phenomenal abilities to track, discover, and listen in on subjects …. did not need the Christopher Steele dossier to know of Trump/Russia dealings.  But they knew/know much more than that document could ever reveal from the very beginning….”

And now the public’s witnessing a struggle between elites who say there’s no stench and deny a source exists and elites who insist they smell the stench and work to find its source and revealed it.  And so the public sees Trump spewing lies, claiming the investigation is a witch hunt, and being supported in his lies by his Republican Party, Traitor American co-conspirators, Putin&Russia, and DOJ officials.  But some Democrats, not all, want to discover the stench’s source and reveal it by Congress’ hearings/investigations as well as by lawsuits.  So, this blogger on this website is predicting that Trump’s Minion AG William Barr and his DOJ Minions will by Mueller’s Report, which will be not be complete/comprehensive but a partial coverup/whitewash, attempt to give Criminal Traitor Trump the coverup that he wants to perpetrate against the American people.  But a fight will ensue where the Democrats will intensify their hearings/investigations and court cases in the Trump/Putin&Russia Investigations.

Whether Trump’s Minion AG William Barr and his DOJ Minions will allow Criminal Traitor Trump to perpetrate against the American people a coverup/whitewash of any Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes by Mueller’s Report is already a serious issue for Americans.  Attorney General Barr is a Partisan Republican fixer who in the early nineties during the G.H.W. Bush administration refused to appoint an independent prosecutor to investigate Iraq-Gate.  He’s already criticized Mueller and indicated that he’ll decide on what to release from the Mueller Report.  He simply can’t be trusted to do the right thing as a partisan fixer.  But Mueller’s genuineness/trustworthiness is also a problem since he’s done the following or been criticized for the following:

     –  Issued an ambiguous, still unexplained statement criticizing a Buzzfeed article which generated talk of impeachment as being inaccurate; his interference appeared aimed at quashing impeachment talk; was that done at the directions of DOJ?; and what is a Special Counsel doing interfering with and involving himself with a journalists article which generated political discussion;  since that appears to be highly inappropriate, unexplained political interference, Mueller should be criticized and required to answer for such interference.

     –  Judge Sullivan when Michael Flynn appeared before him for sentencing on 12/18/2018 asked Mueller’s prosecutors if Flynn could have been charged with treason, refused to rubber stamp Mueller’s 0-6 month proposed sentence, and told Flynn and the prosecutors to come back in 90 days on March 18, 2019 after he’d cooperated more with prosecutors

     –  Why is Mueller giving out light sentences, and why hasn’t he indicted more Americans for treason or conspiracy?  What the Hell’s he waiting for?

     –  Mueller’s come under criticism from Chairman Adam Schiff for in incomplete inadequate performance in two areas:  a.) Schiff’s said he’s failed to require grand jury testimony from Donald Trump, and b.)  Schiff’s said he’s failed to adequately investigate Trump’s finances

     –  Mueller’s also come under indirect criticism from Chairman Nadler who’s anticipating his participation in a scheme to release only parts of his report to Congress and the public.

As to the Democrats,  they are intensifying their hearings/investigations and court cases in the Trump/Putin&Russia Investigations.  We see that since Democrats’ chairmen are already challenging Mueller and knocking him off his pedestal of pristine, irreproachable reputation for trustworthy/genuine work.  House Chairman Jerry Nadler, of the House Judiciary Committee, has indirectly criticized Mueller.  He said withholding from Congress or the public of any portion of the Mueller Report will be a coverup since DOJ’s policy is that a president cannot be indicted.  Chairman Adam Schiff of the House Intelligence Committee weeks ago criticized Mueller for a failure to adequately focus on Trump’s finances and this week for  his failure to require Trump’s testimony before a grand jury.  Their criticisms have knocked Mueller off his pedestal and  questions his expected report’s completeness/comprehensiveness and genuineness/trustworthiness.

