MUELLER’S DISGRACE – FAILING TO APPLY THE LAW, CHARGE, INDICT TRUMP FOR CRIMES

Yesterday Mueller proved to be a disgrace for furthering the idea of Nixon that if the president does it it’s not a crime (he refused to apply the same law to Trump that would apply to all of us and to indict him) and the expression of Trump that he could shoot someone in the middle of fifth avenue and not lose votes. Yesterday Mueller proved he’s a disgrace for participating in the covering up/whitewashing of Trump’s role in the Putin/Russia 2016 election interference crimes and conspiracies. On 05/14/2019, in the blog “Extremely Wicked and Dangerous Policies Placing a Dangerous Criminal President Above the Law and Constitutional and Legal Restraints”, the dangers of allowing a president to remain unindicted for crimes while in office were discussed. The belief of this blogger is that it is unconstitutional and should be outlawed by an amendment to the Constitution and as an inherently dangerous and nefarious policy for all Americans.
AMERICANS TO DEFEND AND PROTECT THEMSELVES MUST REJECT AND GET RID OF THE DANGEROUS CLAIMS AND DOCTRINES FROM ROTTEN TO THE CORE LEADERS. Richard Nixon, Donald Trump, William Barr, Brett Kavanaugh, and their Minion Cohorts along with Trojan Horse Nancy Peolsi and her Minion Cohorts were/are rotten to the core. Like the Pharisees who went before Jesus with their false doctrines, teachings, and practices and were condemned by Jesus, likewise, Mueller went before the American public with his false DOJ policies, practices, and claims from wannabe lawless/criminals/tyrants/divine right kings and should be condemned for helping to implement them. There’s nothing good or honorable about what he did and how he allowed himself to be used. He’s not followed the law or the USA’s Constitution. He’s a disgrace.
Americans, you need to defend and protect yourself against what Nixon and Trump advocate and what the likes of Mueller advances. Those rotten leaders seek to snooker the American people into buying into their dangerous claims and doctrines by sanitizing them into DOJ policy and claiming it to be constitutional, but rot and stench from it to Americans’ democratic republic, rule of law, constitutional systems cannot be removed or sanitized. What Mueller did is not in the Constitution or lawful. It must be exposed and condemned as exposing the American people to crimes, murder, abuse, denial of freedoms, inhumanity, and monstrous indecency from the likes such lawless/criminal/tyrants and villains as Nixon and Trump and worse to come under such doctrines, claims, and practices. Mueller Fears Public Testimony Will Expose His Fraudulent Investigations/Prosecutions/Report

In an interview on 05/23/2019 on the Rachel Maddow show Chairman Jerry Nadler revealed that Phony Mueller was resisting public testimony but wanted to privately testify to Congress. Why? Because people in America know that Mueller’s probes as special counsel resulted in Unfinished/Incomplete, Unexplained, Events, Investigations, Cases, Prosecutions, Reporting, and Fraud. And this website discussed TEN FAILURES OF THE MUELLER PROBE BELOW ON 05/14/2019 in “Phony Mueller’s Failures Indicates Phony, Incomplete, Unfinished Investigations and Prosecutions of Trump/Putin&Russia Election Crimes and Conspiracies and Obstruction of Justice”.
Now Mueller, while failing, wrapped himself in a cocoon of secrecy and silence, popping his head up only once. That one time he favored Trump by inexplicably criticizing Buzzfeed and thereby quashing impeachment talk. Why? Why was he interfering politically? And in the end, he inexplicably allowed himself to be fired without a word of explanation to the public. Why? Why didn’t he defend his work and the need to complete it? And there are many more explanations needed from him. Is that why he wants to testify in private and continue his works wrapped in a cocoon of secrecy and silence and under the influence of nefarious traitors and coverup/whitewash artist? Having been falsely placed upon a pedestal and acclaimed for his stellar reputation and unquestioned trustworthiness, does he fear being proven undeserving? He should not be allowed to escape having to publicly answer questions concerning his duties and his failures as special counsel.