The public already knows of the Democratic National Committee’s lawsuits against the Trump Campaign and the Russian GRU military intelligence agency.  There are numerous other suits pending against Trump.  It is hoped that some of these lawsuits will make real progress in revealing the source of the stench from Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes against the USA.  Americans and their future is in grave, grave danger, and Americans and Democrat must insist upon hearings, investigations, lawsuits, as part of efforts to fight back and uncover and destroy the stench from the existential threats of the Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracies and crimes against the USA.  The efforts from that fight back will help to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

CHAIRMAN CUMMINGS AND CHAIRMAN NADLER FOR OPEN/PUBLIC COMPLETE/COMPREHENSIVE HEARINGS/INVESTIGATIONS

Democrats Jerry Nadler and Elijah Cummings have established that they trust the public and want the public to know/see for themselves if there is evidence of Trump’s wrong doing, criminality, treason, and conspiracy.  Chairman Nadler has gone a long way in indicating that he will hold complete/comprehensive hearing/investigations into Trump, his associates, and others suspected of  wrong doing, criminality, treason, and conspiracy.  He has already held a public hearing with then Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker.  This Blogger at first mistakenly blogged that the Chairman appeared weak and ineffective against an arrogant/defiant Whitaker.  But this blogger now admits his initial analysis of the Chairman’s conduct of the Whitaker hearing was wrong because the Chairman’s strong followup indicated that he would demand answers from Whitaker and hold him to account for those answers and a possible return hearing.

But Chairman Nadler has gone beyond the Whitaker hearings.  Last week he issued 81 letters to the Trump’s administration, Trump associates, other individuals, and organizations requesting documents on a broad range of issues under investigation by the committee including in the area of  interference in the 2016 elections by Cambridge Analytica, Russia, and others;  the area of the June 9, 2016 meeting concerning receipt of illegally hacked material from Russia; the area of illegal money receipts by the NRA;  the area of any illegal money transactions in Trumps inaugural committee’s conduct, and much more.  So, chairman Nadler appears to be laying the groundwork for complete/comprehensive hearing/investigations by his committee.  Another thing the public would like for the Chairman to do is to declare all his hearing will be public and open and not just for the elites.

But Chairman Nadler is determined to seek the truth. He’s said since the DOJ’s claiming Trump can’t be indicted while in office any attempt to withhold information from the Mueller Report will amount to a coverup.   The public knows that newly appointed Attorney General Barr is a Republican fixer dating back to the first Bush administration in the early nineties when he refused to name an independent investigator in Iraq-gate where President G.H.W. Bush was suspected of wrong doings.  Having made statements critical of Mueller’s investigation and refused to recuse himself from overseeing it, Barr’s suspected of being biased against the investigation in favor of Trump.  Accordingly, the Chairman’s laid the grounds for contesting Barr’s tampering with Mueller’s report.  This blogger’s suspicious of Mueller as well and any report from Mueller, but has a wait and see attitude.

Chairman Elijah Cummings has gone a long way in indicating that he will hold complete/comprehensive hearings/investigations into Trump, his associates, and others suspected of wrong doing, criminality, treason, and conspiracy.  His public hearing with Trump’s Attorney, Michael Cohen, was very effective in shedding light on suspected wrong doing and criminal activities by Trump’s administration, Trump associates, other individuals, and organizations.  Members of the Chairman’s committee asked some very important questions requiring additional hearings/investigations. Chairman Cummings has already indicated that ground work for additional followup hearing  are being made. Additionally, the Chairman is completely supportive of pubic/open investigations.

Chairman Cummings as head of the Government Oversight and Reform Committee has oversight responsibilities in a broad number of areas including procedural regulations for the issuance of security clearances.  There has been broad discussions on the media about how Trump has circumvented the normal security procedures to grant his son-in-law  Jared Kushner and his daughter Ivanka Trump security clearances against the recommendations of professional staff.  The Chairman issued requests for information from the Trump administration concerning the matter and administration officials rejected them. Chairman Cummings’ determined to get information Congress is entitled to in its legislative oversight of the executive.  Negotiations are probably going on and Chairman Cummings will exercise subpoena powers if necessary.

The pubic needs to thank Chairman Cummings and Chairman Nadler for working to fulfill their constitutionally granted authority to oversee that the executive is fulfilling his oath to faithfully execute the laws of America.  Given the dereliction of duty by the Republicans and the resulting unrestrained lawlessness of Trump, the American public’s thankful that the people’s representatives, in Chairman Nadler and Chairman Cummings, are guarding their democratic republic.  They are security for all Americans against the threats from a ruthless, power grabbing, out of control, wannabe dictator/authoritarian, and they will meet  Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”, since they can and will restrain Trump.

Read a Blog on What Ifs of Mueller’s Report – Stop Distracting the Public! – Talk on What Hearings/Investigations Congress Should be Holding!

This website’s blogs have pleaded with Congress’ Pelosi/Democrat leaders to VIGOROUSLY EXERCISE THEIR INDEPENDENT LEGISLATIVE POWERS THAT THE CONSTITUTION GRANTS TO THE HOUSE to independently, completely/comprehensively, courageously and fearlessly hold hearings and investigations on the Trump/Putin conspiracies and election interference.   WHY DON’T THEY VIGOROUSLY DO THEIR JOB AND STOP WAITING AND STALLING AND GENERATING CONTROVERSY ABOUT AN EXECUTIVE BRANCH MUELLER REPORT?  Talk about and have controversy over the Mueller report when it is ready, not now.

Is the Premature focus and controversy over the Mueller report an attempt to snooker and distract Americans from Pelosi/Democrats failure to thus far launch complete/comprehensive investigations/hearings of Trump/Russia conspiracies?  The whole controversy – at least for now, but later very relevant – is a phony, contrived, and deliberate distraction.  Are Schiff and Pelosi/Democrats generating distraction?  Weeks ago Schiff first criticized Mueller for not probing deeply into Trump’s finances.  Then last week a false report occurred that Mueller was releasing his report. Now, there is whipped up, premature  controversy on Mueller’s Report: What if it’s not released? What if it’s incomplete when given to the Congress? What if Barr doesn’t release it?  What if Barr and Mueller need to be Subpoenaed?  Schiff’s investigations/hearing are closed to the public.  Why doesn’t he focus on opening his own committee’s hearing/investigations to the public and push for Pelosi/Democrats to allow open, public, and complete/comprehensive hearings/investigations from all committees.

PLEASE! PELOSI/DEMOCRATS GET YOUR HEADS OUT OF HOLES IN THE GROUND, AND STOP AVOIDING NECESSARY ACTIONS TO SAVE USA’s DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC INSTITUTIONS BY VIGOROUSLY EXERCISING YOUR INDEPENDENT LEGISLATIVE POWERS THAT THE CONSTITUTION GRANTS TO THE HOUSE.  By doing so you’ll help people meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.” And save the America’s democratic republic.

Snookering Americans!  Talk of Mueller Finishing His Investigation is A Bunch of Baloney!

Is new Attorney General William Barr ordering an end to the Mueller investigations just like he frustrated a fair Iraq-gate investigation of George H.W. Bush’s administration during his previous term as attorney general.  As this website’s blogs have urge time and again, let’s wait and see.

Talk that Mueller is ending his investigation next week with a report could be true.

Or could it be that Mueller will end part of the investigation and continue part of it?

May be it means that Mueller will end his investigation but hand other parts of it to U.S. District Attorneys to complete.

Through all the speculation about what’s going on, this website’s blogs have in the end said, let’s wait and see.  All along, in its blogs, this website’s blogger has said let’s wait and see, criticized the investigation, accused it of being phony, asked that judgment be withheld until the report was filed,  stated Mueller like Comey was a phony, and called the report a possible  phony.  But through it all, the blogger’s returned to the idea of let’s wait and see what really happens.  And regardless of all the speculation about the ending of the investigation, our blogs still advocate a wait and see approach.  But there is still suspicion about the genuineness and trustworthiness of the Mueller investigations.

But what may all of this week’s talk of Mueller ending his investigation really mean if its true?

It could mean A Coverup/Whitewash by Delivering to Americans A Bunch of Baloney!, or  Stealthily Snookering Americans!, that’s what talk of Mueller finishing his Investigation, if true could mean since Mueller couldn’t possibly have completed his investigation.   Could it be that Mueller has so much left unexplained/unfinished/unrevealed that for an abrupt ending next week of his investigation would be coverup/whitewash?   These are some of the things left to be completed:

1. Completing the Concord Management Case now in court – Mueller team’s prosecuting that case.

2.  Completing the  Roger Stone Case –  Mueller team’s prosecuting that case.

3.  Completing the Andrew Miller Case – Mueller team’s prosecuting that case which is on appeal.

4.  Completing Michael Flynn’s Sentencing Case – Mueller team’s prosecuting that case, and remember Judge Sullivan refused to rule on Mueller’s prosecutor’s recommended sentence of 0-6 months and told them to come back in 90 days for a status hearing on March 13, 2019.  Will that case even end on March 13, 2019 since it will be a status hearing not a sentencing hearing on March 13, 2019.