AMERICA WAS ATTACKED BY TRUMP/PUTIN&RUSSIA!!!! WILL AMERICANS NOW LET A MAN THEY TRUSTED TO FIND OUT HOW AND WHY GO WITHOUT PUBLICLY EXPLAINING HIS FAILURES TO SUFFICIENTLY SERVE THEM!!! Will Schiff, Nadler, and other members of Congress go along with such a nefarious request for more secrecy, more hiding from the public, more unexplained theft of the American voters’ rights, more unexplained attacks on American democracy? Or will they have the courage to refuse, to do their job, and to allow the public to hear explanations in search of the truth? AN ARTICLE OF IMPEACHMENT IN TRUMP’S IMPEACHMENT AND TRIAL WILL BE HIS SUBORNATION OF PERJURY – Did A Phony Mueller Just Like A Phony Comey Betray Americans’ Trust and Faith for Corrupt, Partisan Advantage?

Mueller’s conduct during the Buzzfeed controversy reminds people of Comey’s conduct during the 2016 elections. Comey had been hailed as a true patriot whose character was beyond reproach and nonpartisan. Yet, Comey threw a monkey wrench into the gears of Clinton’s campaign when he unfairly interfered in the 2016 elections by reopening an investigation of her 10 days before the elections which benefited the Trump campaign. So, in the end his true partisanship and character came out. Likewise, Mueller is hailed as a true patriot whose character is beyond reproach and nonpartisan. Yet, like Comey, did Mueller throw a monkey wrench into the controversy generated by Buzzfeed when he claimed its article was inaccurate which benefited Trump’s continued illegitimate occupation of the White House? So, in the end has his true partisanship and character come out? This blogger believes it has.
The Buzzfeed article discussing whether Trump asked Michael Cohen to lie to Congress generated controversy of whether or not to impeachment Trump. Media reports described the claim as a bombshell and an actual crime. Prior to the controversy, the media and the public had lauded Mueller and put him upon a pedestal of unquestioned trust and faith, and he had built upon it by maintaining an impeccable record of silence and of no leaks during his investigations/prosecutions. Suddenly after months of receiving such laudations, Mueller pops up his head and send out his spokesperson to criticizes Buzzfeed’s journalists’ article as inaccurate in a confusing, ambiguous, unexplained statement. The public accepted Mueller’s criticism, so, the controversy and serious talk of impeachment died out. Mueller had interfered in a political controversy effecting Trump in a way politically beneficial to Trump. So, in this bloggers mind doubts of a possibly Phony Mueller were fueled by an unnecessary break in his impeccable silence, from his inexplicable criticism of Buzzfeed’s article, his effect of quashing serious impeachment talk, and the benefit of his conduct to Trump.
But what Mueller has not succeeded in doing is making the surrounding issues of that controversy go away: the claim in Buzzfeed’s article that Trump asked Michael Cohen to lie to Congress; the Moscow Tower Project; the involvement of those helping Cohen to create his lies including Trump and Trump’s personal lawyers; the lies of Donald Trump Jr. concerning the Moscow Tower Project; the involvement of Ivanka Trump in the Moscow Tower project; the testimony of Felix Sater concerning the Moscow Tower Projects; and documents concerning that project. Let’s give prayers to God/Jesus that our Congress will successfully probe Mueller’s quashing of talk of impeachment, the Buzzfeed issues surrounding the claim that Trump directed Cohen to lie to Congress, and the possibility that Mueller was participating in a coverup/whitewash of the truth. If Congress can get to the bottom of that controversy and find the truth, it’ll go a long way in meeting Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

Phony Mueller’s Failures Indicates Phony, Incomplete, Unfinished Investigations and Prosecutions of Trump/Putin&Russia Election Crimes and Conspiracies and Obstruction of Justice

This blogger heard MSNBC’s news contributor Chuck Rosenberg on the Lawrence O’Donnell show defending Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller. He stated he takes offense at people questioning the integrity of Robert Mueller. Rosenberg has served in high levels positions at the DOJ under Republican and Democrat administrations as well as under Mueller. So, he and Mueller are part of that elite corrupt cabal operating USA’s DOJ. He knows he and Mueller are part of phony investigations, prosecutions, and cover ups/whitewashes. But his offense at people challenging the integrity of Mueller and his report caused this blogger to restate just a few of his complaints from previous blogs against a phony Mueller and his phony report.