5.  Completing the Rick Gate’s Case –  Mueller team’s prosecuting that case, in January they said Gate was still cooperating, they asked the judge for a delay in sentencing, a March 15, 2019 status report date was set, but no sentencing date has been set.

6.  Completing the alleged Sealed Indictment Cases –  in the past year the public’s heard so much about them – Are there any such indictments?  Are there dozens for traitor and co-conspirators all over the country under sealed indictment?  Are there a host of American conspirators to be brought to trial?  Is there work for Mueller’s prosecutors on those cases.

7.  Is the Secret Case having twice made its way up to the U.S. Supreme Court completed?

8.  To be completed is the central issue of the investigation – Putin/Russia interference in the 2016 Elections

–  Were other foreigners involved in interference?

–  What was Cambridge Analytica’s role in election interference?

– Were Americans effectively deprived of their Civil Rights to chose their

president,  congressmen, senators; are there falsely serving representatives?

9.  Is there sufficient legal proof of a Trump/Putin&Russia conspiracy to rig the USA’s 2016 elections and to have Trump serve as a Putin&Russia Agent/Puppet?

10.  What are Trump’s other crimes uncovered during the Trump/Putin&Russia election interference investigation?

11.  Is Hillary Clinton USA’s true president;  should she be inaugurated?

Couldn’t Mueller effectively effectively explain all of the incomplete matters and say his investigation is complete and those things merely need to be wrapped up as end results of his investigations?

Couldn’t he merely give the information on Trump alleged crimes, conspiracies, and election rigging to Congress, offer recommendations to Congress,  and let Congress’ hearing and impeachment decide?

This website has all along presented a suspicious view of the completeness genuineness/trustworthiness of Mueller and his investigation and of Trump/DOJ Minions who ultimately control Mueller.  Suspicious of the genuineness/trustworthiness of Mueller and his investigation exists because of Trump, his DOJ Minions, and, now, especially, of the New Attorney General William Barr whose views are that a president can’t be indicted and include a belief of expansive presidential powers.  As Attorney General for President G. H. W. Bush, Willaim Barr served as a partisan hack by refusing to appoint an independent counsel to investigate Bush’s Iraq-gate.  

Could it be that Barr, having been sworn into office less than a week ago has come back to do it again, and has ordered Mueller to end his investigation and is in effect ordering a coverup/whitewash of the Trump/Russia investigations?  The public doesn’t know if Mueller will in fact end his investigation and what he has in store for public disclosure next week.  Through all the speculation about what’s going on, this website’s blogs have in the end said, let’s wait and see.

Today’s Commentary on: Hearings and INVESTIGATION/REPORT:  GENUINE/TRUSTED V. COVER-UP/WHITEWASH

Yesterday, the news was partially, very good.  But there was also partially very bad news.  First, the possibly very bad news, then the very good news:

The bad news of coverup/whitewash is that a partially complete open investigation is paired with a partially incomplete closed investigation.  To intelligently and rightly protect and improve their democracy the public needs to know what’s going on with its government/elected leaders; so, secrecy needs to be avoided because its the tool of evil doers/scoundrels seeking to coverup and void detection.  So, there is concern that Adam Schiff announced on 02/20/2019 that a closed hearing will be held with Michael Cohen on Trump/Russia 2016 election interference.  That’s particularly disturbing since Pelosi/Democrats will be continuing Republicans’ policy of secrecy.  It’s also disturbing since the Trump/Putin election interference is the most important hearings/investigations because it deals with matter involving the rights of American citizens to fairly vote to chose their leaders and Hillary Clinton’s stolen presidency.

Partially very good news in terms on genuine/trustworthy efforts came from the House’s Pelosi/Democrats yesterday which falls into the category of genuine/trustworthy efforts of Pelosi/Democrats to hold open public hearings/investigations. The House’s Government Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings announced that a public hearing with Michael Cohen will be held.  Also, very good news that Schiff and Cummings appear to be respecting each others areas of responsibility with Cummings agreeing not to go into questions on Russia’s 2016 election interference since that would intrude into Schiff’s area of responsibility on intelligence and counter intelligence.

Finally, its very good news to see Speaker Pelosi/Democrats courageously exercising their constitutionally grant powers by rebuking threats from Donald Trump.  On 02/20/2019, in “Nancy Pelosi threatens Donald Trump over Michael Cohen’s newly scheduled testimony”, in the Palmer Report, it was reported that Speaker Pelosi Twitted: “Michael Cohen will come before the @OversightDems & @HouseIntel Committees next week. Congress has an independent duty under the Constitution to conduct oversight of the Executive Branch, and any efforts to intimidate family members or pressure witnesses will not be tolerated.”

So, here the public see a mixed bag of possible genuine/trustworthy efforts and possible coverup/whitewash efforts; so, as this blogger has said from the beginning, lets withhold judgement and continue to watch what’s happening before making a conclusive judgment on genuine/trustworthy or coverup/whitewash.

What’s This About a Report!  Will Mueller Do His Job and Indict Hundreds More for Treason, Conspiracy, Crimes, and Lies Against the USA?

Note: What’s This About a Report!  Will Mueller Do His Job and Indict Hundreds More for Treason, Conspiracy, Crimes, and Lies Against the USA?  Or will he participate in yet another fraud against America/Americans.  Will he continue only light sentences and no indictments for scores of suspected criminals and traitors?    The public’s heard much about Mueller’s expected report on related investigations of Trump, Republicans, Putin, Russia, American Traitors and criminals.  They’ve heard debates about will his report be released or will his report not be released? will the attorney general allow it to be released?  will Congress have to subpoena the report and Mueller to find out what’s in it?  And will the harmful secrets about outrages against Americans/America be allowed to remain secrets?  AND SUCH PLANTING OF DOUBTS ABOUT THE REPORT’S CONTENT AND RELEASE GOES ON AND ON.

And while the planting of such doubts are being done, Democrats, who now have the power to investigate independently as the legislative branch, rather than proceed to investigate independently  of the executive branch’s Mueller investigation, are waiting FOR A DOUBTFUL RELEASE OF A MUELLER REPORT and to be lead around from a ring and chain in their noses like an animal rather than use their Article II co-equal legislative powers to investigate independently.  They should coordinate with Mueller, but Congress needs to independently investigate as well and claim its full powers to do so.  If the Democrats, having screamed so loud about the phony Republican investigations, now proceed to give phony excuses for not investigating independently and completely, then Americans will need to rise up and find ways to ensure such independent investigations.  They should ask, Why are Mueller, Trump, and Democrats  against fair investigations for Americans/America?

But the verdict is out on Mueller, will he live up to his reputation as a man full of integrity? and will he deliver a genuine/trustworthy report or  a coverup/whitewash of a report?  As the blogger has written before, there are real serious doubts about Mueller but the public needs to wait and see and understand completely what he’s doing before rendering its judgment on his works.  But now we are also face with a somewhat too eager to wait Congress before exercising its complete powers to conduct a full investigation.  Frankly this blogger doesn’t completely trust fomerly weak, hiding Nancy Pelosi and Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler.  The public’s not sure of what they’re up to and whether they’ll vigorously exercise their investigative powers or participate in a coverup.  But Americans/America, can use the honest help of Pelosi, Nadler, and Mueller to met Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

Repeat From 10/29/2018 – Note: Mueller’s Probe – Genuine/Trustworthy or Coverup/Whitewash, Anti-Democratic Secrecy

There has been and continues to be speculation about when the Mueller investigation will end and how it will end?  But at this time this blogger will say that he doesn’t, contrary to the vast majority of speculators, have unquestioned faith in the honesty or dishonesty of the Mueller investigation -he doesn’t fully trust it,  he’s unsure in either instance.  In commentary on the matter below on 10/29/2018 it was written:  “But it doesn’t look good for America/Americans as far as bringing criminal conspirators/traitors to justice.”  That was stated for two reasons:

First because of the anti-democratic secrecy of the Mueller investigation as well as House and Senate investigations.  Unlike the Watergate investigations these investigations have been clouded in secrecy, leading to the questions of Why are these investigators keeping so much from the public?, What are they hiding from the public?, Why are the Democrats not fighting back against such Republican secrecy? and  Are they phony, manipulated investigations by both Democrats and Republicans?.  The Republicans dominate all branches of government but the Democrats are not powerless and should be practicing more vocal opposition to such anti-democratic secrecy which blocks the public’s right to know.