1.) Failure: Federal Judge Emmet Sullivan questioned whether Mueller and his prosecutors properly charged Michael Flynn. Mueller’s team prosecuted that case, and remember Judge Sullivan refused to rule on Mueller’s prosecutor’s recommended sentence of 0-6 months and told them to come back in 90 days for a status hearing on March 13, 2019 after Michael Flynn had cooperated more. The case did not end on March 13, 2019 since additional time was requested. Remember that Judge Emmet Sullivan asked the prosecutors if MICHAEL FLYNN COULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH TREASON! Obviously, the public’s not been shown what startled Judge Sullivan and caused that Judge to refuse to go along with the prosecutors recommendations telling them to come back in 90 days.
2.) Failure: Mueller failed to explain the light sentences given not only to Michael Flynn but to others as well. Mueller seemed too lenient towards American criminals and traitors. Something seemed wrong with his willingness to bargain with traitors and let them off with light sentences and the lightest possible charge – Was that part of Mueller’s job in the coverup/whitewash? Yes it was.
3.) Failure: Mueller should be investigated to determine whether he was exercising corrupt and biased intent when he sent his spokesman out to criticize and quash the Buzzfeed article discussing whether Trump asked Michael Cohen to lie to Congress which generated talk of impeachment. Why was he suddenly politically interfering? Suspicions were raised when Mueller inexplicably criticized Buzzfeed’s article which generated talk in Congress of Impeaching Trump. He had an impeccable record for maintaining silence and no leaks. Now he was out publicly trying to cast doubt on news journalists’ story. Why? The question then and now is, Did Mueller act on instructions to quash such talk of impeachment? Mueller should be thoroughly investigated as to that matter!
4.) Failure: Mueller’s failure to properly investigate Trump was a dereliction of his duties and responsibilities to Americans/America:
- Failure to require Trump to appear before a grand jury or to answer questions under oath from prosecutors. Why was Trump given special treatment and not required to appear before a grand jury or prosecutors for questioning? The public saw that requirement met before by Ronald Reagan in the case of Iran Contra and by Bill Clinton in his sex scandal case. Can Mueller be accused of failing to do his job and corrupt partisan favoring of Trump?
- Failure to investigate Trump’s Finances for connection to or compromise to Putin&Russia. This is a very very big deal which strikes at the heart of why many people feel Trump may be compromised in favor of Putin/Russia. Mueller should be asked to explain his failure to thoroughly investigate in this area. Again can Mueller be accused of failing to do his job and corrupt partisan favoring of Trump?
5.) Failure: Mueller failed to adequately charge individuals, especially Americans such as Donald Trump Jr., but others too, such as Julian Assange, for their crimes and conspiracies against the USA. Why hasn’t Mueller charged more Criminal Traitor Americans, UK-British, and Julian Assange for their interference and crimes and conspiracies against America. Donald Trump Jr.’s June 2016 Trump Tower Meeting involving Americans, British, and Russians discussions on securing dirt on Clinton is well known. There’s evidence that Trump Sr. wrote a phony summary of the meeting. And what about charges for Julian Assange? Now, Assange has been arrested and is charged with a crimes committed with Bradley Manning. But will he also be charged for his 2016 election hacking and interference or will Trump/Barr focus only upon his earlier crimes in their extradition request thus effectively achieving a cover up/whitewash of Assange’s 2016 election crimes and conspiracies and making him immune from prosecution for them.
6.) Failure: Mueller may have corruptly used secrecy to conceal information on a public trial which the public should have had a right to know about. Why has Mueller invented the concept of secret trials in America. Isn’t that a process used in China, Russia, and other totalitarian/authoritarian/fascist states. It is a dangerous concept which should be challenged and outlawed. Keeping the public in the dark and keeping cases secret is a practice of criminal totalitarian thugs not of democrat freedom loving societies. Trump/Barr love such a practice as wannabe authoritarians/fascists/despots. And its a shame that Mueller, American courts, and Republicans are implementing such a despicable practice. Let the public know what you’re doing, this is a democracy!
7.) Failure: Mueller failed to clearly state in his report what Americans know – that Donald J. Trump is an unindicted criminal at least for numerous obstruction of justice crimes. Mueller shirked his duty to clearly state that Donald Trump had committed obstruction of justice under criminal standards. That was a partisan shameful cowardly performance on his part.