Second, is why has Mueller’s investigation requested only light sentences to date,  not charged more American traitors, and given citizens a more complete picture of what he doing and what he’s found?  Until those question are more fully answered either in future court proceedings or reports issued by the investigators to Congress, the public will not be able to judge whether the Mueller investigation is Genuine/Trustworthy or just a sophisticated Coverup/Whitewash.  Although, at this time,  it doesn’t look good for America/Americans as far as bringing criminal conspirators/traitors to justice,  America/Americans will just have to wait and see what happens with the Mueller investigation to make a final judgment as to whether it’s Genuine/Trustworthy or just a sophisticated Coverup/Whitewash.

Note:  Mueller’s Report – Genuine/Trustworthy or a Whitewash/Coverup:  This website’s blogs have for a long time stated a wait and see attitude about Mueller’s Investigation.  But it doesn’t look good for America/Americans so far regarding bringing criminal conspirators/traitors to justice. 

This website’s blogs have generally been cautious about placing its trust or faith in Mueller’s Investigation, hence, the use of IF and When in the opening comments at the start of the Domestic commentary section and About page of this website suggesting that Mueller may or may not honestly do the investigation.  Because of some concerns and of Mueller’s lack of aggressiveness in pursuing Trump’s testimony and the light sentences of two convicted defendants so far, this website’s blogs have not generally stated the trust and faith in Mueller’s Investigation that most media and Americans have since Mueller’s not yet completely proven that he deserves or does not deserve them.  This website’s blogs will be written on those determinations in the coming months based on the more complete record of what Mueller actually really does decide and do.

If Mueller’s report fails to satisfactorily answer the if and when of the Trump/Russia Conspiracy against the USA and to indict, hold accountable, and arrest Americans for conspiracy and treason in the 2016 election fraud, interference, and rigging, Mueller himself will be a part of whitewashing and covering up and letting go of Traitor Trump’s and His Traitor Minions Co-Conspirators’ crimes.  Also, if Mueller just focuses on Roger Stone and Julian Assange and a few others to whitewash and give himself cover for not charging Trump and Others and does not cast his net wide  to include a much larger catch of American traitors and co-conspirators he will have been proven to be part of the whitewashing and covering up of the 2016 election fraud, interference’ and rigging.  So, let’s wait for what Mueller actually does  before writing of Mueller’s Investigation as genuine and trustworthy or a cover up and a whitewash.  So, the jury’s still out on Mueller’s Investigation.  But it doesn’t look good for America/Americans so far regarding bringing criminal conspirators/traitors to justice.

Traitor Trump, Traitor Republicans, and Russian Co-Conspirators to Total Justice Yet?

America and Americans must have faith in Jesus Christ to ensure his continued blessing on the United States of America!

As to the Manafort trial, if there are substantial convictions on key charges, then yes, they’re on their way to achieving total justice against the traitors!!  But if there are substantial acquittals on key charges, then no, they’ll have serious problems from attacks by the traitors.  But ultimately the faith and beliefs and convictions of the American people will lead to total justice for traitor Trump and his minions and his foreign Co-Conspirators.

So, whatever the verdict, true patriots must continue to have faith and belief and conviction: in the principles of Jesus Christ and his God, in the expressions and beliefs in the Declaration of Independence, in the values and rules underlying the U.S. Constitution, and in the convictions nurtured by average and great American citizens fighting for liberty, justice, individual dignity, and country.  Those beliefs and principles and convictions are represented by a belief in administrative agencies under the rule of law and established legal procedural requirements to prevent arbitrary use and abuse of power, by checks on the executive from the legislature and the judiciary to prevent authoritarianism or dictatorship, by a Bill of Rights to protect individuals and fundamental liberties of the citizens such as free speech, and by deep and abiding convictions of a free people that they will not tolerate tyrants, usurpers, and their minions efforts to diminish their God given inalienable rights.

Make no mistake about it!  Traitor Trump, Traitor Republicans, and their Russian Co-Conspirators have launched attacks to tear down those faiths and beliefs and convictions that Americans have fought for, built, died for for over two centuries.  For those beliefs and principles are the bulwark against the filth of brute force and bullying, malevolence, ruffianism, lawlessness, authoritarianism, dictatorship, Putinism/Russification, and more that Traitor Trump, Traitor Republican (Minions and Russophiles such as former Rep. Ron Paul, Senator Rand Paul, Rep. Dana Rohrbacher, Senator Richard Shelby, Senator John Kennedy, and others), and Russian Co-Conspirators are now attempting to impose upon America in order to maintain their power, their authority, their money/profits, their privileges,  and their supposed superiority.  So, those traitors are determined to impose their filth on Americans for their selfish ends meaning they’ll “Rule or Ruin” America!

So, the Manafort trial’s outcome will be an important test of how well patriotic America and Americans are moving along in defending themselves and their democratic republic against the filth of Traitor Trump, Traitor Republicans, and Co-Conspiring Putin/Russia and other foreigners.  The outcome of the Manafort trial will be a gauge of how well the traitors and Co-Conspirators are coming along in imposing the filth of authoritarianism, dictatorship, ruffianism and bullying, criminal and lawless governmental administration, World Cabal of Corrupt Leaders leadership, corrupt art of the deal deal making, and criminal and corrupt will and desires and rule upon America and Americans.

Mueller and The Investigations Appears to be Proving Their Not Up to the Task of Bringing Donald Trump to Total Justice Yet

The words stated at the opening of this website are:  “THIS WEBSITE’S ARTICLES STATES/ARGUES THAT IF AND WHEN THE FRAUD IN THE 2016 ELECTIONS IS FULLY REVEALED, HILLARY CLINTON WILL TAKE HER RIGHTFUL PLACE AS PRESIDENT OF THE USA, FOR THE 2016 ELECTIONS WERE RIGGED AGAINST HER.”  Those words were used to express both the skepticism (if) and the hopeful belief that (when) the House, Senate, Mueller investigations, court filings and proceeding, and media reporting established proofs of fraud in the 2016 elections the system and the public would demand the righting of the wrong from Trump’s rigging.

The doubts came from the facts that the President and many Republicans were in on the fraud as a team or at least willing to tolerate it, that the Republicans were highly partisan and would not impeach or force the removal of Trump, that the fraud had not only put in Trump but other Republican members of Congress as well, that the House and Senate investigations would be a farce with nothing done to correct the wrong, and that somehow the my turn your turn corrupt two party Republican/Democrat system was responsible for the fraud, and that both parties knew of the fraud and created this big show about it.  And they were both surreptitiously managing it because how could such fraud take place without USA’s intelligence agencies and political leaders knowing of it!

The hope was that independent, thinking, researching, Americans who believe in Jesus, the underlying principles of America’s democratic republic, and the exercise of their freedoms of speech and assembly and press and petition and religion would implement those things in speaking out against and uncovering the fraud and in righting the wrong of the rigging.  That hope has been seen in Americans’ disgust with the savagery and uncivilized and treasonous behavior of Traitor Trump and Traitor Republicans and Co-Conspirators Putin/Russia.  Americans in the Media have done an outstanding job in exposing the conspiracy, treason, and savagery of the Co-Conspirators.  The information and evidence of what the conspirators  have done to and are doing to America is ample and can  be formed into proofs of their guilt of criminal conspiracy and treason which should lead to their arrest, conviction, and imprisonment for life.

Mueller and the investigations have done some justice but not nearly enough as of yet.  To date their justice has included the indictment or referral for prosecutions or investigation of 13 Russian citizens, 12 Russian military officers, 1 domestic Russian Agent, 1 Trump campaign manager, a Trump National Security Advisor, 1 Trump deputy campaign manager, a Trump campaign advisor, a traitorous Trump lawyer called the fixer,  and 1 Dutch citizen.  This fall far short of the hundreds of Traitors that need to be hauled out of their beds and brought before courts of law to answer for their treason and conspiracies and stabbing of America, Americans and her allies in the back!  Despite those achievements which show Trump is lying with his claims of witch hunt, Mueller and the other investigations have failed to cause the scores of American Traitors from being arrested, hauled before courts, and tried for treason.