8.) Failure: Mueller has failed to protect and complete the investigations and prosecutions of this pending cases, including at least the Flynn, Gates, Stone, Mystery, Miller, and other cases. Could it be that Mueller has so much left unexplained/unfinished/unrevealed that such an abrupt ending of his investigation would be coverup/whitewash? Most Definitely Yes. These are a few of the things left uncompleted: 1. Completing the Concord Management Case now in court – Mueller team’s prosecuting that case. 2. Completing the Roger Stone Case – Mueller team’s prosecuting that case. 3. Completing the Andrew Miller Case – Mueller team’s prosecuting that case which is on appeal. 4. Completing Michael Flynn’s Sentencing. 5. Completing the Rick Gate’s Case/Sentencing – Mueller team’s prosecuting that case, in January they said Gate was still cooperating, they asked the judge for a delay in sentencing, a March 15, 2019 status report date was set, but no sentencing date has been set as of this date. 6. Is the Secret Case having twice made its way up to the U.S. Supreme Court completed?
9. Failures: Mueller failed to bring all of the pieces together to give Americans a complete whole picture of the crimes and conspiracies against the USA that did and are taking place, and as part of the covering up/whitewashing he may have split off certain cases to prevent connections from being made. It appears that rather than pull all the pieces of the cases together to present a whole picture of the crimes and conspiracies he may have allowed them to be broken up as part of the coverup/whitewash. So, you have the Maria Butina case which could have been connected with the whole Trump/Putin&Russia election interference and crimes and conspiracies being farmed out to the DC district court. Likewise, you have the Michael Cohen case being farmed out to the Southern District of New York Offices.
10.) Failure: Mueller failed to protect – by protest, informing other authorities, and going to the public – the premature ending of his investigations and prosecutions by Barr. Clearly that indicates he is part of the elites orchestration of the covering up/whitewashing of Trump/Putin&Russia crimes and conspiracies against the USA. Mueller did not respond with protests as did Independent Counsel Archibald Cox during Watergate which led to the Saturday Night Massacre. So, while William Barr went into the Mueller investigation and illegally took a sledge hammer to it or ran around in the Mueller investigation like a bull in a china shop wrecking the Mueller investigations and its cases, Mueller did not act courageously, but cowardly stood around and permitted it to happen. And he also probably participated in the cover up/whitewash charade. Mueller’s failure to say one word critical of Barr’s prematurely ending of his investigation is an indication of his probable participation in the coverup/whitewash.
So, to Chuck Rosenberg and other Mueller fans, those are a few of the reasons why this blogger from the beginning questioned and ultimately rejected your of blind trust and unearned faith in Mueller and his placement upon a pedestal immune from reasonable criticism and examination. That blind trust, unearned faith, wrong headed placement of him upon a pedestal, by you and his Republican bosses have allowed him to snooker the American public by delivering a phony, incomplete report, by prematurely ending his investigations and prosecutions, and by participating in the elites orchestration of a coverup/whitewash of the crimes and conspiracies against American voters which resulted in an unelected Criminal Traitor Crime Boss occupying the highest office in the land.
So, Mr. Rosenberg, this blogger believes that American patriots and Congress must not let the phony Mueller investigations and prosecutions stand, but must completely reopen them to get to the bottom of the betrayal and treason against the USA and American voters in the 2016 elections and to meet Franklin’s response and challenge, “A republic, if you can keep it.”.

A Completely Phony Mueller/A Phony Baloney Incomplete Mueller Report – FRAUDSTER, LIAR, DECEIVER, COVER UP/WHITEWASH ARTIST

Last week the public heard about a letter of Mueller expressing his disagreement with Barr’s handling of his Report; however, this blogger is unconvinced of a sincere disagreement between Barr and Mueller since they both were participating in creating a coverup/whitewash of the Trump/Putin&Russia election interference and crimes and conspiracies. Neither Barr nor Mueller deserves to be trusted in what they did in those investigations; they both may be a FRAUDSTER, LIAR, DECEIVER, COVER UP/WHITEWASH ARTIST.
A phony Mueller and a phony William Barr corruptly, obstructed justice, and fraudulently ended the Trump Russia election conspiracies and crimes investigations. Their phony claims and lies were peddled that the investigations were wrapping up and had been completed by Mueller. But in fact many cases are still pending and a corrupt Mueller along with a corrupt Attorney General Barr claimed the investigations were completed. Many cases are still pending and investigations may be required from those cases, and right now a corrupt Barr claims the right to interfere in and control those cases which may need to be investigated. So, in effect William Barr went into the Mueller investigation and illegally took a sledge hammer to it or ran around in the Mueller investigation like a bull in a china shop wrecking the Mueller investigations and its cases. Mueller both stood around and permitted it to happen and participated in the charade and knows of the covering up/whitewashing.
Mueller had to have participated in the whole charade while it was going on since the public did not hear Mueller making any protest. And unlike Archibald Cox, who made refusals and protested during his Watergate investigations, causing the Saturday Night Massacre, Mueller was completely silent. He enclosed his investigations in complete secrecy shielding himself from any public oversight, scrutiny, and criticism. Meanwhile reports such as the phony Palmer Report at Palmer.com waged a campaign of placing Mueller upon a pedestal of blind, unquestioned and unearned trust. From reasonable inferences the public can conclude that Mueller may have participated in the whole fraud and corruption surrounding the investigation, and he needs to be held to account and to answer for his participation, fraud, failure to carry out his legal duties and responsibilities, and covering up/whitewashing.

It’s obvious to anyone with a quarter of a brain that USA has a host of cowards, criminals, thugs, crime bosses, liars, and deceivers from the pits of hell sitting in the highest pinnacles of power exercising control of the nation executive branch of government. It makes one sick in the stomach watching all of their filth.
This blogger started asking long before talk of any release of his report whether the public had a Phony Mueller and would get a phony incomplete coverup/whitewash as a report from Mueller. Though writing about his doubts as to the genuineness/trustworthiness of Mueller and his report, this blogger repeatedly said, “Let’s wait and see.”. While waiting to see, this blogger repeatedly criticized the public’s placement of Mueller upon a pedestal asking a “Let’s wait and see.” on him rather than giving him blind unearned trust and unjustifiably placing him upon a pedestal. Now, this blogger has concluded, because of prior events that a Phony Mueller conducted Phony Baloney Incomplete Investigations and wrote a Phony Baloney Incomplete report as a part of a coverup/whitewash of the Trump/Putin&Russia 2016 election interference conspiracies and crimes.
Doubts of a possibly Phony Mueller was fueled by a number of factor: a. He was a Republican and just like Republican Phony Comey’s betrayal to partisan ends, Mueller was capable of performing that same type of betrayal. b. Mueller seemed too lenient towards American criminal and traitors, something seemed wrong with his willingness to bargain with traitors and let them off with light sentences and the lightest possible charge – Was that part of Mueller’s job in the coverup/whitewash?. c. On that point Judge Sullivan challenged Mueller’s prosecutors on Michael Flynn’s light sentence and refused to sentence him at that time. He asked, Could Flynn have been charged with treason? d. Further, suspicions were raised when Mueller inexplicably criticized Buzzfeed’s article which generated talk in Congress of Impeaching Trump. The question then and now is, Did Mueller act on instructions to quash such talk of impeachment? Why was he suddenly politically interfering?
Phony Mueller appears to have been participating in a phony baloney investigation all along. Phony Mueller is not merely a phony but a disgrace and coward deserving severe public blame and charges against him. Now it’s obvious that the Mueller’s investigation was ended prematurely. And it also appears that Mueller may have participated in taking a sledgehammer to his own investigation by splitting it up into seemingly tiny separate pieces rather than keeping it as part of the whole in order to obscure the completely nefarious and wholesale corruption taking place in the 2016 elections. He nefariously split his investigations up into dozen of tiny pieces to obscure the complete patterns of corruption of the 2016 elections. Now, the public see pieces of unrelated corruption hanging all over the country rather than under a single special counsel. Did he wickedly do that? Was it justified or was it a wicked, nefarious part of the elites coverup/whitewash? It needs to be explained.
Mueller committed himself to doing an incomplete part coverup/whitewash job, he was a coward for acting as a compromised tool of Republican Partisans, and he did not have the courage and honesty to informed the public that his investigation was being illegally tampered with and ended or to otherwise resist as Watergate Independent Special Prosecutor Archibald Cox had done which lead to Nixon’s Saturday Night Massacre. Since the public’s seen not an ounce of resistance from Mueller, he was part of conducting a phony, incomplete investigation all along and is part of the elites whitewash/coverup. He’s truly a disgrace and should be investigated for treason and obstruction of justice for his failure to completely carry out his duties as special counsel. He should have never been placed on a pedestal based upon the blind trust lies and unearned trust propaganda placed in him and constantly feed to the public during his 22 months tenure as special counsel.