However, more patience is needed for the will of Jesus Christ to work and for the character of the American people to come to life to reject the assault on their democratic republic and for  the tools which the founding fathers provided Amercians with to defeated a traitor and would-be-authoritarian and want-ta-be dictator such as Trump and his minions.  This blogger has faith that Jesus Christ will protect and guide America through his faithful American followers and that Americans’ character and systemic principles and tools will be used to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.” and lead to Trump and minions defeat, arrest, trial, and imprisonment for treason, conspiracy, and crimes.  So, although not yet proven to be totally successful, yet,  Muelller, Americans, the faithful, and the courts and the system of justice will be ultimately.

Note: Will Democrats Be Stupid/Foolish with Talk of Too Much Conciliation/Negotiation with Monstrous/Criminal/Treasonous Trump, His Minions, His Co-Conspirators Over Investigations? This blogger’s hopes and prayers are that they will not be.  The prayers  are that the Democrats, having been thrown a lifeline, by Jesus and His God, to save America and Americans from that gang of criminals, traitors, and abusers, will have the faith, confidence, and determination to firmly grasp that lifeline and use its powers to expose, defeat, and bring before the bars of justice Criminal Trump and His Criminal Gangs of Co-Conspirators.

The Democrats have no business seeking to negotiate/conciliate with a Criminal Thug or His Gangs.  Trump’s placed greed/money/profits/own company interests above all else and used illegal means to achieve them.  Illegal means have included acts of impunity, corruption, stealing or cheating, incessant lying, corrupt art of the deal deal making, illegal self-dealing, seeking illegal pledges of loyalty, bullying and name calling, subversion of USA’s government for his own and his allies ends, conspiring with domestic/foreign enemies to illegally seize/grab power, violating/discarding the laws he swore to faithfully execute, administering USA’s foreign policies to benefit its enemies, illegally benefiting from his official position, and more. 

Democrats have no more business negotiating/conciliating with such Gangsters than the FBI would have had with Al Capone or John Gotti, they simply need to doggedly focus on the task of establishing his crimes, ending his crime spree, and bringing him to justice.   The prayers  are that the Democrats, having been thrown a lifeline, by Jesus and His God, to save America and Americans from that gang of criminals, traitors, and abusers, will have the faith, confidence, and determination to firmly grasp that lifeline and use its powers to expose, defeat, and bring before the bars of justice Criminal Trump and His Criminal Gangs of Co-Conspirators.

WHERE ARE PELOSI AND SCHUMER HIDING! IN THEIR HIDING DENS!  COME OUT! DON’T BE AFRAID! AND PROVIDE LEADERSHIP!

“A REPUBLIC, IF YOU CAN KEEP IT.”

At a time when Donald Trump, the Republicans, Russia, and other  foreign co-conspirators have worked to undermine the rights of Americans to fair elections, as chief minority leaders in the government, Nancy Pelosi’s and Charles Schumer’s, the House of Representatives Future Speaker and the Senate Minority leader respectively, voices articulating visions, moral and ethical standards, alternative programs, traditional American values and beliefs, and putting forth valuable alternatives to Donald Trumps actions have largely remained silent and unheard by the public.  In fact they have failed to provide the American citizens with clearly articulated alternatives to Donald Trump’s programs and actions to guide this democratic republic.  They have failed to use their exalted status to lead the American public into debates, deep debates, about the republic’s current state and affairs.  Silence is not leadership.  Hiding is not leadership.

It is true that leaders in those positions who have come forth to voice criticisms of presidents and the majority party in the past have been defeated and attacked and made the object of  disinformation campaigns and otherwise abused.  But that is what politicians must be prepared to effectively counter to get to effectively presenting for proper and respectful consideration alternative programs, actions, moral and ethical standards, visions, and values and ideas. Hiding, disappearing from the public discourse, failing to publicly engage on all of those critical issues all of the time, is not good leadership or leadership at all.  So, for now at least, until some major Democrat comes along and begins performing those tasks as a presidential candidate or party leader,  Nancy Pelosi and Charles Schumer have a duty to perform them and must come out of their hiding dens,  and, thereby, they will meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”
